Cerechan - If you need to make a group in Skype, go to 'Contacts' and choose 'Create New Group'. Then you can add contacts into the group by clicking the add participants/contact button that looks like + .

I have so many of my favorite foods on my do not eat list now. I just glare at my doctor now whenever I see him. He's mean. Not really he's fantastic and I really like him, but but no more pasta.

 If I may ask, why is he restricting foods for you?

My cholesterol is high and I need to lose some weight so I'm now on a low fat, low carb, and low sugar diet. All that ties into this medical condition I have, which isn't a big deal. If I stay on my medicine and lose weight, I'll be just fine.
