Appearance: Setsuna is a young adult woman who has dark green hair with some in a bun down to her knees and the rest hanging down freely, and red eyes. In comparison to the other Senshi, her skin is darker. She is the tallest among the Solar System Sailor Senshi with the height of 5’10”. (Salior Moon Wiki). Setsuna has a very stylish wardrobe often wearing earth tones or high contrast between dark and light colors. She usually wears dresses or skirts but is often seen in overalls when dressing casually for a day off.
 
Personality: Setsuna is a quiet and caring person. She often defers leadership roles and decisions to others, but is fiercely loyal to her her friends and loved ones, especially the royal family of the White Moon. At times she remains aloof and mysterious due to her centuries spent alone at the space time door which also brings about many introverted tendencies, but she has a fun sense of humor and warm smile whenever not performing senshi duties. This especially shines true once she befriends the Senshi in the 20th Century and is granted a life beyond the solitary guarding of the Space Time Door. However, she takes her duty as a senshi very seriously, but will break taboos in order to save the world and her fellow senshi. She is also willing to endure sacrifice in order to save the world, such as when she sides with Uranus and Neptune in trying to prevent the awakening of Sailor Saturn. In the 20th Century, she has two goals to study physics and also fashion design with a possible future career in either field. She is very fond of children, which allows her to take to Small Lady so easily and assist in raising Hotaru. She has a (rational) dislike of cockroaches and green tea is her beverage and popcicle flavor of choice.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Setsuna has training as a nurse. Since she is the daughter of Chronos and guardian of the Space Time Door, she has control over the flow of time.
 
History: Long ago, Queen Serenity of the Silver Millennium tasked a young Sailor Pluto with guarding the Space Time Door in the stead of her father Chronos. She grew to maturity and ceased aging while watching events unfold from afar. Through the rise and fall of Silver Millennium and the regrowth of Earth, she remained at her post. Eventually, her solitude was broken when Small Lady, the daughter of the Neo-Queen Serenity in the 30th Century, found her way to the Space Time Door out of loneliness and the two became instant friends. She also reconnected with the royal family and developed a one-way attraction to King Endymion.
When the Black Moon Clan from Nemesis attacked Crystal Tokyo in the 30th Century, Small Lady stole a key from Sailor Pluto’s belt and traveled to the 20th Century seeking the help of Sailor Moon. As ever, Pluto remained at her post through the fight against the Black Moon Clan until Diana watched the door for her to join the fight. She ended up stoping time to save the world at the cost of her life, so that the other Senshi could defeat the threat from Nemesis once and for all.

Sailor Pluto was then reborn in the 20th century as Setsuna Meioh and reawakened as Sailor Pluto during the fight against the Death Busters. She aided her fellow senshi through this fight and helped Haruka and Michiru to raise the reborn Hotaru. Once Hotaru aged forward, they rejoined the rest of the Sol Senshi for the fight against the Dead Moon Circus and Sailor Galaxia/Chaos.

Senshi Name: Sailor Pluto

Senshi Fuku: Pluto has a black Senshi dress, with dark red colored ribbons. She has no sleeves, unlike the other Senshi. Like the other Outers, she has no white lines in the collar. She has dark green hair and red eyes, with a slightly darker skin tone than the other Senshi. Her choker has a red circle diamond, and her earings are a strange-shaped red color. (Sailor Moon Wiki) 
The Super Sailor Pluto fuku is similar to her original with longer bows, a heart-shaped dark red brooch gem, and slightly longer sleeves.
The Eternal Sailor Pluto fuku upgrades the sleeves to be rounded bubbles, adds a white ruffle under her black skirt, and stars become the accents on her brooch, tiara, necklace, and boots.

Weapons or Magical Items: 

• Pluto Lip Rod: Allows her to transform into Sailor Pluto
  
• Garnet Orb: Sailor Pluto’s talisman. It protects her and helps channel her senshi powers
  
• Garnet Rod: This is Sailor Pluto’s staff which holds the Garnet Orb at the top. She uses it to direct her attacks and activate the Garnet Orb
  
• Time Keys: Sailor Pluto wears these on a belt around her hips. This allows others to teleport themselves to the Space Time Door and safely travel through time

RP Sample: “WAHHHHHHH!!!!” Setsuna was startled awake from her slumber.
“WAHHH WAH WAH WAHHHHH” the crying continued. She sighed to herself as her breathing returned to normal. Hotaru was probably hungry or needed a diaper change. Haruka and Michiru were both away from home this week, earning money from a race and performance respectively and getting some time away from the responsibilities of caring for their adopted daughter. At least they had promised her a week off when they got back.

She frowned slightly as she made her way down the hall to Baby Hotaru’s room. Sleep, glorious sleep, how I miss you, she thought to herself. When she entered Hotaru’s room, she instantly covered her nose and made a face. Definitely a diaper change, she thought, reaching for the light switch.

Since this is an advanced profile, could you tell a bit more about Setsuna’s personality? Perhaps note her aloofness is caused by years of solitude, that children hold a special place in her heart and that she is very loyal to the Moon Family. Maybe also note she is quite introverted.

In the unique abilities / skills section, can you mention Setsuna has certain control over time?
