Physical Description (include clothing generally worn): She is about five foot 3 inches tall. She has cotton candy pink hair done in cone shaped odango with a single sleek pigtail hanging from each to her knees. Her bangs are done in the traditional Moon Family in that her bangs are curled inwards. Also has bright red eyes. She has pale clear skin and a slender, feminine build.
Often wears flowy summer dresses of all styles and fabrics or skirts of varying lengths and shirts with 3/4 sleeves. Will occasionally wear jeans or shorts and a tank top if the weather is hot enough, and if she feels like acting a bit kiddish again. Will occasionally steal clothes from Usagi's closet since they are almost the same size. Especially enjoys wearing Usagi's off the shoulder, knee length summer dress with slightly puffy sleeves and sash around the waist.
Personality: Chibiusa has matured very much over the years from being a mother, and once in a while still apologizes to Usagi for being such a handful when she was a child. She has even almost become the lady she'd always dreamed of being. She is still the same Chibiusa as ever despite being a mother, and even at 25 years old, she can't help but enjoy visiting the arcade and playing video games, or pigging out on a multitude of sweets, and often enjoys taking her daughter to the mall, even just to window shop. She still dreams of the day she and Helios can be together.
She sometimes worries about how Helios might react to her daughter, but has seen her own father Mamoru taking Usagi's extra daughter in stride and raising her elder half sister as if she were his own daughter, so has very high hopes everything is going to be okay. She very much loves Kyoko and is rather thrilled to know she has an elder sister, despite the fact she is older currently due to being from the future. Sometimes she's still amazed to see all the children born from the other senshi but always retains a great fondness for her half brother Tantalos Meioh, born from Mamoru Chiba and Pluto's starseeds.
Any Unique Abilities/Skills: The ability to hide or reveal her crescent mark at will. The ability to eat way more than any person should and not get fat. She is still the best at playing the crane machine games, though without Luna-P’s help now. The ability to travel time, due to Pluto allowing it.
History: Chibiusa was born shortly after the rise of Crystal Tokyo and Neo Queen Serenity's ascension to the throne with her husband King Endymion. Neo Queen Serenity had saved the world from an ice age that had lasted for a thousand years, freezing the people she loved in time until the ice receded. Chibiusa stopped aging shortly after her fifth birthday and remained that way for almost a full century. When the Black Moon Clan attacked, she went to the past to get help, stealing one of Pluto's keys to travel time. From that very first visit, Chibiusa would be constantly going back to the 20th century, before the ice age hit. She had many adventures and helped save the Earth and the future constantly. Finally the ultimate evil had been put away temporarily and peace could reign. Chibiusa had celebrated her 16th birthday and the fact her body had finally caught up to her age. She had to show Usagi and her friends how much she had grown! So she went back to the 20th century with the permission of Pluto to use to Time Gate, where she was astounded at all the young children there, being raised by the senshi!
Chibiusa stayed, until in her 2nd month she began to have horrible symptoms of nausea, cravings and fatigue. In her 5th month, her belly began to grow and it was revealed she had been caught up by the madness happening in the Galaxy Cauldron. Chibiusa was confused and terrified to think she would be the mother of a child so young, and to a child whose father she might have never known! But the other girls coached her, reassured her and did everything they could to make her pregnancy easier. In the end, when Chibiusa gave birth to her daughter Tamayo, she found so was no longer afraid and looked forward to raising the beautiful little girl. So she remained in the past to raise her daughter with the other children, so that way her daughter would never know the loneliness she had when she was growing up alone. Chibiusa never dwelled on the fact that her daughters "father" was Sailor Lead Crow, a fact Ami found out after scanning the reddish skinned baby. She loved her little jewel all the same.

Senshi Name: Sailor Chibi Moon
Senshi Fuku: Wears red and white odango shields with pointed pale pink fittings, also wears the pearl barrettes with wings. Has no tiara but instead wears her crescent moon mark. Wears dangling gold crescent earrings with a pink star hanging from them. wears a V shaped pink ribbon choker with a gold crescent. Light pink sailor collar with triple white stripes. Has sheer pink shoulder puffs with deeper pink piping, which matches her gloves piping.
She has a red ribbon with pink star brooch. Has a deep pink and pale pink ribbon making a V shape on her waist with a crescent moon at the point. Has a two tiered skirt, the top a deep pink and the bottom pale pink. Has a red back bow with trailing ribbon that goes to her ankles. Wears white boots with V shaped pink ribbons at the top and gold crescents at the point. White above elbow length gloves with V shaped pink ribbons on the wrists.
Henshin/Transformation: Pink Moon Crystal Power , Make Up!
Powers: Royal Pink Crystal Kiss!- An attack used with her Pink Moon Crystal, in which a flood of pink light washes through an enemy and can turn them to dust.
Eternal Moon Flash!- A move she can use with her Moon Eternity rod, in which she can use her crystal to direct a beam of moonlight to blind the enemy temporarily.
Enchanted Dreamer Sweet Halation!- An attack made from her bond with Helios. She is able to enchant the enemy, creating a illusion around them that replicates their fondest dream for a short amount of time. However if the enemy chooses not to break out, they will fade away forever into the dream.
Weapons or Magical Items: Eternal Pink Moon Brooch, Pink Moon Crystal, and her Moon Eternity Rod.
RP Sample: Chibiusa smiled softly as she sat in a rocking chair, gently moving back and forth in a slow, hypnotic manner. She held the little bundle in her arms close against her chest, looking down at the pale reddish face of her daughter, a dusting of copperish red hair on top of her head. It had been only a few weeks since she had given birth, a task much more difficult than she had imagined. But she was feeling better, more energetic, and now she could truly begin to care for her little jewel.
She had decided that night in the hospital what to name her daughter. All she had to do was look at her daughters face, the eyes fading from a newborn's gray to bright red like hers, to know that this child would be the most precious thing to her, as precious as her own Pink Moon Crystal. So she had named the girl Tamayo, Jewel, for this little girl would always be the precious jewel of her life.
