| I do agree, I really love Wan's story and I love Raava. The fact that we got to see HOW to avatar started and how bending started was pretty awesome. |

| Looks like I need to at least finish Korra so I can see that origin story. I started Book 2 but I just could not get into it at all. Book 1 left me with such a sour taste, but I heard it gets better in Book 3 and 4 so I guess I should just trudge on through it. Are there any other reasons I should continue watching past Book 1 besides origin story and Korrasami? |

| ^ I second Vivie’s and Yunie’s statements. Actually, I took a break from watching lok somewhere before the second half of book two. Then I heard good things about the later parts of the show and decided to continue watching. And I am glad I did. In my opinion, the first half of the second book was the weakest one. I think the book would have been more balanced if it only focused on the spirit side. (Plus I wasn’t a fan of the love triangle subplot of the first two seasons, nor Bolin’s movie star subplot. This is only my personal opinion, though.) I recommend you to trudge on through the second season, Brit. Some reasons to keep watching could, depending on your tastes, be: - This contains some minor spoilers from the three books. I try to be vague ^^;:
Book 2:
- Wan's story (the origin story of the avatar) - Korra’s journey to the spirit world - Her meeting with a certain character from atla - Jinora’s role as Korra’s guide - Korra’s spiritual growth
Book 3:
- New airbenders - The villains - Reappearances of some characters from atla - Character development for Krew - Korrasami moments - Mako and Bolin meeting their family - Beifong family + character development for Lin and Su Yin - The finale of book three. It’s thrilling
Book 4:
- Korra dealing with her inner struggles and experiences from her fight with Zaheer, and her facing her fears. - Reappearance of another Gaang member. - The fourth season’s villain gaining power thanks to strategic thinking combined with Earth Kingdom’s struggles. - The finale of book 4. It’s not as thrilling as book three, but the battle is really good. - The ending with Korrasami.
@V-babe - Ming Hua's waterbending style is one of the most impressive ones in both atla and lok! And I agree with you about airbending! |

| I absolutely adore the Red Lotus. The scene where they attempt to kidnap Korra from Su Yins house was just incredible. It will forever remain one of my favourite fight scenes right along with the final fight scene with Korra and Kuvira.
I really wish we could have a spin off series of Wan that starts after Harmonic convergence. |
