| Welcome to the Enchanted Ball! You are cordially invited to attend a night full of magic and mischief. In a very rare occasion, Elysion has been opened up to the public for one very special night, and it's a holding a grand ball in the middle of its beautiful enchanted forest. Invitations has been sent out to all corners of the world, inviting senshi and civilians alike. It is to be a night to remember. But in the shadows lurks a mischievous little figure by the name of Puck, who is up to no good... He has managed to sneak into the land of dreams the moment it was opened and decided he would have a little fun on tonight's guests. After all, what fun is a ball without some misuse of magic, right? Will your night be wonderful, magical, funny, or disastrous? Only time will tell... if you dare to enter. Some quick facts:
- This is a light RP event.
- You don't need character profiles.
- You may sign up as either otaku or canon character.
- Canon Sailor Moon characters are claimed in a first come first serve basis.
- Every character who signs up will be magically affected in some way, and you will have to play out the effect for the entire duration of the ball. So please make sure you're willing to do that before signing up! How each character is affected will be different and will be stated after your claim is accepted.
- This is the sign up thread only, the roleplay thread will come a bit later.
- You can sign up any time during the anniversary, but the event will close on July 17th, 2015.
- Any questions can also be asked here.

Enchantment: Speech of Truth (Michiru may only speak the absolute truth for the whole night. That means no innuendos!)
Eshana/Sailor Sedna - Played by Addelyn
Enchantment: Cupid's Arrow (She will fall head over heels for the first person she sees... it's up to you who, of course, and how she handles the feelings. She is not obligated to act on them but will not be able to shake off the feeling)
Aurelyiah Rhoslynn/Sailor Mystik - Played by Diana
Enchantment: Thinking Out Loud (For the duration of the night, every time she talks to a person, that person will become privy of her thoughts about them. Not every single thought will be able to be heard - feel free to discuss this with the person whose character you're conversing with, but it should happen every minute or so)
Haruka Tenoh/Sailor Uranus - Played by Cosmos-Hime
Enchantment: Tongue-Twister (Opposite of Michiru, Haruka will no longer be able to say anything in a straightforward way. She can use idioms, expressions, or illustrations, or even poems and songs to convey what she feels, but never direct words)
Makoto Kino/Sailor Jupiter - Played by JupiterThunderCrash
Enchantment: Gender-Fluid (Every time she switches a conversation partner, she will switch genders as well)
CereCere/Sailor Ceres - Played by Empress Vesta
Enchantment: Vivid Imagination (Whatever she imagines, no matter how fleeting or accidental, will materialize right in front of her)
Zena Watanabe - Played by Artemis
Enchantment: Animal Handling (With every touch she can turn objects and even people into an animal. The animal in question will be random - either you and/or the person you're RPing with can decide. They will return to normal with another touch)

Enchantment: The Water Dictionary (Every few words that come out of her mouth will be replaced by a random water-related word. So in each of her speech there will always be a random water reference - for example, if she's saying, "How are you?" it might turn into "How are waves?" or something like that)
Kiyoko Chiyuno/Sailor Panacea - Played by Princess Moon
Enchantment: Forget-Me-Not (With touch, she can inflict short-term memory loss to another person. The person will forget the last five minutes that had happened prior to the contact)
Minako Aino/Sailor Venus - Played by Princess Luna
Enchantment: The Invisible Wallflower (Every time Minako's emotions spike in a positive way - getting super excited or happy - she will turn invisible for a little while)
Rei Hino/Sailor Mars - Played by Rozen
Enchantment: The Cold Shoulder (Rei now has an uncontrollable power over ice and will randomly shoot ice projectiles when she's feeling irritated or annoyed - kind of like Elsa)

Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury - Played by Sailor Mercury
Enchantment: NoFilter (Ami now loses whatever small filter she had to begin with and will just blurt whatever crosses her mind) - Empress Vesta wrote:

In the interest of not making the room completely chaotic with too many manifestations, the imagination will disappear after about a minute. So yes, you can definitely imagine people ^^ |
