General Information Name:Haruka Tenoh (Name meaning: ‘Sky King’) Gender:Female Birthday:January 27 Birthplace:Japan Physical Description: Haruka is very androgynous, as she is able to pass as both a man and a woman- and look good as both. She prefers male clothing, perhaps to complement Michiru’s feminine style- but she has been seen sporting a mini-skirt or hot pants. A lot of her clothes are made of leather, as it compliments her rugged life style.
Her body is in top shape from running track through out high school- which combined with her height makes her the strongest and tallest senshi. Her waist is also super thin, but is often disguised behind the loose male clothing and jackets. She keeps her blonde hair in a pixie cut and rarely styles it- letting it have a very ‘windy’ look to it. It also matches her sporty life-style, as it is super easy to maintain. She also almost never wears make-up, but might every now and then borrow a few things from Michiru, and as they both have blue eyes and similar skin tone, sharing is a lot easier.
Personality: When it comes down to it, Haruka is a very ‘black and white’ person. She is quick to judge, stubborn, and a bit selfish at times, but very devoted and loyal to her princess and lover, Michiru. Haruka hates feeling contained, which is why she enjoys the wind in her face so much, as it symbolizes freedom for her.
When in social situations, Haruka loves to tease, sometimes flirting with girls to see their reaction. However, she can be easily flustered by Michiru when she makes an unexpected quip about their personal life that catches her off guard.
Haruka is a very talented racer, both in a car and her own two feet- But she knows it, and one might say she has a big head about it.
She believes in doing things for the greater good, and is more than willing to sacrifice herself (and others who are not necessary) for what she believes to be right. However, even though she and Michiru promised each other that the princess comes first, both know that they would let the world burn for one another. Haruka worst fear is being left without her Michiru.
Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Haruka has a slight psychic ability- able to sense danger in the wind. But it’s very vague and she has yet to fully understand it. Talented racer/runner. The strongest and tallest senshi. She is also talented with a piano, often accompanying Michiru during her violin performances. It is said that she plays like the wind.
History: Haruka grew up wealthy, living in luxury most of her life. This continued when she signed her first contract for racing, letting her live independently in a wealthy apartment building. Haruka excelled in sports as a child, quickly becoming the star athlete at her High school, Mugen Academy. At first, Haruka was very reluctant to accept her destiny, as it would pin her down to something that she had no control over. However, when attacked after a race one day, she finally accepted her duty, much to the pleadings of Michiru.
When searching for the three talisman to create the holy grail, it was soon discovered that Haruka carried one of the three needed to do so. In despair that Michiru had been shot with the heart-crystal gun- revealing her talisman and killing her- she shot herself in the heart, allowing sailor moon to create the Holy Grail. However, Setsuna soon stepped in with the third talisman, the Garnet Orb, and resurrected the two- extracting their heart crystals so their talismans would be useable.
Haruka couldn’t accept that Usagi was fit to rule the solar system- only seeing her as a weak crybaby who tried to risk the lives of everyone for one person. However, after both her and Michiru were defeated by Usagi in battle, they finally swore allegiance to their princess. She now will be one of the first to defend Usagi when someone speaks ill of her.
Within the inner senshi, Haruka is looked up to by Makoto for her strength, while Minako admires her androgynous beauty.
Her relationship with the other outer senshi are much stronger, as she tends to fight with them. She sees Hotaru as a daughter, as she and Michiru are her ‘Papa and Mama’ who raised her when she was reborn.
She is currently in a loving relationship with Michiru, acting more like a married couple, and the two have been together almost as long as she has been a sailor senshi.
Senshi Information Senshi Name: Sailor Uranus/Super Sailor Uranus/Eternal Sailor Uranus
Senshi Fuku: Haruka’s main fuku color is a navy blue, which appears on her short skirt, sailor collar, wrist-length gloves, and unusual ankle boots. Her bows are an amber color.
Henshin/Transformation: Before obtaining her Uranus Crystal, Haruka turned into Sailor Uranus by thrusting her transformation lip rod in the air, she will shout out "Uranus planet power, Make up!". Now, as Eternal Sailor Uranus, she will shout out 'Uranus Crystal power!"
Powers: -World Shaking - A powerful attack, with a medium energy usage. She creates an earth quake with a ball of energy and blasts it at an enemy.
-Space sword buster - Another powerful attack. Haruka uses her talisman to slice anything in her way.
-Space Turbulence - Her most powerful attack that she gained after obtaining the Uranus Crystal. Haruka summons a large amount of energy into her hands and blasts it at her opponent.
Weapons or Magical Items: -Space Sword - As one of the legendary talisman to create the Holy Grail, this sword is very important to Haruka, as it came from her own pure heart.
-Transformation lip rod - A lilac rod with a navy blue ball on the top with a v shaped circle going through it. She obtained it when she awakened as a sailor senshi.
RP Sample: A tall young woman walked out to the racing track. Taking her place at the starting line, she casually looked around at the cheering crowd, then at her opponents. ‘Heh... this will be easy.’ she thought ‘Mostly freshmen from the looks of it...’ she laughed a bit to herself, confident for her new victory. Brushing her short, blonde hair from her eyes, she was contemplating getting her hair trimmed when her gaze matched with another pair of blue eyes.
Haruka was taken aback from this girls- no- this womans beauty. Her hair glistened in the sun as waves do in the sea. Her small frame contorting into gracious curves that perfectly fit her fashionable dress. Her face smiling- at Haruka.
Haruka quickly looked away, still blushing at the thoughts of what that woman would look like in the candle light in her bedroom.
The judges motioned for the contestant to line up. Haruka got into her usual position, but instead of looking at the ground like she normally would, she took a quick glance at the woman again. Their eyes met again, her heart began to race as the woman mouthed something to her.
“Ready... set...” a blank was fired into the air “GO” the announcer barked.
Haruka ran, quickly passing the others. But her run was different than normal, faster than normal. She wasn’t running to win this time.
