Appearance: She is 5' 10” so is fairly tall and has a slender but toned build. She appears to be somewhere in her early twenties, though sometimes she has an ageless feel around her. Has a light to medium brown skin tone that seems to be natural. She has mature garnet colored eyes, and very long forest green hair that reaches a bit past her knees, part of which is done in a bun at the crown of her head. Her bangs are generally left natural.

She often enjoys dressing fashionably, wearing business suits or long dresses, basically more elegant attire rather than very casual. She is rarely seen in anything shorter than knee length or rarely seen in jeans, and often accessorizes well. She favors the darker colors. She also tends to wear lipstick more often than lip gloss, though she doesn't seem to wear much else in the way of make up.

Personality: Setsuna tends to be a bit cool in her personality, though this is only because she's been away from people for so long and she sometimes still has an air of sadness as an additional result. She is actually a very warm and mature type of woman with a maturity beyond her years. She more often than not is quietly observing what goes on, a hard habit to break. But when she knows something or someone she loves is threatened, she becomes a fierce warrior. She used to be a stickler for the rules, but after being around other people more often, she has begun to relax, though she maintains a strong respect for rules. She also tends to strongly believe in the power of friendship, following Usagi's example and beliefs to an extent. She also immensely respects her Queen and believes she can do anything, and would follow her gladly to the ends of the earth. She also tends to act quite motherly to Chibiusa and Hotaru, having basically helped and watched them both grow up, so she has permanently unlocked that facet of her personality, and will be motherly to any child.

She is also the type who will swallow a difficult truth, such as when she was prepared to kill Hotaru to prevent Sailor Saturn from awakening. Whatever regrets she has, she rarely shows them, though she can easily apologize when she is mistaken about something. No matter what she does, she often has an air of elegance and self confidence, attracting her quite a number of admirers. She also tends to have an air of mystery because of the fact she has seen and knows many things about the past and future, but refuses to tell anyone and change the future.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Sewing, Fashion design, she can also sense the flow of time, and if something is wrong or out of place in the time stream.

History: Setsuna was born during the ancient Silver Millennium when Queen Selenity ruled, and she came into her powers before Serenity was born, and before her guardians came to be. She was instructed by Selenity on what her duties were and was warned of taboos she must not break. Thus from a young age, she guarded the Time Door. And when the Silver Millennium fell, it was presumed that if she was to be relieved of duty, anyone who might have been able to do it died in the fall.

Many millennium later, Princess Small Lady found her way into the Space Dimension where Pluto was. Recognizing her instantly as a heir of the moon, she had the princess safely sent back to her home, though she continued to visit the lonely senshi often. When the Nemesis events occurred, it was the first time Pluto had left her post to help the other senshi to stop Diamond and save Small Lady. At this time, she broke the taboo of stopping time and lost her life as a consequence.

Afterwards however, she was reincarnated as an adult in the 20th century with the other senshi, allowed to fight along side them as she had always wanted. And so she was able to grow in strength with the other senshi, witnessing events as they were suppose to occur. A few months after her reincarnation, she became a mother to Hotaru Tomoe along with Haruka and Michiru. Eventually she was killed once again by Galaxia, but revived by Usagi in the Galaxy Cauldron. Since then, she has lived her life peacefully until the rise of Crystal Tokyo, at which point she begins to guard the Time Door a little more frequently once more.

Other Noteworthy Facts: She enjoys sewing and dreams of one day being able to be a fashion designer. Her favorite drink is tea, and her least favorite food is eggplant. She cannot stand cockroaches, and often drops her graceful demeanor in her fervor to kill the insect if there is one around. Her blood type is A and her zodiac sign is Scorpio. Her birthstone is Opal and her birth flower is Marigolds. Her favorite color is dark red. Her favorite subject is Physics and her least favorite is Music. She very much enjoys shopping.

Senshi Name: Sailor Pluto

Henshin/Transformation Phrase: Pluto Planet/Crystal/Star Power, Make up!
Senshi Fuku: Normal: Standard leotard with her main color being black(skirt, glove pipings, collar and boots) while her accent color is garnet(bows, earrings, tiara gem) She has knee high boots with a upward V shaped top with white accent at the top. In this form, she has a round black brooch and a black choker with garnet circle hanging from it. She also wears thick arrow shaped earrings that are dark garnet, and a chain with skeleton keys on it around her waist.

Super: Same as Normal, except her back bow ties are longer and her brooch is now heart shaped. She also has 2 white stripes on either side of her collar, and her sleeves now consist of two piping with a sheer wing. She also now has a gold star on her choker, and her brooch is garnet. She still has her key belt.

Eternal: Leotard no longer has breastplate. Her choker becomes a black V shaped ribbon with gold star. She also gains slightly transparent grey puff sleeves with black piping at the bottom. She also has 2 gold stripes on her collar. Her gloves are opera length now, and have a black ribbon V on the wrist. She now has a black star shaped brooch. She also has black and grey V shaped ribbons around her waist with a gold star at the point. She also has a two tiered skirt, the top being black and the bottom being grey. She also has a gold star on the V point of her boots, which are now white with black accent. She has long ankle length black ribbons from the back of her fuku. She still maintains her key belt in this form.



Powers: Dead Scream - Sailor Pluto uses the Garnet Rod to send an energy blast orb at the enemy.
Chronos Typhoon - Sailor Pluto holds up her Garnet Orb and sends forth a cyclone of wind at the enemy.
Garnet Ball - Sailor Pluto creates a shield using the Garnet Orb.
Dark Dome Close - Sailor Pluto closes the Space-Time Door from a distance, using the Garnet Rod.
Time Stop - Sailor Pluto's forbidden power, used to stop time. By the third taboo of guarding the Space-Time Door, the use of this ability results in her death.

Weapons or Magical Items: Pluto Lip rod- Used for first transformation.
Pluto Crystal Change rod- Used to transform into Super.
Garnet Staff- Key shaped staff, used in some of her attacks.
Garnet Orb- Her talisman. Sometimes used for attacks, and sometimes can be used to see events in the past or future.
Key belt- A chain with skeleton keys worn around her waist. A key allows for safe time travel and movement through the space dimension.

RP Sample: Sailor Pluto stood at her post, griping her staff tightly. Her fingers had gone numb some time ago, but she didn't notice. She was too transfixed by the horror she had been witnessing in her mind with the inner sense her position as senshi of time granted her. She was having to watch as the people of Earth invaded the Moon. She had to watch people cry out and fall, and lie still forever more.

And now, she was having to watch the princess as she was defended by her lover. He was a handsome man that made her heart flutter, but she was too distracted to dwell on that. Time later to wonder and muse. Now she could only hope that he would succeed. And her heart sank as she saw him struck down by a woman with long black hair. Her heart broke for the princess as she watched her crying for her lost love. What a horrible way for first love to end. She half expected then for the princess to be whisked away to safety. She imagined the now tragic princess having to live her life, to marry and live with another man as she ruled her kingdom with a heavy heart. But that wasn't what happened.

Her eyes widened in horror as she saw the princess make her own choice. A strangled cry ripped from her throat as she saw the blonde pick up the heavy sword and pierce herself with it. She took a step forward, hand reaching out as if she could stop her somehow, save her from throwing her life away. But unfathomable space lay between them, and she couldn't abandon her post. The tears ran down her face as she could only stand there, and watch as the young life was snuffed out, and suffer the feeling of uselessness at being unable to do anything. It would be sensation she would become very familiar with.

In the personality section, could you mention that Setsuna has a motherly side (towards Chibiusa and later Hotaru), and that she is very loyal to the moon family? Oh, and in the unique abilities / skills, can you note she can perceive time differently than other people thanks to her unique connection with it?
