Background:

Momoko was born to Emery and Lady Serenity on August the 13th.  Unfortunate for Momoko, she didn't have long with her father as he left with  a group on a diplomatic mission and disappeared shortly after her first birthday.  Momoko has fuzzy memories of her father, and asking her mother always brings out some melancholy moments so she doesn't often brings him up.  In general, Momoko grows up in the Crystal Palace, going to a private school with her own senshi group. 

As a sailor soldier, she's not the leader of her senshi team because of both her age and experience.  Due to that, she's often told to look up to and watch her mother's team, the Asteroid senshi and the (new) Outers which is lead by Sailor Onyx Pluto, whom she finds both mysterious and kind of frustrating.  
She's better with her cousins and her own senshi group, and feels more confident in her position with them.

Personality: Octavia is, at her core, a laid-back sort of girl.  She's the type to go with the flow of things a lot, and enjoys having fun more than anything.  So she often skirts duties or chores in favor of playing games or testing out games for her father.  She only gets upset around her mother or when she feels wronged.  She's quick to defend her friends and family at any given moment, even if they're wrong.  Though she hates to do it, she's good at hiding her emotions when she absolutely has to and dislikes doing so.

Background:

Octavia was born to Mizuki and Marcus gray on June sixth.  From a young age, Octavia's learned a few things of what not to bring up around her mother:  Do not ask about her grandparents and do not ever talk about her aunt and cousins in front of her.   Though she (Octavia) doesn't know why, but her mother has a deep resentment for the queen, her own mother (Ami) and her father (Shingo) because of the pressures that came with her birth.  Unknown to Octavia, her mother had grown up normally and ran away when she became legally an adult and eventually fell for Marcus (Octavia's father) as he was the polar opposite of what people expected of her. 

Octavia, herself, has no grudge against her family and really wishes to know how to make things better but knows she cannot do that and thus works overtime trying to keep the peace between everyone.  

As a senshi, she's very protective of Peach Moon and the more quieter ones. She admires the Asteroid senshi and the (new) Outers a lot.  She especially likes Sailor Juno and Sailor Navy Uranus for their confidence.  Of all the newer senshi, she's very close to Sailor Tawny Venus.

Personality: Shamari's a bit lazy, but really loves stories her grandma Minako tells about her travels. She sometimes would love to travel like that too.  Avoiding responsibility is her middle name- she has a bad habit of minimizing and shifting the blame from herself onto others.  If something is too troublesome, she perfers not to deal with it.  Though, because of her love of food, she's quite food-motivated and likes anything that's fun- including playing pranks on others.  She loves unique and interesting things- be it stories or an actual physical item, she loves to inspect it and figure out what it is.  Also, because of her albeit laziness, she finds it easier to be blunt sometimes, which comes off as rude now and then. Otherwise, a protective person when she think she has to be.

Background:  Shamari was born on October the fourth to Antonio and Aiko Gray.  Even from a young age, Shamari liked to sleep, finding dreams more fun than being awake.  As she grew up, she found she loved being around her Grandma Minako more than her Grandma Elza, if only because Minako spoils her rotten and often caves if Shamari cries even a little.  She gets along very well with her cousins and friends, but has issues following directions with Sailor Onyx Pluto or Sailor Navy Uranus. 

In fact, she doesn't really care much for listening to a lot of the senshi when it means taking responsibility for something.  She prefers to be carefree if she can help it.  Which also means, as a student, she's terrible in school.

Personality: Yuka is a timid girl and extremely shy.  Because of this, she has difficulty making friends on her own and is skittish when meeting new people.  She also tends to go along with things, not wanting to create a fuss.  She tends to cling to people, whether consciously or not, that seem stronger than her, often unintentionally playing a damsel in distress, even when she doesn't mean to.  This also means she cries very easily under any kind of pressure.   Her good points are she's actually very calm, when people get to know her a bit better and is very enthusiastic about jewelry, having extensive knowledge about different kinds of stones and the like.  She also likes making snacks and teas for others, believing it can cure a lot of ill-feelings and improve moods.

Background: Yuka was born November 30th to Hinata and Haru Kino.  Even as a baby she's always been very quiet and cries at loud noises often.  She's always been very sheltered and her father's love for flowers and running her grandmother's Bakery has been a centerpiece in her life as her mother is also from a family that ran a restaurant (and once a game center).  She grew up, very much a princess.   She attends the same private school as all the other younger senshi but often skips senshi-training with Shamari because she hates exercise and prefers to not fight at all as she's a bit of a pacifist in a way.   

Of the senshi, she admires the youngest of the older Outer senshi, Sailor Lavender Saturn- Kousagi Tomoe. She thinks of her as refined and beautiful. Wishing to be just like her.

Personality: Kiyoko is loud boisterous girl who loves being a hero and playing the prince in games with others. She is fearless and headstrong, often charging in before thinking really. She enjoys being the center of attention too, being praised for her efforts or things she's found.  She finds joy in helping Shamari with her pranks, finding them funny too.  This also means, she hates formal settings because she finds them stifling and hard to navigate the double speak or snide comments that people say to insult her. She can't stand liars either, thinking things would be way easier if you just tell the truth in the first place.  adding to this, she believes wholly in the Hero ideal and being just like the Sailor Senshi but has a hard time living up to her grandmother Rei's ways.

Background:
Kiyoko was born March 25th to Chouko Hino.  Like her mother, her father is also unknown, and she was raised at the Shrine that her grandmother inherited.  Though she has some ESP and is able to sense things, it's nowhere near as strong as her grandmother's abilities.  Independent and dependable, Kiyoko often helps around the shrine when her mother's too busy to. While she enjoys it a bit, she prefers running loose in the wooded area around it and collects various things- much to her Grandma Rei's displeasure at times.  
She attends school with the other senshi around her age, and looks up to, and admires the older Sailor Senshi that serve the queen. Of the Sailor senshi, she's very close to Momoko and Yuka because she fancies herself as their night and often enjoys hanging around Shamari. 

The older senshi she admires is the mysterious Sailor Onyx Pluto, who's the leader of their groups.

Age: Beginning- 16yrs old/ End: 27yrs old

Dislikes: People commenting negatively about her looks, not having a boyfriend, anyone picking on the younger senshi.
Hobbies: Horseback riding, painting, swimming, climbing.
Personality: Nira is a charming young lady that enjoys looking good, which makes her feel good. She's a kind person that likes to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and is very loyal.  However, she doesn't forgive easily if at all, and can become harsh if you get on her bad side. She's also a girl that wants to be in love a lot. She wants the kind of relationship that her mothers have. She enjoys being around kids and hopes to be a mother someday.

Background: Oldest of two sisters, Nira was born February 14.  She was around two years old when she and her sister were adopted by Haruka and Michiru when her mother abandoned both of them with the two.  Taking pity on them, Haruka and Michiru kept the girls, and raised them as their own.  Nira took a shine to the elegant things that Michiru had and often enjoyed shopping with her.  She fully thrown herself into her new life and doesn't really remember her biological mother at all.  Part of her doesn't even care to, considering everything.  

As a Sailor Senshi, she's kind of ambivalent towards her duty because her life has been very peaceful. She finds it no different than another school club activity.  She's on good terms with most of everyone, but doesn't know how to deal with Kousagi or the leader of their senshi group, Sailor Onyx Pluto.

Personality: Desponia is self-conscious about her looks and is insecure about it.  She finds crowds claustrophobic to a degree and prefers the open air or an empty room to anything else. However, once you get onto her favorite topics, she's very chatty and easily excitable about it.  Anything else, is she's incline to do things more behind the scenes or be a helper mostly.

Background: Desponia, the younger sister of Nira, was born March the fourth. She was an infant when her and her sister were adopted by their mothers.  She was raised along side her sister, spending their time travelling to and from Crystal Tokyo to other places.  Currently, she and her sister live in Crystal tokyo while their parents are off doing other things but return to see them.   

As a senshi, she doesn't much enjoy it but is proficent enough to defend and help others if she can. She avoids hanging around after practice and often goes off to be alone.  She's known to get along fine with Kousagi and her leader, Sailor Onyx Pluto.

Personality: Kousagi is a quiet, seemingly humble, girl who often finds ways to get out of any thing she doesn't want to do.  She's polite, but a bit conscious of what others think of her.  She suppresses her feelings at times and sometimes can't help but resents her lineage at times. Towards others, she basically just hopes no one talks to her if she can help it.  It takes a lot to get her to speak her true feelings.  At times, she often shows that she's depressed but covers it up by saying it was nothing. Because she loves her mother very much, she puts up with her tendency to put pink in her wardrobe.

Background: Kousagi was born December 25th to Hotaru Tomoe.  With her father unknown, she was raised in the Crystal Palace, eventually along side with Momoko when she was born.  For a time, Kousagi was the youngest child and senshi, thus was spoiled a lot but somehow remained humble enough.  For a long time, she felt she had to be very careful in how people viewed her because of her mother and her eventual powers.  People still feared Sailor Saturn, despite everything, so her daughter was to also be feared.  Kousagi learned to turn to comics and other things to help cope with it all. 

As a senshi, she's apt at what she does, but doesn't enjoy it at all.  She's closest to Sailor Onyx Pluto and Des(Sea Neptune).  Though she likes Momoko a bit. 

She dislikes wearing pink, but does so because of her mother's fondness for it and how happy it makes her.  Not to mention, she can't seem to keep any other colors of clothes in her closest much besides pink, purple and black.

Personality: Setsuki is a very mysterious young lady. She never reveals everything and enjoys speaking cryptically whenever there's something she doesn't want someone to know. She finds it fun to tease people with it but tries not to overdo it.  A calm personality, she enjoys spending time with everyone and acts motherly towards them at times.  Though the ones that don't like to listen do tax her patience, as infinite seeming it is.  She does get frustrated with her own shortcomings and not telling them some cruxical things as it's foggy for her too.

Background:

Setsuki appears just before Kousagi is born, which is after Queen Lady Serenity's ascension to the throne. She introduced herself to the new court as Sailor Onyx Pluto.  The Original Sailor Pluto had disappeared months before this time, so many question whether she's the daughter of Pluto or Pluto herself, reborn.  Setsuki answered none of this and had made herself home among them.  Eventually they accepted her and learned to trust her wisdom when she decides to offer it.   

She became the leader of the Inner/Outer Senshi almost by default since she was not only the oldest but had more leadership qualities than the others.  So, she became the leader and has decided to remain so until the young princess becomes capable enough to do so.
