Character Image: Image to come soon. She has long flowing black hair with dark blue highlights fading in from the bottom. Her eyes are bluish-green like the color of sea foam. She is tall and slender, carrying herself with a sort of fluid grace. She wears long flowing dresses that go to her ankles, sometimes with sandals, or barefoot when she is somewhere comfortable. She wears a bracelet made of wooden beads, string, and shells. There is usually a flower set in her hair. Around her neck is a pearl necklace with a captain’s wheel bauble at the end. It may look simple, but it has great meaning to her and her people.
Personality Traits: She comes off as very calm and easygoing, She is kind and open hearted, curious about everything and anything. She takes things seriously when they need to be, but she can be a bit too laid back and maybe a little on the lazy side. While social and personable, she’s not really a very funny or goofy person, though she enjoys humor from others.

Additional Information:   Anuhea comes from a planetary system called Gliese 667C that has three suns. Her planet is the largest in that system. The people there call their world hoku’ae’a which means Wandering Star for its unusual almost figure 8 orbit between the suns.


It is a watery planet comprised of few land masses which are isolated islands. Travel between the islands is perilous because of the storms and squalls that plague the deeper waters due to gravitational shifts. Ship building logically became the first great industry and travel by ship across the waves is still quite prevalent. Some communities even live on ships full time as a group, anchored together and adrift on the waves rolling into random ports or encountering other ships to trade with. They are referred to as “drifters” quite literally and are somewhat like Earth’s gypsies.


Anuhea was born into the ruling family of Hoku’ae’a and therefore inherited the royal name of Kaimana which translates as divine power of the sea. Legend has it that some long ago ancestor won a race around the planet by ship against other youths during a time of chaos without rule. It was said the one who would win the race was favored by the sea and therefore would rule, the sea itself lending them power. This is where the name comes from. It has been passed down from generation to generation, and someday she will take the place of her mother as “Rider of the Waves”, the title given to the ruler of their planet. She is currently in training to master her senshi abilities and has been sent on a vision quest in a sense off world to gain experience.
 
Her people have some interesting beliefs. They do have a firm belief in fate, and an equal acceptance of both triumphs and tragedies. Their world mythos is mirrored on the waves and the way that water behaves. In a nutshell they believe that you cannot stop the waves rising and falling, but you can control how you meet the waves. Everyone is a captain of their own soul and can choose what course they take, even though they cannot choose what befalls them or what storms arise.

Senshi Name: Sailor Nalu ʻAiō (Nalu for short. means sailor of the wave that rise and fall without breaking)
Senshi Fuku: Picture coming! Basically it is a long deep blue gown with laced leather sandals. She carries a staff that is topped with a miniature captain’s wheek. The same insignia appears on a chain across her forehead. Her hair becomes a little more wavy and more dark blue than black.

Powers and Magical Items: She has her long staff and her henshin necklace.
