What is a Weekly Challenge?
  It's really simple actually! Each Week a new Challenge is posted with 5 different Categories to participate in. You pick a Category (or all of them) and create the specified graphic based on the random Theme of the week. The goal of Weekly Challenges is to push you to grow, practice, work out side your comfort zone, and keep you active in graphics making.

What is a Category?
    A Category defines the size of the graphic. There are 5 different Categories at this time.

• #2 - 110x170 Avatar
           
  
• #3 - 450x150 Signature
           
  
• #4 - 500x700 Poster
           
  
• #5 - 1235 x 400 Header/Banner
                 
  

What is a Theme?
    Every project and graphic needs direction, inspiration, motivation. Themes give you a set requirement and direction when making a graphic. The Theme for each Category is randomly selected from the list below each week. Once a Theme has been used it is crossed off the list. Once everything has been crossed off, the process begins anew.


General Information:
Challenges start every Monday.
All entries must be turned in by Sunday night.
Voting for the Previous Week's Challenges will also being on Mondays.
Any Skill Level or Member on the forums may participate.
No participation is required weekly and you may join as many challenges as you like.

(aka you can skip as many as you like, or vice versa with no penalty)
Each Week a new thread is posted and the themes for each Category will be listed, you may submit a graphic for every Category if you so choose.
Graphics will be submitted to this Google Form to help keep NQS's inbox clean.


Rules:

1. Before joining a Challenge, please sign up with your Skill Level.
   
2. If you win three times at a skill level you will automatically be moved up one level.
   
3. You may choose to Go up a Level at any time, no wins needed.
   
4. You may drop down one level once.
   
5. You may submit a graphic for every category if you choose.
   
6. No using previously made graphics.
   
7. No sharing your work with any members until voting is done.
   
8. No pressuring others into voting for your stuff.
   
9. NO FAN ART UNLESS IT IS YOUR OWN, OR YOU HAVE EXPRESS PERMISSION.
   
10. I Reserve the right to request proof via a screencap at any time of this permission.
    
11. These Rules may change at any time.
    

What if i win?
If you win 3 times, and you're in a level below Advanced, you will be bumped to the next level and you can use one of these adorable tiny icons on your signature even if you already have bumpers.

Not good with graphics?
No graphic skills? NO PROBLEMO!, the A&G guild have a few tips, tricks and tutorials that will be very handy for this challenges and more tutorials will come in the future! and with these challenges, you will see your progress as graphic maker.
