Appearance: As a third year middle school student, Kaede attends T*A Academy for Girls and is often seen wearing their uniform. She comes from a Christian family so she’s often seen wearing a cross. Much to her teachers’ frustrations, she often breaks dress code by wearing black boots. She is 5’4” with a round face and a look like she’s always satisfied. On free days, she likes to wear graphic T shirts of American bands and jeans. She is half American herself.

Personality: Kaede is an otaku. She’s obsessed with collecting manga and figures, especially about Sailor Moon and her team. She might seem shy and subdued at first, but with a little time, it’s apparent that Kaede is full of energy. She loves to make people laugh and feel comfortable. In trying or dangerous situations, she often isn't sure of what to do or where to go. She's incredibly naive and often needs direction. In her spare time, she likes to spend an equal amount of time alone reading comics or with friends at smoothie bars and arcades.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills: As a senshi of plant life, she can speak to plants themselves. Unfortunately, most of their thoughts are basic, so this ability usually ends up being more of a waste of time. Typically, all she can hear at a given time are plants wanting more sunlight or more water, much like they were dogs or other adorable animals.

History: The dwarf planet Makemake was a star in the solar system that was further out than even cold Pluto. It was a nearly lifeless planet, composed only of one citizen. Her name was Sailor Makemake. Despite growing an impressive jungle of flora and planet-life, she was all alone. Eventually, she was called to become a guardian for the newly born Princess Serenity. She would serve as a guard on the outer reaches of the solar system, forever standing in loneliness. She had to laugh. What was the point of protecting a light she’d never hope to obtain? She refused the calling and lived on in spite of the beautiful light.

Time passed and the Silver Millenium fell. Even in her far away seclusion, she felt a terrible disturbance. In morbid curiosity, she ventured far from her home to see what had happened. Unbeknownst to the outer solar senshi, she witnessed Sailor Saturn’s awakening. Before she could flee in time, she was destroyed.

In current day, Sailor Makemake was reincarnated into Kaede Morgan, a teenage otaku obsessed with collecting Sailor Moon merchandise. After winning a pen out of a Sailor Moon arcade machine, she took it home and studied it. At first she thought it was a Sailor Jupiter themed pen, but realized that the green was a different shade and had a symbol on it that she didn’t understand. She held it up to the sunlight and was surprised to suddenly transform into a sailor senshi! She had a vision of a shattered planet. Doing some research at a local library, she discovered the planet in her vision to be the dwarf planet, Makemake.

Now, Sailor Makemake finds enemies to fight against in hopes to someday fight alongside Sailor Moon and her friends. She doesn’t seem as concerned with discovering her past as she does teaming up with her celebrity heroes.

- Future Sailor Makemake -

Sometime in the events of Stars, Sailor Makemake is murdered by one of Sailor Galaxia's subordinates. A mere fifty years before present day Crystal Tokyo, the senshi was reborn with some of her memories still intact. She remembers specific names and events, but only when she is reminded of them and even then she sometimes gets information wrong (This is comedic but specifically done to address any adventures the old Sailor Makemake has not been featured in yet.). She has her same abilities and personality as the Earth dwelling Makemake once had, yet she now resides peacefully on Planet Makemake.

Andromeda Spire

Sailor Makemake participated in the events of Andromeda Spire. She fought along sailor soldiers for the first time in this incarnation and found herself making friends with Sailor Andromeda.

Senshi Fuku: Sailor Makemake’s fuku is traditional. Her tiara is gold with a light green gem. Her choker is the same color with a gold gem. Her collar is also light green with a single white stripe that goes along the edge. The skirt of her fuku is the same color. Her front bow is brown with a light green gem. Her back bow is white and medium length. Her white gloves end at her elbows with light green cuffs. She has long light green boots with a white rimmed top.

Powers:

Makemake Vine Twister: Sailor Makemake summons a torrent of plants from the earth in order to trap the enemy in vines.

Makemake Plant Attack: The senshi calls upon the plants around her to come to life and attack. Attack strength and power varies depending on how much plant life is in the area.

Makemake Sunlight Beam: Sailor Makemake shoots a beam of powerful light from the tip of her finger. She has not unlocked this ability yet.

MK 2 is a sentient white daisy with a bright, smiling face. It is merely a flower that has the ability to sprout anywhere it pleases on Planet Makemake's moon, MK 2.

It can talk very limitedly. It can say short phrases, including its own name and its "true name," which it refuses to utter, even to Sailor Makemake.

Unlike the rest of Sailor Makemake's plants, MK 2 spawned on its own. It is a mystery as to where it came. All that is known is that it possesses the Sailor Crystal of MK 2.

MK 2 will either hide inside of her fuku with the rest of her mobile plants or sit on her shoulder. It can offer "advice" and extra power to Makemake's attacks. Makemake Sunlight Beam, for example, would turn into a bigger blast of light, emitted from a "plant cannon" on her arm.

RP Sample: A youma was attacking childhood at school! Oh no! What was Kaede going to do?

Standing and watching from behind a tree, third year middle schooler Kaede Morgan watched closely as the youma used its stubby legs to chase after the poor, crying children. She had a content look on her face, almost as though the scene before her wasn't actually happening.

"Just going to wait another minute to see if Sailor Moon comes," she spoke to herself. "Come on, just another minute."

But no one came. It was though she had been chosen in a twist of fate. She'd never be able to meet her heroes because she'd only encounter these monsters when they weren't available. It was her destiny never to fight alongside them.

Kaede sighed and pulled her transformation pen from her pocket. She threw up it up into the air and shouted.

"Makemake Planet Power! Make Up!"

Clad in green, white and brown, Sailor Makemake appeared on the scene to save the day!

"Agent of Happiness and Life, the pretty sailor suited soldier Sailor Makemake! In the name of Makemake, I will punish you! WHAT DO YOU MEAN, YOU'VE NEVER HEARD OF MAKEMAKE!"

The youma froze in confusion. It hadn't said a thing before the sailor soldier shouted at it. Sailor Makemake was so used to the questions that she spurted out her compliant before the youma could even ask. This was going to be a rough day.

She is awesome xD I love how you've incorporated so much of the Silver Millennium background, and how you've twisted it and made it really suit your character. I think my favorite thing though is her ability to hear and speak to plants, haha I think that was really cool.

Because this character has a personality and the ability to aide and speak with Makemake, they would fit best under the 'Guardian' section. MK 2 does not have to be Makemake's main guardian, seeing as you have that spot reserved already, but MK 2 can simply just be a minor guardian. I hope that makes sense! If not, let me know and I'll try to explain it more clearly.
