"Leviathan, stop! You're whipping them into a frenzy and making it worse!" she called out, hoping that the other senshi would hear what she was saying and realize what she was doing. Knowing their luck though, probably not.

I was too late to react! She cursed internally as Andromeda slid to the floor unconscious. Growling in anger, she targeted the Krakken that had attempted to attack her and failed. Aiming her staff, a beam of purple light gathered at the tip. "Soul Blast" she called out. The beam hit the creature, destroying it, black smoke rising from where the creature was.

"Need any help Gany or you got it?" she called over.

"I'm good over here." Sailor Ganymede responded before running towards the group of monsters. She couldn't stun the fairies without hurting them, so she focused on distracting the Krekkens. 

"Ganymede Liquid Metal!" She took a more grounded stance and concentrated on the metal hidden beneath the castle, mentally calling it up. Holt, silver liquid gathered beneath her and reached towards the Krekkens with multiple tendrils, trying to burn and bind them in place.

So much happened at once as the doors were opened.  Achelois and Saturn were met with Changed Fairies as another door exploded with light and the third introduced monsters.  Achelois's attention was taken as a few of the Fairies swarmed around her head, pinching and pulling, leaving little scratches.  She swatted at them but was careful not to hurt them.  There attention was taken bye the other creatures soon though.  She had a moment to glance around and saw that Andromeda and Pluto had taken several hits.  Andromeda was not looking good....

She turned her attention to Andromeda to heal her but was distracted as Leviathan transformed and yelled at them to not attack the monsters.  Leviathan's actions confused her momentarily but the creatures attacked even more ferociously then before.  She turned back to Andromeda but was stopped by one of the creatures jumping on her back.  The vile monster managed to gauge deep cuts on her left arm before bouncing off her.   Achelois gripped her staff with both hands as the pain soared through her.  There was no way she could take down an enemy, not when her attention lay elsewhere; healing Andromeda was her top priority. 

Not a moment too late she heard Enya's voice and looked up to see her glance at the ceiling before attacking the creature.  She shot the warrior a look of gratitude before unfurling her wings and launching herself off the ground.  It only took a moment for her to hover high over the battle.  She quickly located Andromeda who now lay unconscious and focused on her.  She felt her warm energy bubble inside her and allowed it to flow to Andromeda.  She waited to see if it was enough...

As soon as Achelois launched into the air Enyalius felt a little better; that Ganymede was automatically assisting in clearing the area around Andromeda was a relief; she trusted the other senshi to help where they could. A creature rushed her, its claws and teeth trying to find purchase on her armor, but with a few manuevers she pushed it aside and turned her attention to the little monster that had attacked Pluto; the taller senshi looking like she might enjoy a break.

The Krekken is defeated, falls to the ground, and turns to smoke that hovers there.



The smoke clouds of the Krekkens hover inches off the floor, never disappointing.

Moving towards the others, Soul attacked on of the Krakken that was attacking Ganymede. "Soul Blast!" she yelled, hoping that this would kill it like it had the others.

Seeing that Andromeda was being revived made Soul feel better. At least she would be alright but they did need to get the Krakken away from her so she had a moment to recover.

Movement & Attack:

Sailor Ganymede winced as the krekken retaliated, hitting the small exposed part of her skin on her arm. She used her axe and lashed out at Krekken 1 to finished the weakened creature off.

 Now that Andromeda seemed to be awake again, she could focus on the other Krekkens attacking. She dodged the next one that tried to jump her, and watched as Soul took the opportunity to strike at it. The senshi were slowly but surely cutting through the mob of monsters, and only a few were left now.

Pluto winced as she hit herself, then gasped in relief when the creatures dropped off her. She scowled at the smoke that lingered close to the floor, looking at it suspiciously. Why was it doing that? She shuffled at it with her foot a bit, then shook her head. She had to get rid of those creatures! And perhaps disperse this fog a bit. Her eyes lit up and she held up her rod, focusing on the creatures who were not attacking anyone. “Chronos Typhoon!” she called out.

One minute she was in battle, the next suddenly she was unconscious. I've got to stop dying in this planet... was her last thought before she fell to the ground.

Achelois' healing energy flew into her sometime after, and she woke up from her temporary slumber, the energy feeling like a familiar friend by this point. How many times over did she owe the green-clad senshi her life?

Note to self: buy her dinner. Lots and lots of dinner.

She looked up, nodding gratefully at Achelois and wishing she could convey in words just how much. As she took a deep breath, she started coughing, noticing the smoke that wasn't there before. Quickly she stood up, slightly wobbly but healthy again, assessing the situation around her. Memories of a certain other smoke made her want to stay way above it. There seemed to be less monsters around at least...

Hearing coughing, Enyalius glanced over to see Andromeda pulling herself to her feet, and only then noticed the thick black smoke pooling around where the defeated monsters had been. As Ganymede and Soul took care of their targets and Pluto sent an attack towards the remaining pair behind her, Enyalius sidestepped to send her sword through the creature on her left, her brows furrowed; what was that smoke? She glanced up to Achelois to see if the blonde had any suggestions or any warning about the curiosity.

The illusion of the giant senshi leaned over the others in their combat. It seemed as though it truly was a reflection of Sailor Leviathan, given that it looked horribly guilty and sorrowful. Her beaming yellow eyes thinned in sadness.

"I didn't know!" she responded in her booming voice toward Sailor Soul. "At least I didn't try to attack them without figuring out what they were! Hey, little guys! Stop attacking them the stupid sailor senshi!"

Her image was huge, but her confidence was as pitiful as the scout who lied in secret in the center of the illusion. The monstrous Leviathan moved forward to cup her hands around Sailor Andromeda to stop any further attacks toward her as she recovered.

For a moment, she remembered when Andromeda smiled at her comment about overcoming the chains that bound her. Other senshi responded with coldness and spit at her jokes and quips. She responded with kindness.

It was something Leviathan wouldn't forget.

"I'm sorry," the illusion muttered.

Being almost dead sucked. She had already felt it one too many times now, and she should probably take it easy. But there were still monsters to fight, and part of it had been her fault for suggesting they opened all the doors. And then she'd been useless; had barely managed to attack one of them before she got knocked out. Guilt that she had depleted Achelois' magic yet again without being a more effective senshi in this difficult time forced her not to take too much time recovering herself. Though her limbs still felt weak, she readied herself to attack.

She was rather surprised - and would have shrieked if she didn't realize who it was - when Leviathan's illusion moved protectively around her. The gesture was certainly nice and appreciated. Not trusting herself to be able to wield her weapon with the physical strength it would require, she turned inside instead, searching for her magic. She raised her arms toward Krekken 2.

"Ripple Shard!" she yelled, focusing her attack on the monster attacking Saturn.

After destroying another Krakken, Soul looked around, assessing the situation. It looked like almost all the Krakkens were dead and the remaining ones were under control. Something still felt off to her though.

"Hey Ganymede, where are the faeries? I can't see them."

Ganymede pulled her axe out of the dying krekken and turned her attention to the last one.

"Lighting Slice!" she launched another electric blast at krekken 4. "The fairies?" she asked, looking back at Soul. "I can check..." Ganymede looked around the hall, trying to spot the telltale glow of a fairy.

Achelois was relieved to see that Andromeda had recovered well.  She glanced around to see who else needed assistance and noticed the dark clouds that hung about after the creatures were killed.  As her eyes darted around the room she saw that Pluto's attack had pushed the cloud back into the room.  Enya's eyes caught her own as she looked at her questioningly.

"Avoid the smoke; we don't know what it will do," her attention turned elsewhere.  Achelois thought quickly and decided on her next targets.  She focused on Pluto and allowed her energy to flow into the wounded Senshi.  She then moved on to focus on Ganymede, Saturn, and herself.  Again she allowed the energy to flow into the Senshi. 

Boom:

Sailor Moon nodded as Enyalius dashed off. As much as she wanted to enter the fray with everyone else, she was mindful of her position as restorer for the fairy royalty they sought. A battle was not the time to use all of her energy.

She heeded the warnings about the black smoke, mindful to stay out of its path. She remained alert; if more fairies approached, she would attempt to cure them as well. Perhaps when the fight was finished, the fairies that had been touched with the light of her Moon Princess Halation would be able to give them clues towards finding their destination in this maze of a castle.

Enyalius nodded to Achelois's words, Soul's question catching her attention - where had the fairies disappeared to? She frowned - they did not have time to go searching for them, but with their distinctive glow perhaps it would not take long -- !! With a quick buzz she ducked and two of the Changed Ones skimmed her hair, chittering in their high pitched voices. She had nearly forgotten about them, too. She wondered if anyone had any sort of container about them, that they may just catch the annoyances and deal with them later, but she held her question for the moment, the air around her feeling... off.

Sailor Ganymede looked around, but could not see the fairies with the bright lights still spilling into the corridor. 

"I can't see them!" She called back. "They might be farther behind us!" Unable to really help with the Changed Ones without seriously hurting them, she  put her axe away and watched to see if anyone still needed help.

Pluto sighed in relief as the creatures were destroyed. She frowned a little at the smoke still, narrowing her eyes as it seemed to begin coming together. She cautiously waved her staff at it, trying to break it up when she was distracted by Soul's question. Where were the fairies indeed? She scowled a bit, then saw the possessed fairies attacking once more. Her eyes widened and she called out, “Moon! I thought you healed them...did it not work? Try it one more time!”

Just in case the healing didn't work, Pluto reached into her pocket, feeling for a moment. She sighed as she pulled out the small pot she had with a lid. It was small, but probably large enough to hold the fairies and not be too cramped.

Though slightly injured Saturn was glad that she hadn't attacked. She had been afraid that her attacks would have hit someone, but in the end even her Silence Wall wouldn't have been much help as most of the creatures had been trapped in with her and those near her. 

But really she hadn't wanted to hurt the fairies. She knew they weren't in control of themselves, just like she had been once, so she couldn't attack them out right. She was too slow to react to the krakken, or she would have attacked the created that had attacked her. In the end the entire thing had been a blur to her. She felt as if she had let her friends and team mates down. 

Where was Moon? She wanted to be beside her again. She knew that she could be at her best there, by her best friend's side. She looked around for her friend she sighed as she saw her down the hall a ways. 

"So now that the doors are open which do we choose?" Saturn said looking at the open doors, only thinking about what had poured out of them just moments ago. 

OOC:

"I healed these two!" she replied to Pluto, gesturing towards the figures on the ground near her. Not all of the changed pixies been in the range of her healing magic, and it was the remaining five that still attacked. She didn't think she was close enough to do it again. She almost took a step forward to assist the others when she noticed the smoke was moving.

The gathering smoke did not look good. As it sought to join itself, Sailor Moon cried out in alarm.

"The smoke! Watch out!"

The way that it curled together made her think it was looking to reveal another enemy, perhaps something harder to fight.

Two votes to avoid the smoke was enough for Enyalius, and watching as it came together as though it had a mind of its own only supported the idea that leaving was their best option. "Which door, Pluto?" she asked, her voice sounding as ready as she was, her eyes scanning as best she could their options.

Moon's light illuminated the doorways, but not so much their interiors; glancing through either door she was near she could not see what lay beyond. As the smoke moved away from her to gather between members of their group, effectively splitting them apart, she frowned, eyeing it suspiciously, and took to the air, hovering a few feet above the floor to watch the two masses better. As her eyes strayed over, past Soul and Ganymede, to Moon and the fairies on the floor, she requested, "Moon, could you pick up those fairies? Whatever's about to happen in here, they don't deserve to be caught in it." Thinking, she continued, "Be careful, though; we don't know if they'll turn back." Her gaze moved to the statues beyond them, careful to avoid hovering through Leviathan's illusion, and out of nowhere recalled Mossen's apprehension from their last trip, which Moon had not been on. "Avoid touching their wings if you can help it."

She regretted the words almost as soon as they were out of her mouth for two reasons: the first, in the time it took her to make the request, she herself could have done it. She disliked long requests for quick actions. Second: she could practically feel Achelois's coy look on her back. The nature-loving weirdo was rubbing off on her.

Sailor Moon wasn't the sort to tease Enyalius for an out-of-character softhearted comment; she obediently followed the woman's instructions and scooped the fairies up, mindful of their small bodies and delicate wings. Lady had a hard time thinking that the fairies could be "un-cured;" she believed too strongly in the power of the Pink Moon Crystal. She looked forward to when they would hopefully awaken; it made her worry that they were still unconscious.

Balancing these two fairies and the Crystal Carillon was awkward, but not beyond Sailor Moon's capabilities. She waited for Sailor Pluto to name a door, ready to dash through with the rest of the group.

Soul eyed the clouds warily as they began to grow bigger. "I think we need to think about leaving the room really soon," she suggested. She backed up a few steps trying to get away from from the clouds of smoke. They needed to move on and hopefully if they shut the door the clouds wouldn't follow them. 

Movement:

Pluto watched as Moon took the fairies carefully. She had wanted to heal them, but that would have to wait it seemed. She held out the pot for the fairies to be placed in, then quickly closed the lid at an angle, enough to allow air but too small to allow their tiny bodies through. She swiftly used some medical tape to secure the lid then turned, focusing on the three doors that lay wide open now. She moved and stood in front of the doors, looking into each of the rooms cautiously to see what they held.

Achelois looked on in disbelief as the group remained unmoved even though the smoke was gathering together.  A few had mentioned that they needed to leave the room yet everyone was still standing around in the room.  What were they waiting for? 

She looked at Enya who was staring nervously at the smoke as it gathered.  Achelois could tell she looked tense.  She waited til Enya returned her stare and sent her a look that said everything she needed it to say.  A decision need to be made as they floated above the group.
