Physical Description: The first thing people tend to take notice of when they look upon Setsuna Meioh is her incredibly long and dark green hair. She always has it styled in the same way: half of it in a bun, and the rest flowing freely, with short bangs that fall into her deep red eyes. Her skin is very tan, showing her Romani heritage. Setsuna is taller than the average Japanese woman, although she is still shorter than a few of her comrades.

When not in her senshi uniform, Setsuna likes to wear anything that is currently in style. Her love of high fashion and design brings her to wear things that are expensive and classy. She favors dark colors that work well with her complexion, but she also enjoys wearing outfits in white, and she always wears some kind of heeled shoe to help accentuate her long legs. Her day-to-day outfit changes often, but her favorite thing to wear is a simple black dress with gold accents matched with black heels.

Personality: Setsuna is seen as being mysterious and aloof, partly because of her status as Sailor Pluto and Guardian of Time. She tends to keep to herself a lot and when put in a group situation she doesn’t say much, although she can be quite warm when she is close to a person. She really opens up when around Chibiusa and Hotaru, and she is close to Haruka and Michiru as well, having created a family with them. However, Setsuna can be quite cynical at times, and she is often socially awkward, doing things that people find strange (like popping out of nowhere and wielding a popsicle randomly). It is a result of her years spent alone at the Time Gate that she isn’t sure sometimes how to interact with other people.

She has a love for fashion, and spends a lot of time shopping whenever she has the chance. She also studies physics and has spent time as a nurse. She once had a dream to become a fashion designer, although she has other duties and responsibilities that take precedence over it.

Setsuna remains calm at all times even when in a dire situation. She is a calculating person, able to look past emotional ties and act on what she believes is the right course of action, regardless of the consequences. She is a competent fighter and knows when sacrifices need to be made for the greater good. She is incredibly fond and loyal to the royal family. Despite what most people think, she is not bitter about her post as Guardian of Time. Although it doesn’t stop her from feeling lonely sometimes.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Has a certain control over time, although there are harsh consequences if she uses these abilities.

History: (A mix of anime and manga)
A lot is unknown about Sailor Pluto’s origins. She has been at the Time Gate for so long that sometimes even she isn’t quite sure what has happened in her past. Time is almost at a standstill at the Time Gate, and Sailor Pluto can see different dimensions and different timelines so easily that it is hard to keep her different lives straight. The first real memory that Sailor Pluto can remember with certainty is when Queen Serenity told her about her duties and explained to her the three taboos that went side by side with her powers over time. Pluto remembers how much she loved Queen Serenity and how awed she was at the pure beauty of the Queen. Beginning her duties as Guardian of Time was hard at first. It was a lonely post, and at times she wanted to be angry with the Queen that she loved, but it was impossible. A bigger part of herself knew that guarding the Time Gate was needed and that it was important.

During the Silver Millennium, Sailor Pluto shared the duties of first defense against outside attacks with Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus, although they all were stationed at their own planets and were not able to be with each other or with the bright new princess. It is because of this isolation from others, as well as not having yet met all of the people she comes to love later in her life, Sailor Pluto is a darker and quieter version of herself in the Silver Millennium, and has a harder time putting love and empathy over the idea of duty (which has been engrained into her over and over again ever since having been told of her new role as Guardian of Time when she was some years younger.) She has yet to learn that being lonely does not mean that you must be bitter as well.

After the fall of Silver Millennium, the three outers used their talismans to call upon Sailor Saturn, and the world was reborn.

Through her post at the Time Gate, Pluto was surprised when the daughter of the royal family found her way to the Time Gate. Instead of killing her as was her duty, Pluto was charmed by her smile and bright light. The two became quick friends and Pluto found herself with her first friend. After the attack on Crystal Tokyo, Chibiusa found her way into the Time Gate and she stole a time key from Pluto’s belt.

The next time Pluto met with the other senshi was when Chibiusa went back in time to try and help her mother. Pluto was able to communicate with Chibiusa through use of Luna-P, and she kept watch over the small girl through Luna-P as well. The first time she revealed herself was through the use of a hologram device in Luna-P to explain to Usagi and her team what was happening to Chibiusa in her dream. The next time she saw Usagi was when she came into the Time Gate, and Setsuna almost killed her. She allowed the senshi team to travel forward in time so that they could save the future from the destruction, although this was breaking one of the taboos placed upon her.

At the big end-all battle with the senshi and Wiseman and Dimande, Pluto was unable to stay behind the Time Gate while everyone she loved was fighting. She went to the future to help, breaking another taboo by leaving her post, although Diana stayed behind to watch over it while she was gone. She was shocked to see what had become of her best friend, Black Lady was a sick and twisted version of what Chibiusa always wanted to become. Before Dimande could touch the silver crystal of the past and the silver crystal of the future, Pluto stopped time, the ultimate taboo. Pluto collapsed onto the ground, for dying was her punishment for breaking the taboo. She accepted her fate calmly, surrounded by the people she cared for, and her idol Sailor Moon. Pluto spent her last few moments looking at King Endymion, the man she was content to love from afar. She apologized to him for not being able to protect Chibiusa, and then she passed away. Her sacrifice was not in vain for it allowed the two silver crystals to be taken away, and it brought Black Lady back to being Chibiusa, who was also able to transform into Sailor Chibimoon, though Pluto did not see the transformation.

Pluto was reincarnated as a human girl named Setsuna Meioh, and she grew up as a normal girl studying physics in school until she was called to become Sailor Pluto once again due to the threat of the Death Busters. She worked with Haruka and Michiru who were also Neptune and Uranus. Their views and their tactics were much different from those of the inner senshi, but it was the outer’s duties to make sure that world was protected. They wanted to kill Hotaru and in turn kill Saturn and the host of Mistress 9, but were stopped by Usagi and her friends. In the end, Usagi was able to use her pure powers to kill the Death Busters and in the process, Hotaru was reborn. Together with Haruka and Michiru, they decided to take in Hotaru and raise her theirselves, as a way to amend for their previous actions, but also to protect her.

Not much was heard from Setsuna for a while, she spent most of her time dividing her time between raising Hotaru, studying, enjoying life and watching over the Time Gate. When Galaxia’s threat began to be felt, tried to find out more information with along with Haruka, Michiru and Hotaru. They worked behind the scenes for a long time until the end. They went in to fight Galaxia theirselves, but Galaxia proved to be a lot stronger than they had truly anticipated. She was able to overpower them all, and even broke both Pluto and Saturn’s weapons in the process. It seemed as though all was lost, and Pluto and Saturn were shocked when Uranus stated that she would join Galaxia. Neptune agreed. Pluto and Saturn both tried to speak sense to their friends, their family, but the words fell on deaf ears and Uranus and Neptune had their starseeds taken from them in exchange for Galaxia’s bracelets.

When Uranus and Neptune turned to attack them, Pluto and Saturn were able to see the look in their family’s eyes, and they knew, then, what their real plan was. Right before their starseeds were taken, both Pluto and Saturn closed their eyes to accept what was happening, hoping that their comrade’s would be able to finish what they could not. Eternal Sailor Moon came into the room right as the two of them were fading away. The last thing Pluto saw was her princess’s crying face.

She came back when Usagi was able to defeat Chaos, and in turn was able to revive everyone who had disappeared without their starseed. Setsuna went back to her regular life with her family, and they were able to live happily together, although they always knew that, someday, there would be yet another threat upon their world. Pluto would be ready for it when it happened, but until that day, she was determined to be happy.





Senshi Name: Sailor Pluto, Senshi of Revolution and Space-Time.
Senshi Fuku: Now in her Eternal senshi form, Sailor Pluto’s colors are deep red, black and grey. Her sleeves are made of a poofy grey fabric edged in two lines of black piping. Her gloves are much longer than her previous form, going past her elbows and ending in three lines of black piping. Her boots still go to her knees, but they are white and end in a V shaped black ribbon, with a golden star at the bottom of the V. Her skirt is made of two layers; the top is black and the bottom is grey. The top part of the skirt consists of a star that has thin black and grey ribbons that go over her waist and connect with the back grey bow, and the loose ends of these thin ribbons flow freely from the back. Pluto’s front bow is deep red with a black star as the brooch. Her necklace and her tiara are both shaped like a V, with the necklace being a black ribbon with a gold star in the middle, and her tiara is gold with a black star in the middle.

Powers:
Dead Scream!: An offensive attack, and the one that Sailor Pluto uses the most. Her Garnet Rod creates a ball of pure energy that is sent at the intended target.
Chrono Typhoon!: An offensive attack, Sailor Pluto holds up her Garnet Orb and it creates a wind cyclone that is sent towards the intended target.
Garnet Ball!: A defensive attack, where the Garnet Orb is able to create a protective sphere around a small amount of people. Because of the position of the Orb, Sailor Pluto would have to be next to those she wanted to protect.
Dark Dome Close!: A defensive skill, Pluto can close the Time Gate from a distance. This can be used to protect the time line and stop an enemy from entering the time stream.
Time Stop!: Sailor Pluto’s ultimate power, this spell can stop time for a short period allowing allies to do what is needed. However, to use this skill, Pluto is breaking the biggest taboo that was placed upon her when she was given her duty as Guardian of Time, and because of this, she will die soon after the spell is completed.
Weapons or Magical Items:
Garnet Orb: Sailor Pluto’s talisman, a red orb that has metal workings and jewels surrounding it that resemble a heart. She has always had this in her possession, and when placed near Uranus’s and Neptune’s talismans, they call out for Sailor Saturn to appears. Sailor Pluto uses this to use most of her attacks as well.
Garnet Rod: The staff that Pluto always has with her, it is shaped to resemble a long key, and at the top sits the Garnet Orb. This staff acts like a key for the Time-Space Door, and Setsuna has access to the Rod even when she is not transformed.
Space-Time Key Chain: These are various keys that hang in chain from Sailor Pluto’s waist. These keys all have different properties, either opening time gates or allowing a person to travel in time (much like the key Chibiusa stole from her).
Pluto Crystal: The name of Sailor Pluto’s starseed.





They were in trouble. They needed help. Sailor Pluto knew this, without a doubt. Her heart practically ached at the desire to go through the Time Gate and reach the people she loved, to help them. But her feet remained planted, and she could not force herself to move.

There was no point in protecting the timeline if the world was completely destroyed. It was the same thought that continued to go through her mind, and it made sense. But the words of her Queen and the weight of the taboos kept her from going. It was her duty to stay here and protect the Gate, regardless of anything else that was going on.

But the future was destroyed and the senshi were struggling. People were dying and the Black Moon were winning.

And Small Lady needed help.

Pluto knew it for a fact, although she was not sure what was going on beyond the Door. But leaving to help... it was impossible.

"You must not leave your post, this door you must guard."

"Pluto!"

The small voice brought Pluto out of her thoughts and she turned to look at the grey kitten running towards her.

"Diana?" Pluto questioned. But her questions died upon her lips as Diana launched into an explanation of what had happened, and what Small Lady had been turned into.

It was then that Pluto knew what she must do.

Okay, I added it into the profile in red so that you could see it better. I hope it is okay that I didn't say that she revealed her love for Endymion, because I don't believe she ever actually says it, she only just thinks of it, and thinks of him and his lavender clothing that is like the sunrise xD
