Here's my OC I made for an RP a while ago but never got to use. I liked her enough to not scrap her though.

Personality: Kazaki is highly relaxed and easygoing, and is sometimes mistaken for lazy due to doing the minimum required for things she doesn’t have a passion for- which is everything except her motorcycle, music, crime fighting business, and competitions of any sort. And even when passionate, she always likes to have a plan to follow, and runs multiple possible situations in her head before making a tough decision, taking as much time as she possibly can. If something does manage to get under her skin, she gets tunnel vision and focuses on nothing but that until she is satisfied, leading to possible oversights. She is extremely loyal and protective of friends and allies, and is unafraid of getting into fights over them…or having to fight in general. Can end up a bit obsessive over jobs she’s assigned,  and often takes things too far if left to herself.


Personal History: Kazaki was a 9th grader when she found her transformation bracelet, dropped by a strange white cat who disappeared from the city soon after. This led to her becoming Sailor Io to fight off street gangs, and eventually the Youma and various other monsters that started to show up in Sapporo, while searching for something or someone she just couldn’t remember. After a particularly rough battle, she finally recalled her past life and now eventually wants to go visit Tokyo, in hopes of meeting Sailor Jupiter again after seeing many news articles and reports about the Guardian Senshi's activities. In her spare time, Kazaki mixes music in her small studio and occasionally helps with her parents’ mechanical garage.



Sailor Name: General Io/Sailor Io
Realm of Influence: Energy waves, including seismic, magnetic, and radio.


Transformation Phrase: Io Moon Power, Make Up!
Transformation Item: Io Transformation Bracelet- A gold and green bangle with the symbol of Jupiter and the Roman numeral for 1. 
Transformation Sequence: Holds up hand with bracelet, and visible sound waves are emitted that wrap around her in rings as she transforms. A shockwave is released when she finishes.


Symbol: Jupiter's symbol, and the Roman numeral for 1.
Colors: Orange, purple, and white.
Outfit: Her Sailor Senshi form wears a short purple skirt and long boots, with orange bows on her collar and behind her back. Her earrings are orange and white spheres, and an orange chest plate is worn over her uniform. Instead of a tiara (as she is not a princess), she gets a thick set of headphones that are built into a half motorcycle helmet, covering the top and back of her head in gold and orange metal with the symbol of Jupiter on the side. Her gloves and the bottoms of her boots have metal plates built into them.
Weapons: None.
Items: Io Headphones, with two antennae attached that can send out and receive radio signals. 


Fighting Style: Long range, and using other objects and the opponent's weapons against her enemies.


First Attack Name: Io Sparkling Magnet (Defensive)
First Attack Apperance: Concentrates to create an electro-magnetic field between her hands, then fires it at an object or person.
First Attack Effect/Damage: Gives the object or person hit a magnetic charge of positive or negative, attracting or repelling it.
First Attack Accuracy: Works within a few feet of her before it fails.


Second Attack Name: Io Three-Ring Pulse (Offensive/Defensive)
Second Attack Apperance: Creates an electric field around her body that looks like a ring of energy orbiting her.
Second Attack Effect/Damage: A magnetic pull towards herself, and then blast in a circular direction around her. It gets stronger the longer it’s charged.
Second Attack Accuracy: Range depends on how long the attack is charged.


Third Attack Name: Io Hertz Wave (Offensive)
Third Attack Apperance: She holds the sides or her headphones and twists them like knobs, causing the two antennae to extend from her helmet. She thinks of a song or sound she's heard and holds her hands out towards the target, launching a constant wave of broadcasted sound in that direction.
Third Attack Effect/Damage: The sound can act as an ear splitting assult on the reciever, deafening and disorienting them. It can also interfere with electronics and even break glass at the right frequency.
Third Attack Accuracy: Anyone in hearing range that is targeted, but walls and barriers can block the sound waves.


Sailor History: Kazaki was originally born 1, 000 years ago in the Moon Kingdom’s Silver Millenium as Sailor Io, one of the four top military generals of the planet Jupiter. Named after the moon closest to the planet, Io loyally served directly under the princess of Jupiter, and was a tactician of sorts. She died battling the Dark Kingdom when it attacked the Moon Kingdom’s allies to weaken it, and was eventually reincarnated on Earth in Sapporo of the Hokkaido prefecture of Japan.


Mission: To protect the princess of Jupiter and find her own team, the rest of the Galilean Moon Senshi.

I found another fellow Jupiter fan ...and came up with his/her own senshi. I like reading many members' own submissions of their own senshi they came up with. Good work, JupiterThunderCrash.

Distinguishing Marks or Traits: She's very elegant and surefooted, a product of her years of ice skating. She always has a cute animal on her clothing, no matter what she wears.

Personality: Fuyuko is calm and gentle on the outside, always going out of her way to help others with their mundane live problems. People often open up to her and tell her their worries without much prompting. Because of this, she is still approachable despite her somewhat intimidating height. She has a soft tone of voice and doesn't ever seem to raise it no matter what situation. She is very easily distracted by animals, and will often walk away from something just to pet one. When Fuyuko is pushed into being upset, she keeps her calm demeanor, but gains an icy, vicious edge. She can flip between the two sides at the drop of a hat if provoked.


Personal History: Fuyuko's family moved from the more northern city of Asahikawa to Sapporo when she was 5, and struggled with being accepted by her peers as she grew up because of her height. During middle school, she started ice skating as a hobby and found that she had a talent for it. As she pursued her new dream of becoming a professional skater, Fuyuko became more confident in herself as a person, and her reputation changed for the better to reflect this. She was no longer teased or feared for her height, becoming one of the most popular girls in school.

Transformation Sequence: She holds up her ring hand and an icy wind wraps around her before freezing over. The ice shatters to reveal Sailor Europa.

Colors: Green, light blue, and white

Outfit: Her fuku is mainly white, with a pale blue color for her skirt and bows. She wears short green boots that connect to green armor that covers her shins. She has armored gauntlet gloves that are also green, along with a simple green chest plate. She also wears a blue and long green cape and hood, the cape part marked with her senshi symbol.

Weapons: A long scythe with a blade made of frost.

Fighting Style: She can fight close range with her weapon, but would rather stay at mid to long range with her various magical attacks.


First Attack Name: Europa Cold Typhoon

First Attack Appearance: She swings her scythe and creates a miniature tornado of freezing air.

First Attack Effect/Damage: Traps the opponent and drops the temperature, freezing them.

First Attack Accuracy: The tornado has to catch the opponent before it fades away.



Second Attack Name: Europa Burning Geyser

Second Attack Appearance: Using a water source, Europa creates a superheated geyser and fires it.

Second Attack Effect/Damage: The boiling water can cause burns and is a powerful pushing force.

Second Attack Accuracy: The geyser moves in a straight line the way it was fired, and can't change direction without firing again.


Third Attack Name: Europa Sunny Burst

Third Attack Appearance: Europa gathers energy from the sun and turns it into a healing light that can be directed in a beam.

Third Attack Effect/Damage: Helps the physical wounds of anything it shines on, based on how long the light is on them.

Third Attack Accuracy: The beam of light must be touching the receiver to heal them.

Sailor History: Sailor Europa served as one of the four Generals of Planet Jupiter, and she served in both combat and the medical field. Her abilities allowed her to change battle conditions on the fly, turning the tide in favor of her soldiers, along with being able to heal them in mass amounts. She died fighting the Dark Kingdom at the end of the Silver Millennium.
