Physical Description: Setsuna has long dark green hair that flows past her glutes which has a small ball at the top of her head to make it not so long. Out of all the other Sailor Senshi, she has medium tanned skin. Her eyes are a mixture of magenta and brown that seems to be an even mixture of both. Taller than most of the other Sailor Senshi, but shorter than Uranus, she could be a good 5'7". Also, she has a secret little heart tattoo on her shoulder blade.

Typically, you will always see Setsuna dressing her best no matter what the occasion is. Light colors or dark colors, he wears them all because she knows she looks good in it. A regular summed up outfit you would see her in would a beautiful frilly lavender blouse with a black bolero. For bottoms, she's be wearing blue denim jeans with a fancy black belt around. Her shoes would more than likely be black heeled boots.

Personality: Setsuna is not exactly the nicest woman in the world and frankly not even someone you'd want to be friends with. She's an ego maniac and completely self absorbed about herself. Incredibly manipulative of the people around her, she obtains what she wants when she wants it. Sarcasm and rude comments are her specialty around stupid people and most people seem stupid to her. Definitely what would be known as a Queen Bee Syndrome.

Despite her mean side, she's quite creative and artistic. Setsuna is more of the type to see something and then completely edit it into something beautiful and refreshing. Part of her mean side makes her a loner and will only befriend little to none, if they can even reach her good side. When she does become someone's friend, she becomes protective, caring, and generous. Most people don't get this close due to a fear of losing the people she loves.

History:

Growing up without her Father was very tough for Setsuna and being darker skinned than most other people from Japan made it harder for her as well. Years went on and she continued to question her Mother about who her Father was and she never got an answer her whole life. People bullied her and her loneliness made her heart cold. Setsuna always felt incredibly alone as if she was stuck in between time and space. During that time, she became meaner, more manipulative, and harsher towards the people around her. Having a single Mother, she had to work more hours and do harder work to keep them going. Feeling even more alone by that, she acted out in school with her nastiness and negativity towards everyone around her. By the time she reached University, everyone was scared of her, including herself.

During her time in University, she seemed like a swayed ghost walking around with no expression on her face. People avoided her and seemed to know much more about her than she even knew. At a young age, she got weird looks due to the fact that she looked different than everyone else. At this point in time, people became even more afraid to give her a weird look. From school to home, she walked alone with no friends to mention. At the end of the day, Setsuna knew she was truly alone and felt comfortable in her solitude between the threads of time.

Senshi Name: Sailor Pluto
Senshi Fuku: A little reddish broach with an off settish purple front bow. Her collar, skirt, and back bow are a dark purple with a white suit. She has the dark dark purple color for boots with a bit of a heel with a white pointy top to her knees. Her gloves go to her elbows that are white with the same dark purple edges. She has a dark purple collar with the same light reddish colored earrings. Her tiara is golden with an off purpleish gem in the middle.
Henshin/Transformation: Pluto Lip Rod/Pluto Planet Power, Make-Up!
Powers:
Dead Scream: Requires Garnet Orb. Wind blows around her Garnet Rod as she twists around and blasts a purple planet.
Chronos Typhoon: Requires Garnet Orb. Pluto takes the heart shaped top containing the Garnet Orb off of her Garnet Rod and holds it out. The Garnet Orb glows very brightly and winds whip around her. She shouts out her attack, "Chronos Typhoon" and the Garnet Orb flares up. The winds pick up speed and tear towards the daimon or intended target where they batter them relentlessly.
Garnet Ball: Requires Garnet Orb. Pluto used this to create a forcefield around the Outers and Super Sailor Moon in the Infinity School when they were in the elevator. It let them float to safety.
Time Stop: Requires Garnet Orb. Can stop time for a awhile, but when it begins again, she dies.

Weapons or Magical Items: Garnet Rod. A heart shaped top with a red ball in the middle. The rest of the rod has a key shape within it. The rod is a light purple color.

A warm Summer day casted it's way over the Juuban district with a beautiful breeze to cool off the citizens within the area. Taking a look into the bright blue sky, Setsuna smiled softly as no one watched her enjoy the beautiful day that was set in front of her. Back to glancing forward, she continued her walk to the University she attended with the expressionless face she was known for. Each step she took closer to the school she attended, it appeared as if the crowd parted, as if they were slightly scared of her. Everyone knew how cruel she could be, so everyone knew to be cautious to avoid any silver tongued lashing. Reaching the steps of the University, out of the corner of her she spotted a black cat with a golden crescent moon. Keeping her expressionless face, her mind was puzzled by the oddity of the cat. Realizing how stupid it was to get by distracted by a cat, Setsuna set forth to class and to begin an unknown world ahead of her.
