Plot Summary:
Home Phone, Tokyo's newest telecommunications company, has made a name for itself with aggressive advertising and competitive rates on internet and phone services. Not satisfied with simply rocking the boat in the telecom industry, Home Phone has just launched a new dating service called "Hotline Tokyo."

Coincidentally, a week after the first series of ads have run their course, brainwashed citizens wearing animal-themed masks are beginning to cause trouble in the city with seemingly random acts of violence. When questioned by the police, these perpetrators (or victims) all share a common link - each of them received strange, cryptic messages in their answering machines/voicemail, urging them to act on their darkest desires.

At the heart of this mayhem is an individual who calls himself Schwarzpferd, the first of the masked men and women to appear. What are his ulterior motives? Does he pull the strings, or is he merely the puppet of another?

Details on any necessary information:

• Takes place between the SuperS and Stars arcs, with Usagi's age being approximately 15-16.
  
• Home Phone is being used as a false front to further the villains' agenda.
  
• The masked vandals as a whole initially pose no threat to the Senshi, but they revel in provoking panic and unrest from the city's populace. As the story escalates, the vandals will start exhibiting powers granted to them by their mysterious master.
  
• The hooligans all wear an animal or insect themed mask - cats, dogs, bears, even mythological creatures (e.g. unicorns) are fair game. True to his name, Schwarzpferd wears a mask representing a black horse.
  
• Later in the story, it is revealed that Schwarzpferd and Jasper Franklin share the same body.
  

Restrictions:
Advanced RP- 100 minimum word posting limit, and Advanced profiles for the respective characters.

Canon
All Inner/Outer senshi and guardians permitted - that includes Mamoru, Chibiusa, Luna, Artemis, etc. Sorry, Starlights; you haven't arrived on Earth yet.

Otaku/Villains
Limited space for otaku senshi and villains, 4 slots in total other than Schwarzpferd. Villains can either be willing or unwilling participants in Schwarzpferd's schemes.


General Information:
This RP will take place in Tokyo City between the SuperS/Stars arcs, with most of the canon senshi being eligible (see Restrictions above).

There is no shortage of psychic turmoil during the events of this RP. Characters with extrasensory perception may receive further insight, through dreams or visions, as to what is driving Schwarzpferd to upset the public peace.

I love your little introduction to the details of this role-play. I'm interested, although I haven't decided who to role-play, yet. I may bring Graffias (an otaku from a previous GC role-play) as a mask-wearing hooligan.

I'm glad to hear of your interest! There is a method to their madness, and Schwarzpferd himself can only carry the villain ball for so long. Named villains (Schwarzpferd and others) will feature as threats to the Senshi. They are mystically empowered, while their subordinates would be lacking such strength.

Updated the list to include Graffias! We still have plenty of room for this storyline.

It looks as if we have enough players to get started, so look for me to begin our IC thread very soon. Once I get the first post in, you'll be free to pick up after that!

As for starting location, I'd like the initial scenes to take place on the streets of Azabu-Juban - think restaurants and bakeries.

I think a cafe/restaurant type thing would maybe be a good idea.

I am going to work on my profile later.

P.P.S. It would help if I establish a setting outside of Schwarzpferd's apartment. Though I'm beginning at Usagi's school, don't feel compelled to stay there. In fact, I encourage you to go out and get some sun. 

The rain is all but dried up, leaving wet/dry sections of concrete and very thin puddles of water.

I was actually about to volunteer to go first if need be, but it looks like that has already been taken care of. Now the only problem is trying to figure out how I can fit into this... ^^;
