Personality-

Surface- Quite honestly, Elation's personality when she first meets anyone is between some vague polite bewilderment and generally she's polite and nice.

Deeper- Elation's personality is ..multifaceted. On the one hand, she's a polite young woman that generally seems open to meeting anyone and chatting. However, in truth, Elation has trouble actually trusting with certain aspects of herself- one being emotions. She doesn't really want to give anyone her heart romantically. Another thing is, she's pretty genre sauve and is often sarcastic when she finds herself in a cliche situtation.
Most of all, she has a very deep sense of justice when she finds things she doesn't think are fair or warranted. Because of this (and her innate stubbornness), when she finds something that's utterly wrong, she will go through hell to try and fix it or at least make the guilty party repent for their wrongdoings and do penance.

Personal- If nothing else at all, Elation loves her family, even if she doesn't like them at times. Particularly her parents when they fight. She doesn't feel very close to them, due to them working all kinds of hours or away for days. She's very much close to her younger sister Maya the most and has a driving need to protect her sister from every evil in the world. She's also close to their nanny Barako, and believes her to be very much a grandmother/parental figure as she is the constant in their lives.

Though, in all of this, there's also another feature of her that often gets her into a lot of troubl: Elation has a hard time forgiving anyone that has greviously hurt her and her own.

Later on in life: She's a complete cynic that's prone to melancholy behavior. After all she's been through, there are times she very much believes she deserves what she has gotten and then there are other times when she likes to pretend things are 'normal'. Mostly though, she always tries to make the best of her own situtation and encourages her children to do what they want the most.

Minor Powers: Scrying, giving back Dream Mirrors that have been given to her.



History:

Early years (0-10)-

Elation was born to two hard working parents, Saul and Clara Kestral, who worked hard to first get her father's music company off the ground then to get her mother's fashion line started as well. Through this time period, she actually spent most of her time with her Grandmother up until she was five, when her father sold his company to another multi-million dollar company and became CEO of the branch that was stationed overseas. From that point on, Elation became somehting of a backpack child- always moving from one place to another and never quite staying long. She also didn't have any friends whatsover because of this as well.

It isn't until she reached the age of nine did she finally witness her parents' fighting more often when they got a home in England. For an entire year while her mother worked from home on her latest designs and works, her father and mother clashed over even the tiniest of things.

Thankfully, it seems to die down when her mother returned from fashion week (when Elation was ten) and seemed much more amicable than before. For once, Elation believed that her parents' troubles were over now and that they would never agrue again. Especially when she learns a few months later that her mother was pregnant with another child. This is possibly one of the few most happiest moments in Elation's life because it meant she wouldn't be alone anymore and could possibly have a playmate.

Tween to Teen (11-17) :

Even after her sister's birth- Maya Lillian Kestral- Elation's parents started fighting even more, if that's even possible. Mostly, the lulls being her father leaving for weeks at a time to Japan or her mother going off somewhere else to the main contenient or back to the States. It was around this time that Barako, a Japanese woman of advancing years, came to stay with Elation and her baby sister. Her father found the lovely woman while scouting out new talent in Japan. Since Barako's own children are all grown up and she had never been outside of Japan at that time, Barako took the job.

When Elation turned twelve, she had a very hard crush (close to love actually) on her fellow classmate in school. However, her classmate's mother found their friendship 'strange' and told the girl to never interact with Elation again - thus Elation lost the only friend she had been close to there. From then on, she kept mostly to herself and looking after her sister, trying to protect Maya from anything bad that could happen- including shielding her from their parents' arguments.

At fourteen, Elation finally found out the source of the tension between her parents. At the time, the year before, her father had introduced her to his seceratary, Yuu Kamiya, who was helping him in Japan with the company there. It was during a Christmas party at one of the sponsors for her father's company that she became lost within the building. By accident, she came to a room where she heard their voices. She thought to ask them how to get back, but stops when she sees her father was kissing Yuu.

At first she was more confused than hurt but later on she became resentful of it before finally accepting it. Though, now that she knows of it, she wishes they would just get a divorce so everyone could be happy somehow.

At sixteen, her family finally settled in Japan, with her attending a new school and her sister finally attending kindergarten. This is also when she first saw a youma that crashes into her classroom and where the Sailor Senshi first appeared. However, instead of siding with the Senshi, she demands to know why they were attacking the already injured creature. Of course, she was saved by Tuxedo Kamen because said youma tried to attack her before Eternal Sailor Moon finished it off. In the end, Elation ends up fainting which awakens Nehellenia's spirit within her.

With the Queen's voice speaking to her in her mind and dreams, Elation learns much about the Sailor Senshi and about Queen Serenity. She also learns about Queen Nehellenia's motivation for it all. Some of the time, Elation doesn't agree with the Queen's suggestions in regards to the Sol Senshi, however it become invaluable when she first transforms.

After joining the Paranormal Club, a group of teens that love the paranomal things at her school, they go to a local park where there have been sightings of 'monsters'/'demons'. Elation learns from the Queen that the youmas that are appearing are actually former subjects of the DeadMoon Court. That in truth, when their Dream Mirrors disappear, they can actually regenerate another mirror and regain their human form with their past memories intact. However neither Elation nor the Queen know why the youmas are appearing and stealing dream mirrors.

While in a discussion, Elation hears the screams of her club members and rushes to go help. However, the Sol Senshi were there and were ready to attack the youma. Fearing for the creature and her friends- because of one of the attacks being too close to the bodies of her friends- Elation found herself transforming into Sailor Dark Moon for the first time.

She fails in saving the youma's life- who turns out to be a club member Shun that gives her the dream mirrors of their friends to keep safe- and is soundly beaten by the team before running off.

This ends up in a series of skimishes with the Sol senshi, while she tries to maintain her home life without raising suspcion from her family. Whatever else is said, her parents, Barako and Yuu are actually rather concerned about her and her little sister the most.

Luckily (or..not so lucky) for her, there are other senshi from the Deadmoon kingdom called the Dreamcatchers. Even more fortunate, the first of the group is actually someone Elation met before at the train station on the first day of school. Her name was Hane Kita, and she's a subsititue ate Juuna High School. She's also the first person Elation turns to with her Senshi problems and injuries.

From there, Elation- with the help of Hane and a mysterious figure- quickly begin to find other members of the group: Hebi Kinmoto (a professor at a university that studies venom and piosions) Tora Chihino, (a third year student at Juuban High school who's actually in the Manga Club with Usagi).

And then finally, the final member of the team was a yakuza boss named Sarita Kaitousei.

It turns out that Sarita knows all about Elation, Hebi and Tora. In fact she actually hired three of the students from the Paranormal Club (Yuki and the Ito twins) to watch over Elation at the school. She also contacted Tora, later on, to join the fight with Elation and Hane. Hane apparently knew Sarita and was her lover.

After learning about all this, Elation became upset with Hane the most and dislikes Yuki and Ito twins for these secrets. Eventually, though, she had to get over it as the youmas were appearing more and more and the Dreamcatchers had to stop them lest the Sol senshi wipe them out.

Because instead of purfying the youmas, Sailor Moon's power actually destoryes them.

In all this, her family life actually becomes calmer with her father's acceptance of himself and talk of a divorce. Even her mother and Yuu were getting along and Maya didn't seem to see anything wrong with it. Even moreso, Maya has accidentally discovered that Elation was a Sailor Senshi and since the little girl doesn't think her sister is bad or even evil, it casts the Sol Senshi as the 'villians' in her mind. Of course, Elation doesn't know that her sister knows.

Even more so, Elation's relationship with the Sol Senshi is strained and antagonistic at best. Surprisingly, her relationship with Mamoru is at least courteous (basically because he had saved her sister's life once. ). However, despite that, she doesn't hold back when the Dreamcatchers must do battle with them.

This all comes to ahead at their first major battle against each other. When both teams find out where the youmas were originatating. With the Dreamcatchers fighting both the Sol senshi and the youmas, Sailor DarkMoon went the source of it and found it to be an original Youma from the previous time Nehellenia came to earth. It had been dormant all this time and was under the impression that the Queen had given the order to make more and take the dream mirrors for her. Having set that straight and forcing them all back into a dormant/sealed state, Sailor Dark Moon returns to the battle hoping to end it.

However, it ends in nothing but tragedy for all those invovled.

Unknown to either side, Maya, Elation's little sister, stumbles upon the scene with a magical stuffed bear she named 'Starry-chan' that told her she had to help her sister.
When she saw her sister go down and Eternal Moon and Tuxedo were about to strike, Maya throws herself between them. Saving Sailor Dark Moon but at the risk of her own life. Even Eternal Sailor Moon couldn't bring her back to life.

After that, the teams split ways and Elation and her family left Japan to prepare a funeral for her sister in the States.

Early Adult years (18+)

Almost three months later, just before Elation's seventeenth birthday, the Dreamcatchers went to find her once more. At this time, Elation is still grieving deeply for her sister and jumps at the oppurtunity to get back at the Sol Senshi for everything that's happened.

Apparently she's not alone. Family members of the human-turned-Youma came forward as well as some others. Together, with Sarita's guidance and influences from various others, they spend an entire year and a half plotting their revenge.

When it finally come into fruition, no one on the Sol Senshi side knew what hit them. First, alienation and sabotage of finances- basically making them into wanted figures by the police for the most part. Then, one by one, the Sol senshi were captured by indivivual members of the Dreamcatchers and implanted with a crystal of sorts that enhanced the Dreamcatchers' powers.

For Usagi, Elation had a special kind of revenge for her. First, she sabotaged Usagi's chances of getting into a college. Then Usagi's family became broke and lost their home, forcing them to live in a motel for the time being. All the while Usagi's parents were becoming desperate aand even her brother had to leave home to help. Not to mention her friends were having all sorts of terrible things that were happening to them.

Then finally, Elation kidnaps 'Shingo' and 'kills' him before Usagi after catching the girl alone at night in a park. This would be the spark for their final showdown.

However, this is the one that Sailor Moon lost- and lost VERY badly.

Having defeated her opponent to the point of putting her in a coma, Elation continues her revenge with one more person:

Mamoru Chiba.

To complete it, she basically forces Mamoru into a position where if he does not sign the contract and marry her, she would have her people kill the Sol senshi and his beloved Usagi. With little choice or ways out, Mamoru accepts the terms in hopes of giving the Sol Senshi another chance at life.

What happens after this was completely not Elation's intetnions. Apparently, after she marries him, a night or two later the Golden Palace sprung up in the center of Tokyo. No one actually knows why, and Elation herself is actually confused as to why it occured, however with the urging of the people that have helped her for so long, she and Mamoru accept the titles of Queen and King of Golden Tokyo.

For the next thirteen years, Elation ends up having three children with Endymion- her first born being Saori Nehalennia Chiba. Born two years after the start of their reign. Seven years after that, the twins Naoko Maya Chiba and Taciturn Yuu Chiba were born. The relations in the family are a mixture of distance but closeness in some ways.

However, known to Elation at least, Endymion has carried on an affiar with Serenity (who was found three years after Saori was born). She allows the affair because the Sol senshi are not strong enough to actually take on her people and she believes it is her own form of penance as it is theirs for her to keep them apart. She even denies her love for Haruki Ito, a person from her younger years that had feelings for her, because of this.

The final conforontation with the Dreamcatchers and the Sol Senshi finally come to head on the day of Saori's thirteenth birthday. Unknown, again, to anyone but Elation herself, she's pregnant again- three months along with her fourth child (third pregnancy). However, she still dons on her Sailor uniform to fight against the Lunatics (Sol Senshi).

She ends up losing this battle, but Empress Sailor Moon refuses to kill her. Though heavily injured, the Moon Queen heals Elation's body- but unfortunately Elation remains in a coma up until the c-section was performed to save the life of her unborn. After that, her body mysteriously disappears and she is pressumed dead to all.

Princess/Queen form: Unlike most, Elation doesn't have a 'traditional' gown. However, she does have many dresses that are somewhat similar to Nehellenia's gown. But overall, she doesn't have a signature one.
Weapon: A black and silver sword.
Known Attacks:
-DarkMoon Sickles, Slice!: Creates energy in her hands that lengthen and becomes crescent shape. (alt name: Sickles Slice!)
-Lunar Madness!: Creates a red mist that makes her enemies see their worst nightmares come to life.
-Dark Moon Dazzling Fragments: Creates energy that split up into shards and hits her enemies multiple times.
-Lunar Eclipse: with her weapon, she makes a complete circle before thrusting in the center with a pentagram below her that lights up brightly. It sends a massive wave of energy at her enemies.

Sailor Crystal History:

Before Queen Nehellenia had her Dead Moon Circus, she was once Princess Nehellenia of Belenus. First cousin to Queen Serenity- who was then Princess Serenity of Belisama.- by way of Serenity's father, Hyperion being Nehellenia's Uncle. Both princesses lived basically 'next door' to each other in the twin kingdoms of Belenus and Belisama. They grew up together, though their courts had a friendly rivalry against each other, it was peaceful for a while.

At least until the Curse came to their planet with several waves of disease, death, and monsters from beyond. No one knows where or when it was enacted, but the results are the same. It's happened before- every something odd hundred years, it would appear on the planet and nearly wipe out the population if it wasn't for the senshi teams. In Belenus, the Dreamcatchers- much like the Belisama Senshi- would sometimes have a fifth member to their team. This spot is usually filled by the heir or reigning monarch.

Unfortunately, this is not the case for this time around. With little choice, Serenity fled with her court, leaving Nehellenia and her people behind in spite of Nehellenia's pleas otherwise.

Nehellenia's descent into madness beings with the death of her husband, Morpheus. She becomes obsessed with finding a mythical Golden Crystal that is said to hold great powers. However, no one knows where it is to be found. Then, the unthinkable happens and her child, Helene, goes missing. This sends the young queen further into the depths of darkness as she becomes obsessed in keeping her youthful appearance in case she was able to bring her husband back from death and her child returns. She wanted them to be able to recognize her when she's finally able to save their planet.

However, the situtation becomes dire and Nehellenia leaves to personally ask her cousin for aide. However by then, her cousin has had her own daughter and reestablished her kingdom on the Moon.

Nehellenia is denied again- even with help to find the Golden Crystal, which was not Serenity's to give. (So Serenity had told Nehellenia). Enraged, Nehellenia places a curse on Serenity's daughter tonever see the throne and for Serenity to never find hapiness before she too, was sealed away into the mirror.

After the events that occurred with her resserction and battle against the Sol Senshi of the present, Nehellenia is thrown into something of an illusionary life within the Galaxy Cauldron. She later breaks out of the illusion, and becomes determined to reincarnate and right the wrongs she precieved that has been done to her. Since the Galaxy Caludron exists outside of time, she is thrown a little further into the past to reincarnate into Elation Kestral.

Personality-

Surface- Pleasent woman, very bright and quiet spoken. She seems quite forgiving to most. In general, she's a very unambitious ordinary woman.

Deeper-  Hane is actually a manipulative woman that knows just how to work a room if she must.  While she regrets lying to people who trust her, she does so very  well.   She's a very determined woman, willing to do whatever she must to get the job done.  Especially, since she has something to believe in and wants to achieve her goal however she must.  She's not bad-spirited, but she understands the necessity of things.

Personal-  As much as she loved her family, she couldn't live the life of a bird in a glided cage.  It hurts that she must live the way she does away from them- but she finds no other way to live.  Especially when she falls in love with Sarita.

However, out of the entire group, she feels rather close to Elation and wishes to protect her from everything, but also knows she can't so she tries to give her support as much as she can.

History:

Early years (0-10)-  

Much of Hane's early years was spent in a more or less lofty kind of life. Where nothing was quite real but everything was real to her. Having been born to very wealthy parents, Hane has never wanted for anything- except perhaps actual friends.  However, she seems to have little notice of this because of her very generous and indulgent grandmother.  The only notiable thing that happens is her occassional odd dreams about a weird world and scary monsters that plagued her the moment she turned ten.

Tween to Teen (11-17)  :

When she turned twelve, she was told by her mother that she is engaged to marry a boy from a similar family background. However since such a marriage was far off, Hane paid little attention or mind to it. Instead, the older she got the more interested she became in Japanese Literature -along with other langauges.  She mostly fell in love with the stories there and philosphies.  However, this actually opens her eyes to her predictament.  And suddenly, the idea of an arranged marriage seems like a bigger problem than she originally thought.

Early Adult years (18+)

This is when she starts to rebel against her family's expectations. She went on to become a teacher, instead of going on to marrying the man her family had chose.
In fact, this all enraged them that by the time she finished and got her degree, her father cuts her off from the family fortune until she 'comes to her senses'.   Which, though it hurt, she's determined to never go back.  Especially since the dreams from her childhood came back to haunt her.  Along with this, she meets Sarita Kaitousei. A woman who shared her vision and dreams.   Together, the pair of them  set out to  find the girl that's haunting them in their dreams.  

Hane believes that this girl- whoever she is- may be the key to why they dream so.  however, upon finding Elation and finding more about her,  Hane wishes nothing more than to protect the girl and support her in her causes because she knows without a doubt, that Elation will not cross some lines that need to be crossed.  She would rather cross them herself to save Elation the crisis of morality.

Sailor Crystal History:
Past life, she was a guard for the Belenus kingdom and part of the Dreamcatchers.  However, her lineage is linked to both Mercury and Uranus as she is the second cousin to Mercury's pastlife- mother.  However she's actually the older sister of Uranus's pastlife  father.  (thus making her Uranus's aunt.).    

However, she is a lady of the Belenus Kingdom, she was a lady in waiting to Queen Nehellenia and before her- to Nehellenia's mother.  like the other members of the Dreamcatchers, she dies trying to fight against the Curse, to be reincarnated later.

Yeah, her daughters and son, and a few others- but a lot of it is old artwork. ^^; Lately I've been amusing myself by doing an AU with her as 'Usagi' - rather her name int hat world is Kousa Elation Tsukino.

Sailor Hike
-Saori Nehalennia Chiba
-Age: 13
-Eldest daughter of Elation and Mamoru
-Becomes Sailor Hike because of the Lunatics Attack on her home during her birthday when she was tossed in another dimension along with her sister and brother. She later comes back, alone, after the run in with Father and Lady Serene which she was the only one to return to her present.
She later leaves the newfound Crystal Tokyo and from being under NQS and her Father's rule.

In the end, after two wars (Black Moon attacked once and one in which she lead.) she leaves earth entirely and takes the remnants of the Black Moon Clan and her own followers (who were once part of her own mother's group) and established a kingdom just beyond nemesis.
Where she had children of her own.

Sailor Zemyna and Masked Gunmen

- Naoko and Taciturn Chiba
-Ages 6yrs
-Second born to Elation and Mamoru
-Like their sister, they managed to become this after being seperated from her in another dimension. In this dimension, they lived at a church and the world was much different than the one they left. They end up being trained by their 'Mother' Elation and her lovers there (Mamoru/Usagi) as well as the Sol Senshi and Dreamcatchers. They end up growing up there for a short time before their real sister, Saori, and Empress Pluto came to fetch them. However, only their older sister made it back. The Twins end up fighting back the monsters that Father and Lady Serene had brought with them to the fourth dimension which had gotten everywhere.

They later return to their present time, however so many years have passed and they have come back to a very changed world.

Sailor Mercy
-Eleos Chiba
-age 9
- Third born of Elation and Mamoru
- Unlike the others, Eleos was an infant when Elation's body disappears from the palace. She has no knowledge of her siblings or of the rivalry between the Dreamcatchers and Sol senshi. She grew up pretty much oblivious to this until she was 'nine' when she stumbled across the old royal painting of her family. She ends up asking Empress Pluto about this and was told, in pieces, about the history there. From there, she ends up falling through the time Gate and helping the spirit of her aunt, Maya, to finally rest in peace. In doing so, she becomes Sailor Mecry and returns to her timeline, however some years have passed since then. when she returns, Chibiusa (her half sister) is a teenager. However, due to Elation's Will, Eleos is still heir to the throne and later inherits it. She rules for a number of years before her untimely death against an enemy that was attacking the kingdom. At her death, however, Chibiusa receives a mysterious message from Eleos, which leads to other mysteries surrounding the Moons Lineages.

Just as a note, I think that Sailor Mercy is my favorite Dark Moon-baby. <3

So I imagined Elation in that kind of thing. She's completely similar to the main (minus being able to actually fight well) and doesn't care to fight much. Her speciality would be the Thousand pipes of Illusion. Which she uses a pipe (or her own hands and feet) and fake out which times she'd actually hit someone so fast that when they think she's hit them, in reality she's hit them somewhere else.

Yup she was, but I think I had just made her at the time. xD; So I probably showed her and her AU kid. (Because I adopted one of Dragon's designs as one of her children. Then I moved said child to another part of the family tree.)
