ok since i can't find the ooc for this i need to let Cosmos know that Pram was thinking in her head when she mentioned she was glad. she was not talking out loud.

I'll change my post sports, but you might want to add that she was thinking it as well. The way it was written made it seem like anything within quotation marks was spoken outloud.

I did put that she was thinking that. It was in between these: ' '  which means she was thinking and not speaking.

I never thought of it that way. I've always either used parenthesis, had them Italicized, or described a character's thoughts without any dialogue.
You're absolutely right, single ' ' can be used when describing a thought instead of full quotation marks. I can't believe I forgot that, and I'm an english major lol. 
However, others might not catch on to it and make the same mistake. You may want to add a "she thought" or something of that nature so other people don't misinterpret and mess up their posts like I did.
