Appearance: Yumi/Sailor Splash has shoulder length hair black hair with dark blue highlights. Yumi's hair fashion is a bit weird, but totally normal to her since Aqua has a different fashion sense than Earth. As far as clothing goes, she typically wears crazy colored/patterned leggings or tights with either skirts or jean shorts. The bottom layer is always accompanied with black knee length leather boots with silver buckles on the ankles. Her upper wardrobe appearance changes with the weather and Yumi's mood. (Such as a striped shirt to a professional button down.) Yumi also loves to wear weirdest head bands imaginable to man kind.... such as feathers, highly obnoxious flowers, and glitter.

Personality: Yumi is a very curious individual, and her venturing often causes trouble. A prime example of this is how her venturing to the second moon of Aqua attracted Raza. Another example is how her curiosity of an urban legend on Earth caused herself and her fellow Senshi to be teleported to an abandoned island. 
 
Besides her love for discovering what the world hides, Yumi can always be relied upon. She will do whatever it takes to protect her planet of Aqua and her friends, even if that means putting her own life on the life. This is what people love most about Yumi. She is easy to get along with and willing to fight for what is right.


Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Sailor Splash doesn't have exactly one ability nor power. Unlike most who shout power attacks (Such as Love Chain etc etc) the power of the Aqua Crystal flows through her veins. The stronger she becomes and the more determined Sailor Splash is, the stronger her attacks. (Sorta like the green lantern way of power... but a little different)


 
History: Sailor Splash AKA Yumi is from the Galaxy of Zereth, more specifically she is from the planet Aqua, an area forbidden to the people of the Zereth Galaxy. For several years the planet of Aqua was tortured by an evil force that came from the second moon of Aqua, but that all changed about two years ago. Around the age of twenty, Yumi found a gem lost in a cave located by her old family home. The gem, up until now, was only something the elderly spoke of as a legend. Upon touching the gem, she was filled with minimal power, but it was enough to fight off the evil.


Two years later, Yumi visited the second moon of Aqua in hopes against her planet's laws in order to learn more about the planet.Sailor Splash's new power awoke a new evil found on the planet, Raza, and it followed Sailor Splash back to Aqua searching for gem. After recruiting the help of fellow Senshi, Sailor Splash defeated Raza while becoming more powerful. (The Gem of Aqua was never psychically connected to Yumi, but after the battle against Raza is merged with Sailor Splash's body)





Other Noteworthy Facts: 
Sailor Splash is well aware of Xana and Lyoko. This is due to the fact that the return to the past ability of the super computer didn't effect her planet like it did on Earth.

Senshi Name: Sailor Splash

Realm of Influence(s): The Gem of Aqua. It gives Sailor Splash the power hidden deep within her planet of Aqua. To best describe it, it is water electricity that bends at her will.

Henshin/Transformation Phrase: Aqua Power, Transform!


Senshi Fuku: When transformed as Sailor Splash, Yumi's outfit is a bit different than the Senshi found on the Earth. Since the Gem of Aqua originally sat upon Yumi's left wrist, her outfit only has one sleeve on the right side. (This is still true now although the Gem merged with Yumi's body. ) The right sleeve connects to her torso in a V formation over her breasts to mid stomach. Only a tiny bit of the torso's clothing then crosses over below the belly button and forms the trade mark Senshi skirt with the traditional bow in the back. Below the skirt connecting to the foot wear are tights with silver bows hanging from them. The outfit varies through different shades of blue, black, and silver. Like her regular wear, of course her Senshi form also is accompanied by with boots, which are also black.



Weapons or Magical Items: The Gem of Aqua. The Gem of Aqua was a legendary power source that Yumi found one day when exploring the caves by her house. With it, she destroyed the current evil that was inhabiting her planet of Aqua, and then later Raza. 


During The Collector Event, Sailor Splash was given an amulet to wear on her left hand. The amulet is a ring to bracelet piece of jewelry that hugs her wrist. The bracelet part is a black lace material while dark chains run from the center hand down to the ring attached to her middle finger. The stone found halfway between her wrist and finger replicates The Gem of Aqua.  Although the Gem of Aqua was no longer physically visible on Sailor Splash, this amulet now Symbolizes her precious Gem & allows Sailor Splash to better focus her power.

There is photo of it in a spoiler under the added description. I also mentioned it is a ring to bracelet amulet, but I can be more detailed. Also added a little bit more detail, although it is more for looks (and the symbolism helps Sailor Splash focus her power better)
