Appearance: Chibiusa is under 5 feet tall. She has pink hair styled into two odango that look like rabbit ears. When in civilian clothing in the present, she wears a wide variety of clothes, often modest clothes usually involving skirts and bows. Her eyes are read and her skin is rather pale. In the future, at formal occasions, and at times in battle she is also seen in her white princess dress.

Personality: Initially upon arrival in the 20th Century, Chibiusa is very reserved and defensive. She had trouble making friends at school and is not open to the help of the Senshi. Chibiusa is a very outgoing person. She is intelligent, makes friends easily, and is well-liked by most everyone she meets. Much like her mother, she is compassionate toward others and good at helping them come out of their shell and see themselves in a better light. She aspires to become a great lady like her mother one day. Like her father, she is very intelligent. She usually receives top marks on her school work and is very popular with her classmates. She has a strong bond and good relationship with her parents in both the 20th and 30th centuries, although she is much more formal toward them in the 30th century. In the 20th century, she argues often with Usagi, but in truth admires her a lot and cares about her more than anyone else.


Chibiusa is also very good at keeping secrets. She is so protective of the people she cares about that she will never cave in and reveal information about them to enemies. However, even when not faced with enemies, she can be wary around people she's unsure of with sensitive, as evidenced when she first came to the past and was reluctant to open up to Sailor Moon and the Inner Senshi.


Continuing to emulate her mother, Chibiusa loves to eat. She will eat large quantities of everything except carrots, which she doesn't really like. However she's not above sharing her food with anyone (except Usagi) and would give all she had to help another person out.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills: After activating as a senshi, Chibiusa was able to tap into her own Sailor Crystal, the Pink Moon Crystal, and use it much like her mother with the Silver Crystal. Also, Chibiusa can travel through time with the Time Key she received from Sailor Pluto.
 
History: Small Lady was born to Neo Queen Serenity and King Endymion in the 30th Century in Crystal Tokyo. The royal family and their guardian Senshi lived in an era of peace for over 900 years until the Black Moon Clan attacked, sending the Queen and King into a comatose state and destroying much of Crystal Tokyo. Small Lady then used Sailor Pluto's time keys to return to the past and search for the help of Sailor Moon. 


Upon arrival in the 20th century, Small Lady encountered Chiba Mamoru and Tsukino Usagi (the past versions of her parents, though neither knew it at the time). Initially she was hesitant to open up to them and reveal where she had come from, but the Black Moon Clan was able to follow her through into the past. So in time, she grew to trust Usagi as Sailor Moon and take them forward to fend off the Black Moon Clan. However, once there, the mysterious Wiseman twisted Chibiusa and aged her forward into the evil Black Lady, who fought against Sailor Moon and the other Senshi, and it was only through Sailor Pluto stopping time and sacrificing her life that she returned to herself and activated as Sailor Chibi Moon. Combining her newfound power with the other Senshi, the Black Moon Clan was defeated and Crystal Tokyo restored.


Soon after this, Neo-Queen Serenity sent Chibiusa (as Mamoru and Usagi had nicknamed her) back to the 20th Century for Senshi training. During this time, they fought the threats of the Death Busters and the Dead Moon Circus. She also met her best friend Tomoe Hotaru, who would turn out to be Sailor Saturn, as well as learning of the Sailor Quarter who will become her guardian Senshi in the 30th century. Chibiusa would return to the 20th Century one more time after, as Sailor Moon fought the forces of Galaxia and Chaos at The Galaxy Cauldron. Their timely entranced helped turn the tide in Sailor Moon's favor to stave off the threat of Chaos once and for all. Not long after, she returned to the 30th Century permanently and was conceived in the present by Usagi and Mamoru not long after.


Other Noteworthy Facts: Chibiusa loves to make art. While in the 20th century, she develops her skills at drawing and painting. She is also better at baking than Usagi (not that there's much competition).

Senshi Fuku: Her fuku has a pink skirt and pink accents to match her hair. Her bows are red and she has red circles on her odango with feathers, like Sailor Moon. She also has the same white accents on her bangs as well as a pink choker and pink boots.

Powers: 
- Luna-P Henge: She can transform Luna-P into any object she wishes for offensive and defensive purposes.
- Pink Sugar Heart Attack: She emits a blast of red hearts from the Pink Moon Stick to attack an enemy.
- Twinkle Yell: Using the Crystal Carillon, she could summon Pegasus for extra power
- Moon Gorgeous Meditation: Using her Moon Kaleidoscope, she could create an energy attack against an enemy.
- Pink Ladies Freezing Kiss: A forceful group energy attack with the Sailor Quartet
- Supersonic Waves: Activated when crying while transformed as a last defense. The circles on her odango would amplify her cries, stunning enemies.

RP Sample: Humming to herself, Chibiusa skipped down the sidewalk toward Juban Park. Now that the Dead Moon Circus had been defeated, peace had returned once more. Despite the great struggle of the battle, she was glad Hotaru had re-aged from being an infant. And that was precisely where she was going. To spend this beautiful, peaceful day with her best friend in the loveliness of the park. 


She had tried to entice Usagi to come along too, but shortly before leaving Mamoru had called. She knew that would take long enough to make them late and decided to go on ahead. She wondered if Mamoru was making a date or some such thing, which she would normally try to join, but the excitement of spending the day with Hotaru (and maybe Setsuna!!) was enough to stop an argument with Usagi for the day.


As she rounded the corner into the park, her heart swelled even more as she saw Haruka and Michiru had stepped out with Hotaru and Setsuna for this lovely day. She ran up to them as fast as her legs would carry her.

Could you please make few additions to this profile?

Could you expand Chibiusa’s personality section a little? Perhaps mention what traits she shares with Mamoru (being a dedicated student etc.), and that she has a deep bond with both of her future parents, despite bickering often with Usagi about Mamoru’s attention. 

Can you also list her canon powers, and perhaps include her eye color and skin tone in the appearance section? Oh, and mention her ability to use the Silver Crystal / Pink Moon Crystal in the Unique Abilities/ Skills section?

Side note: If it doesn’t take much of your time, could you mention Chibiusa aspires to be “lady” like her mother, and had some trouble making friends in the 20th century at first, thanks to being bullied back home?
