Description
Aika Mizutani is a high school student attending Seiza Private Academy where she is a part of a school idol group, UTX. She is the middle child of Yosuke and Maria Mizutani. Her powers awakened when the five Inner Scouts were reunited. She spent a lot of time figuring what in the world happened and eventually became a competent Scout. 
Since then, she became a solo soldier, similar to Sailor V, taking care of the monsters outside of Azabu Juuban. She had close-call encounters of the main Scouts a lot but she never interacted with them. Same goes to her civilian form, they only know her as the leader of UTX.
