I agree with you Ayu (may I call you by that nickname?), the third stage had very nice set designs.

By the way, I just thought about the music that the new Myu will have. Do you all think that we might have the chance to hear some of the previous theme songs in the musical or will all music be new?

I would prefer the option that we got at least some of the old songs back as it would be great to hear them performed on stage after these eight years. Somehow I feel that SeraMyus are not Myus if they do not have at least La Soldier or some other theme song performed, be it during the curtain call, as a service number or in the actual play.

I would also love to hear Mystery Sagashi again after all this time I love that song so much (not compleatly sure it was a theme song but I want it to be in it some where anyway)

Mystery Sagashi would be nice to hear ^^ It was not a theme song of any Myu but still a rather popular song.

It would be scandalous if they didn't have at least La Soldier. I would be surprised if they didn't have Sailor War, because that's the Senshi's "Now you've crossed us and we going to take you down" song. And Mystery Sagashi would be a nice touch to have as well!

Those are the only three songs I hope they will have in the new Myu. I don't mind if the rest are new songs as long as there is La Soldier in the actual performance and part of the curtain call numbers, they have Sailor War, and Mystery Sagashi.

wow, new muyu? this is surprising...it seems sailor moon might make a total come back! even heard of a sailor moon make up compact that's already completely sold out on preorders. now when do we get the damn new wands and brooches?!

also, vaguely disappointed tuxie mask is a woman this go around. i feel weird drooling over women playing as men.T_T and i hope the outers get involved in the musicals at some point!

Mystery Sagashi was a bit of a song celebrating the anime being turned into a musical, so it was kinda like a gateway when the musicals first started. So we may not hear that one, unless they do a service number performance with tribute to thepast musicals. It'll be hard to say...i dunno how all thelicenseing and rights to the previous music is being handled.

It just would be weird without La Soldier tho! I sure hope they at least do a performance of it.

Tuxie is a woman because they wanted to go with a Takarazuka approach and I'll try to find a source, but I remember reading somewhere that Naoko Takeuchi picked most of the cast.

I would be happy with Mystery Sagashi is at least used in one of the curtain call service numbers for at least the new musical. Oh, well. Mostly I hope for La Soldier and Sailor War.

I am not actually surprised that Mamoru will be played by a woman knowing how big fan of Takarazuka theatre Naoko is. It is great that she was there to pick the cast since as the creator she knows her characters .

Also from her notes in the Sailor Moon art books, Naoko was shocked on some of the character changes that happened in the anime, like with Haruka and Michiru. She was relieved the fans still liked them though. So, yeah it's definitely not surprising and a great thing that she was there to pick the cast.

I agree with you. Like you mentioned earlier, Yuuga resembles a real life Haruka a lot and her appearance in the new Myu will partially make up for the lack of the Outers, at least for me. I still do hope that we will get more new Myus and that the Outers will have roles in those, though ^^.

Even though I'm not the biggest fan of the musicals, I'm glad they're bring them back with a great cast and beautiful fukus.
