Appearance: Setsuna has long dark green hair that stops just short of her ankles. The top layer of hair is styled into a bun that rests on the top of her head in the back. Her hair is always kept immaculate not a single strand out of place. She's also one of the tallest of the senshi standing taller than even Haruka. The heels she wears with her daily attire seem to make her even taller than normal. Her red eyes have a knowing yet lonely look to them. The look on her face when she see's someone or is visited by anyone than she usually has a look on her face as if she has been expecting you (than again she likely was). Any other time she usually has a passive look on her face every emotion is carefully displayed as to not give away what she's thinking or how she's feeling. Setsuna's skin tone is also quit a bit darker than that of the other senshi. She's also dressed nicely all the time and can make anything seem formal even jeans and t-shirts. Her usual attire consists of a suit with a big red bow on the front of it. The bottom of her suit is a knee length skirt and usually she wears a pair of heels. If she's not in her suit than she wears whatever she finds to be fashionable. Usually he outfit consists of a black t-shirt with an orange tank over it and the black shirt is tucked into the white pants which are held up by a belt.

Personality: Setsuna's personality has developed from spending century’s guarding the time gate.  The first thing anyone notices is that Setsuna doesn't let unwanted motions show on her face. Feeling whatever she's feeling is strictly for her to know and no one else to find out if they have no need to know. She also does not allow others to see what she's thinking on her face feeling that if they need to know they will find out when the time is right. She has her motherly side something she shows more around Chibi-Usa than anyone else. She grew fond of the pink haired girl pretty quickly. She's protective as well though it shows more so around her princesses than anyone else. She will do anything she needs to in order to protect both girls. Even if it means dragging that line between right and wrong. If she's got to go against what everyone considers good to protect her princesses then so be it she'll do it as was shown against the death busters. Even if she has to give her life to the mission whether it is protecting Usagi and Chibi Usa or protecting the earth from a new threat.
 
 
She also seems to be emotionless at times though it is far from the truth. She prefers to keep her emotions and feelings to herself rather than burdening anyone else with them. Not being used to being around many people she will avoid large crowds if she is able to. Setsuna much prefers to sit at home with a cup of tea and a good book rather than go out. She's a bit standoffish and really only gets close to people she has known for a long period of time. She's found she's closer to Haruka, Michiru, Hotaru, Chibi-Usa, and Diana than she is any of the other senshi. She's also a team player only when she has to be. Spending so much time guarding the time gate alone she has learned to work alone so has a bit of a hard time working as a team with anyone. 
  
Any Unique Abilities/Skills: great sense of style. Able to sense when someone is going through the time gate. able to slightly tell when the time line is being changed. She can also control time.
 
History: 
 Not much is known about Princess Pluto only that she was responsible for protecting the time gate as well as watching the outer reaches of the solar system. It's also unknown as to how she was awakened as she has spent many years guarding the time gate.
 
She was forced to watch the fall of the silver millennium and then as the senshi was all reborn. Some awakened while others remained dormant until they were needed. Her princess and the other guardian senshi being the first to be awakened. It hurt her to watch Mamoru be captured and brain washed against Usagi. Eventually a young pink haired girl found her way to the time gates. That was the day she met Chibi-Usa and she became fond of the girl rather quickly. When she noticed the girl was upset that she wasn't like her mother the graceful lady she gave her one of the time keys and told her that whenever she felt down to say abera cadabera. It was soon after that the black moon clan attacked crystal Tokyo and the girl ran to the 21st century to find the silver crystal. Pluto was forced to watch as the crystal palace felt and the senshi as well as the king and queen were put into a deep sleep.
 
She was still forced to watch as Usagi and Venus were taken by Demand and as Chibi-Usa was taken and turned into black lady by wise man. Finally she was allowed to join the fight when Diana took guard of the time gate for a short time. She arrived just in time to see Demand ready to smash the silver crystals together. Knowing she had to think fast to save the 30th century. She stopped time allowing Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask to grab the crystals before they could make contact. As soon as time resumed she died and was returned to the Time gates. From there she watched as Neptune awakened lending a hand without actually revealing herself to the young Aquanette. She was forced to watch as Uranus Ran from her destiny before eventually being awakened which she also lent a bit of a hand in. She watched as the two fought the death busters before joining them herself to help fight. Upon Saturn being Reborn she went with the other two to help raise the girl. She didn't come back until Queen nehelenia was resurrected to which she helped Sailor Moon fight the woman before being sent elsewhere with Sailor Venus. She eventually sent the blond off ahead while she fought she was soon captured in a mirror with Venus. when they finally returned home Setsuna didn't have much of a part in the fight until she and the others felt they needed to go and warn the starlight’s away from Usagi. every time Seiya even thought of going up to Usagi the three of them were there to ward her off. When she and the others went off to fight Galaxia she was killed by Uranus and Neptune alongside Saturn granted it had all been a plan to defeat Glalaxia. She was revived with the others after Sailor Moon defeated Galaxia.

Henshin/Transformation Phrase:

Pluto Planet Power, Make Up!- Her first transformation phrase. Used to turn her into Sailor Pluto.

Pluto Crystal Power, Make Up!- Used to turn her into Super Sailor Pluto and Eternal Sailor Pluto.

Senshi Fuku:

Princess Pluto: She wore a floor length black dress with a black choker around her neck.

Sailor Pluto: Pluto's colors are Black, Garnet, and Dark Maroon. Her fuku is close to that of the inner senshi. She has the normal white base though it's sleeveless. Her skirt and collar are black and her collar has no stripes on it. her choker is black with a garnet gem hanging off of it. Her earrings are garned red and look like thick arrows. Her boots are black with a white strip at the top's of them. Her gloves are white with black elbow fittings at the top. her bows are a dark Maroon and her front bow has a garnet  broach on it. she also has a gold tiara on her head with a garnet gem in the center. She also has a chain of time keys around her waist.

Super Sailor Pluto: her fuku stays pretty much the same. The only changes are the bows become longer and bigger. The broach on her front bow becomes a heart. and she gains shoulder pads with a transparent part on the bottom.

Eternal Sailor Pluto: This fuku has the most drastic of the changes on it. Her shoulder pads become grey puffs with two pieces of black fabric at the bottom. her front bow becomes garnet red and has a grey 5 pointed star on it. her back bow becomes grey. Her choker becomes a V shape as does her tiara Both gain 5 pointed stars rather than gems. Her gloves become longer going to her upper arms stopping a few inches below the sleeves. Her belt consists of two ribbons one black and one grey that are clipped together in the front by a gold 5 pointed star the ribbons hang down in the back. Her skirt becomes double layered the top layer being black and the bottom layer being Grey. Her boots switch colors around the boots themselves being white with a black stripe across the top and a star in the center on the front. 

Powers: 
Dead Scream: Using her garnet rod she sends a ball of energy shapped like Pluto at her enemy.
Chronos Typhoon: Pluto holds the garnet orb up sending a cyclone of wind at her target.
Dark Dome Close: She uses the garnet rod to close the time gate.
Garnet Ball: She uses the garnet rod to create a sphere of energy to protect herself and anyone else she want to protect.
Time Stop: her forbidden attack Pluto stops time for an instant. because it is taboo she dies immediately after time restarts.

Weapons or Magical Items:

Garnet Rod: holds the garnet ball. she uses it to open and close the time gate as well as stop time. It's a stall as tall as she is if not a bit taller shaped like a key.

Garnet Orb: Pluto's talisman and used in a couple of her attacks.

Time Keys: Keys that she wears around her waist like a belt. They allow others to use the time gate to travel through time. (one is held by Chibi-Usa.) 

Lip Rod: Her first transformation rod. Used to transform into Sailor Pluto

Crystal Change rod: Her second transformation rod used to turn her into Super and later Eternal Sailor Pluto.

Communicator: a device that she wears around her wrist the looks like a watch. It connects her with the rest of the senshi and has the symbol of Pluto on the cover of it.

RP Sample: 
Setsuna looked out the resteraunt's window as she sipped her tea she had been rather distracted all day. Haruka and Michiru had both expressed concern over how distracted the time guardian had been. She was aware on how rare it was for something like this to happen but she just couldn't help it and the others asking her about it wasn't helping much. Why was she distracted? that was quite easy really she was running through her memories not just any memories her memories of the past. None of the outers had really ever had much of a chance to become close friends or at least not like they were now. they had contact with each other but that was very rare and it was even rarer for her to have any sort of contact with the other two as well. Guarding the time space door kept her pretty secluded from even her team mates. Uranus and Neptune talked all about how lonely it was and how solitude was all they knew yet they still had contact with one another when the need arose and yet it was very rare Pluto had ever gotten a chance to fight alongside them she had to protect the time line and keep intruders away from the door. Solitude was all she knew with the few times she got to go help Uranus and Neptune in a fight. She was always referred to as the lone soldier in the silver millennium. The daughter of Chronos and the protector of time. She closed her eyes a bit trying to relax and stave off her memories she hated where they took her she truly did. The fall of the silver millennium still pained her even after thousands of years. Had she not been forced to stay at the time gate she might have been able to help instead she was only permitted to leave when it was time to awaken the messiah Sailor Saturn. And immediately she was back at the gate to protect it. The day she had watched her princess awakens as Sailor Moon to find the guardian senshi had warmed her heart. She smiled softly as she saw said princess walk by the window with the other four girls. They were all five so carefree even after all this time she couldn't allow herself to be so carefree. "they are rather cute don't you think so Setsuna?" came the husky voice on the other side of the table she smiled once more at the sound of the feminine giggle that fallowed. "Yes Haruka they are." she said turning to Michiru and Haruka who were sitting together on the other side of the table their own cups of tea sitting on the table in front of them. Setsuna turned back to the window as she watched her princess go. She would protect her this time no matter what happened if their peace was ever broken she just hoped that never happened.

Can you mention that Setsuna has darker skin than the other Sailor senshi and note that she has the ability to control time in the unique abilities/skills section?

Could you also mention that it is unknown when Pluto awoke as a Sailor senshi in the past since her duty as the guardian of time has continued for so long?

Oh and can you correct that Pluto's brooch is garnet instead of black in her original and Super form?
