So in the manga (the version I read) the Infinity Arc's last chapter ends with a tease for the next arc, where Pegasus appears. Now I haven't heard any confirmation yet of the Dream arc being adapted to Crystal, and for all I know, it is still undecided. My question is, in the season 3 finale, do you think it will show Pegasus or give any hint towards the Dream arc (the possible season 4), regardless if the season is confirmed or not?

If I remember correctly the season 2 finale showed Chibiusa returning to the past even though she left moments prior, hinting at the next arc. They even said "A Bientot" (See you soon) even though there was no announcement for season 3 at that time. I wouldn't be surprised if that's the route they're going for at the end of this season as well.

I wouldn't be surprised if they add it in to be honest. If they do the dream arc, I'm really excited to see how everything plays out.

IIRC, the only clear breaks between arcs were between the Black Moon and the Infinity arc, and between the Dream arc and the Stars arc. It's conceivable then, that we'll see the beginning of the Dream arc in the last episode of the Death Busters arc. However, I seem to recall that when the second season of Sailor Moon Crystal aired, the Black Moon arc was announced two or three episodes before the last episode of the Dark Kingdom arc. If we're going to see the same thing here, then that announcement would have to happen very soon.

However, given that Toei appear to be willing to stretch the length of one manga chapter over two episodes, they might do something similar and draw the Death Busters arc to a close on its own, without transitioning into the Dream arc. Combined with the fact that we usually get the anime after a musical had come out, my bet is that the Dream arc will air some time after the new musical, Amour Eternal, has finished its run.

I've been wondering about that too. I sure hope they give us some sort of hint!

I feel like they're probably gonna do it, but I mean, the Dream arc kind of begins in the middle of the final chapter of Infinity Arc, so it's gonna be a bit weird if they stop halfway through when

Though, I find it a bit off because Chibiusa's Princess gown is different...but then again I feel like it's just the new artists and directors adhering to the 90s products so they've made it that Chibiusa wears the same gown to sell more Princess Chibi Serenity dolls.

But it does seem legit, so there's a possibility it's official, just that I do wish they stuck to Chibiusa's Princess dress in the manga because it differentiated from Serenity's, but I guess you can't please everyone.

Aww that's unfortunate, though I did have my doubts just because of Chibiusa's Princess Dress. I know that they're trying to bring back several parts from the Classics, but I felt like Chibiusa's dress would be something they might stick with...But bravo to the artist because that is impressive! Just, a bit disappointing because it causes hypes XD

They probably will continue on into the Dreams Arc, because I seem to recall that "Sailor Moon Crystal" was pegged onto one of the pieces of 20th anniversary merchandise featuring Helios and ChibiUsa. 

It could always be mislabeling on their part, but if they've already released 20th anniversary merchandise for the Amazon Trio, Helios, and Princess ChibiUsa (I don't think we're going to see her pink princess dress except for the scene from the future.), then it stands to reason that SMC as part of the 20th anniversary marketing line (I don't quite see Crystal as a stand alone series, but marketing to generate interest in the new merchandise being released and the manga) will continue into Dreams and potentially Stars. I'm hesitant in so far as Stars, because of how little merchandise there is from that series.

But speaking of merchandise, and not to get too off topic, I'm surprised that they didn't change the Holy Grail in Crystal to the one from the 90's anime. Considering the Proplica release, I figured they'd go that route. I doubt they're going to make Proplicas modelled after the talismans and chalice from Crystal (I'd be intrigued by how they'd manage Uranus' Space Sword.).

To get back on topic, do you think the season 3 finale will begin Dream arc?

I suspect that it will be something of a cliffhanger episode that can go either way. However, I suspect so as to avoid getting anyone's hopes up (in case they decide not to continue) that they may omit Pegasus. 

Personally, I was really only on board with Crystal so as to see Saturn and Hotaru, so I'm not sure that I'd continue watching after Infinity. The Infinity Arc pretty much stands on its own for me personally, with the Dreams Arc revolving around ChibiUsa and Stars going all over the place I'm not sure that the ratings would remain consistent without some new material for the Arcs to maintain interest in them. I think if they were to be adapted, we'd need an expanded storyline. There was enough action and suspense in the Dark Moon and Infinity to keep us at the edge of our seat, but Dreams doesn't quite have that with the exception of Mamoru's illness (Poor guy is sidelined more even after the events of the Infinity Arc. :/).

Hmm, I'm not very sure about it, but since Pegasus appears at the end of the Infinity arc in the manga, they will probably add that scene. They have adapted the manga extremely faithfully, especially the Infinity one, so they probably will and as for the Dream arc being adapted, I'm certain it will, it wouldn't make sense to not adapt the manga completely and frankly, since the beggining when the Black Moon arc was adapted, I think it was proof that all the manga would be adapted. Though it probably won't continue to the Dream arc immediately and we will all have to wait for some time.

Well going by logic of how anime seasons work, we're now entering summer so that means dreams might start on autum season and that's around by the end of september, of course there's  the confirmation by Toei or the director but crystal ends next week and the scene with Pegasus might happend at the end of the episode so we're really close to know the future of crystal ^_^ I'm  sure is gonna be positive

All I can do is pray for it. I'm curious how they're going to draw Queen Nehelenia. In the manga she was scary looking compared to pretty like she was in the original 90s anime. Praying they bring that over, but it is what it is.

If Crystal does adapt Dreams, I hope that they at least give us some new material regarding the following:

The Golden Crystal as counterpart to the Silver Crystal
Helios as Endymion's Priestly avatar (Headcanon)
How Nehelenia managed to obtain the Amazon Orbs (They're not from Silver Millennium. I seem to recall it cited specifically that NQS granted them life for the sake of being ChibiUsa's guard.)

If you've seen the fanart of the Inners with the Generals in civilian form, she's the same artist that drew those.
