Appearance: Medea in her humanoid form is roughly 5'2" tall, and only around 135 lbs. She has skin with a slight blue tinge to it, though it generally looks tan at first glance, and her violet hair trails down her back in a long braid. Her arms and torso have darker pigmented tiger stripes, looking almost like tattoos. Two small pale lavender horns are visible on her head, the tips of them sticking slightly out of her hair when it's combed neatly. Her forehead is marked with the Draco symbol, but this is usually covered with a circlet or uncombed hair-bangs. Her eyes are a dark green, and like the rest of her people, her ears are more elongated and pointed at the tips, and her nails are like claws. Her canines are sharper, though this is only obvious when her mouth is open.

Her clothes consist of a white sleeveless Greek styled dress, accented with gold lines. She wears a silver circlet on her forehead, and a set of open toed sandals. She often wears a blue cloak with a large collar over her dresses, fastened by a silver pin.

In her more natural dragon shape, Medea is about 9 feet long from head to tail, and 7 feet tall on all fours. She's covered in mostly dark blue scales with a lighter shade for her underbelly plates, though her wings, horns, and spines are violet, along with her claws. Black tiger stripes cover her four limbs, her torso, and all the way down her tail, with a few facial marks. 

Her body is built like a Crowned Draconian's usually is, with a quadruped torso, five fingered hands with two paws for feet, and bat-like wings. Her neck is somewhat long, and her 2 main horns are smooth to the touch, curving back and pointing upwards at the tips. Her jawline has crests of spines on it, and a smaller set runs down her spine to her tail. Her pupils are slit, and her ears are elfin and can be adjusted to stick up more or lay flatter.    

Personality: Medea is determined, though this is viewed by mostly everyone else as stubbornness. Despite her naive upbringing, she can and will attempt anything she feels like she must accomplish. This is a blessing and a curse, as she often ends up agreeing to things she can't handle in reality, but won't ask for help with. She has a hard time saying no to begging or pleading, and this allows her to be manipulated with the right words. She's not much for manipulation herself, and isn't great at lying either, but that honesty does draw people to her side.

She doesn't consider herself patient or level headed, but she's still make multiple attempts to understand things that don't immediately click. She tries her best to appear as regal in front of an audience, and works hard to be the leader that she is eventually expected to be, but is privately much softer. She's physical in showing her affection, though this is partially a cultural thing for her. It's not strange for her to hug or lean against another person in a show of comfort.

Medea's dream is to smoothly take over her father's kingdom after re-stabilizing it, but when she was a younger child, it used to just be to travel in search of treasures. She likes collecting trinkets and other objects that glitter, sparkle, or reflect nicely. Stereotype or not, she has a small horde in her bedroom that others are constantly trying to get her to organize. She hates perfumes and cold weather.
 
Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Like all members of her species, Medea can switch between a dragon and a more humanoid form. She has almost a sixth sense for treasure, and can estimate something's worth very accurately if allowed to inspect it. She is also an amateur sorceress, learning how to manipulate her own energy and create potions with herbs. 
 
History: Born on the Planet Draco in Ladon, the capital city of the Draconian kingdom, she is the daughter of the Crowned Tribe's chief, Typhon, a powerful Draconian who serves as King. As the firstborn of multiple children, the senshi mark on her forehead brought her family great honor and even more legitimacy in their rule. She grew up sheltered in her father's palace with her other siblings, kept mostly unaware of the rest of the world beyond Ladon. It was only when she was around 16 when word of rebellions and battles reached her. A split group of Pale tribe dragons were making waves and rallying others to the cause, and it was beginning to spread to the fringes of the other tribes.

At first, the king had decided to send his own troops to calm the inflamed areas down, but when a rebel slipped into the castle and almost kidnapped Medea, he from then on takes it far more seriously. The traumatic event caused her to first awaken as Sailor Draco, which he chooses to take as a sign of trouble to come. Medea is assigned two retainers to guard her beyond the palace's soldiers and caretakers, a dragon from the Armor tribe and one from the Sage tribe.

Medea is not content to watch her father struggle to keep his kingdom in one piece, and wants to go against his wishes and do what she feels is her job as a senshi- fix their problem. So far, she has not been allowed outside the city, and even then, she's always accompanied by someone.

I couldn't show it in the dollmaker, but her pupils are slits while transformed, the back of her outfit is open to allow her wings to move freely, and she has a dragon tail behind her for balance.

Powers: 

Divine Breath- Drawing on the connections her planet has with her Sailor Crystal, Sailor Draco can breathe out a burst of flame, a bolt of lighting, or a cloud of ice, though each time she uses it, she needs a minute to recharge. The necklace she wears regulates the energy.

True Strength- Less of an attack and more of an ability she taps into. Sailor Draco can concentrate and become more physically powerful, channeling the muscle she has in her Dragon form.

Draco Talon- Sailor Draco hardens her claws and slashes, cutting like knives.

Weapons or Magical Items: 

Draco Collar- The necklace that helps control and regulate her energy when transformed, acting as a restraint valve for her attacks.


Draco Crystal- Carried within her, the Draco Crystal is the source of her powers as a senshi, and also serves as her internal transformation item.
