Appearance: Slender and childish build, though she obviously is beginning to develop feminine curves. She has black hair which she wears in small cones, with the pigtails slightly puffy but long enough to hang to her mid back, which are tied with dark blue ribbons near the buns. She wears her bangs like her mother, but most of her hair is slightly messy and a tad unruly. She has wide light red eyes and thick lashes.
Her favorite color is dark blue, so she'll typically wears dresses with this shade. Her most common formal dress is one similar to Small Lady's with the wide empire style skirt and multiple layered sleeves, however her dress has hanging sheer fabric that attached at the waist of the skirt and is open in the front. It is dark blue with glitter so it resembles a night sky. When she dresses casually, she usually prefers pants or skirts that are knee length, no longer and no shorter. She often enjoys wearing moon and star themed jewelry, and even has a collection of such jewelry.
Personality: Lyra is a gentle girl who enjoys learning and exploring things. She's explored the Crystal Palace to the point she knows every room by heart, and usually knows where something is if someone needs it. She enjoys spending time in the library and the music room, particularly because both rooms help to inspire her in her song writing, having inherited her father's singing ability. She is quite intelligent, and has a mind for politics, expecting herself to be the best queen possible.
She very much looks up to her mother and father as her role models, and adores her parents stories about Sailor Moon. She also very much loves her aunts who spoil her a little, yet it never seems to have an effect on her. She has full confidence in herself, inherited from her father, and believes you must help people who need it, like her mother, and is very determined. However when she's angry, she'll usually hide it to a point until it boils over, at which point she'll usually have no problem screaming at people.
She tends to be fairly athletic, often doing aerobics or running to keep fit, and she can often be found outside in the gardens taking a small jog, a trait which has endeared her to Sailor Uranus, and usually accompanied by her kitten guardian, Diana.

History: Lyra was born shortly after Neo Queen Serenity's coronation, the crown princess of Crystal Tokyo and daughter of Neo Queen Serenity and King Seiya. She was soon widely loved and accepted, and never lacked for anything. She grew up into a beautiful young princess, coming into her senshi powers shortly after her sixth birthday, when Mercury gave her a small cat like toy that she quickly dubbed Moon-P. Through diligent training and traveling to help other planets, and warding off evil that would try to invade the Earth with her aunts, she made it to her Eternal senshi powers by time she was 12. She never once suspected anything was wrong.
On her 13th birthday however, she overheard her mother and father talking with a strange unknown senshi named Sailor Pluto, and learned that her mother once upon a time had had a different future, with a different man and daughter. And she learned that Pluto had sensed a disturbance in the past, one that might result in Usagi never choosing Seiya, and the disappearance of Lyra forever. Horrified at the concept, Lyra decided to travel to the past to ensure she would be born, and as Sailor Pluto was leaving, she stole one of her time keys from her belt, and quickly snuck away to travel back to the past, to ensure her mother chooses her father, and to keep herself alive.

On her left ear, she wears a headset microphone with a gold star shape, and a gold crescent in the center surrounded by 3 round dark sapphire gems and has a single white wing protruding from the back. She also wears a dark blue V shaped ribbon choker with a gold crescent moon and dangling gold star. Dark blue leather collar that reaches to her shoulder blades. Shiny gold satin bow with a dark blue star crystal brooch. She has round transparent puff sleeves that are colored gold, with more dark blue leather piping on the bottom. Opera length white gloves with dark blue leather piping on the end, and gold v shaped ribbons around her wrist.
She has two V shaped ribbon belts around her waist, the top being gold and the bottom dark blue leather. She also has a short dark blue leather skirt with a slightly longer gold skirt underneath. Two gold and blue knee length ribbons hang from the back. And she wears thigh length upward V shaped dark blue leather boots with white tops and gold crescent moon and stars together.
Powers: Grand Star Rhapsody- Used with the Crescent Star Wand. She spins the wand in a circle, then strums along the crescent and star like a guitar, sending out waves of energy and light that knock back the enemy.
Enchanted Fantasy Serenade- Used with the Sailor Change Star. Celestial Moon sings into her headset, and whatever she is singing about is what the target will see in a hallucinogenic state until she stops. Will not work if the target is deaf or stronger willed than her.
Ethereal Star Reverberating Touch- Used with the Crescent Star Staff. Celestial Moon transforms the Wand to Staff form and spins the staff around, using it as a weapon. If she is able to touch the target with the end of the staff, it will cause a painful vibration and tingling sensation to spread through their body from the spot they were touched.
Shining Moon Sapphire Healing Caress- Used with the Crescent Star Staff. Celestial Moon transforms the Wand to Staff form, and places the Blue Moon Crystal in its resting place and kisses it. The kiss causes a ripple of blue energy to fly out from the Crystal, and she spins with it and holds it above her head, pointing at the target. The Crystal sends out a large wave of gentle healing blue energy.

Sailor Change Star- Winged microphone she wears on her left ear.
Crescent Star Wand/Staff- A weapon that can be the length of a staff or wand. Similar to the Crescent Moon Wand, but with a star as well as a moon. Can hold the Blue Moon Crystal.

RP Sample: Princess Lyra walked down the hallway of her parents bedroom wing. She rubbed her eye tiredly as she glanced around a bit anxiously. It was shameful, but she had had a far too realistic nightmare, and wanted nothing more than a hug from her mother and father to banish the lingering fears. She sniffed quietly, the floor cool to her bare feet. She hugged herself as she got closer to their bedroom, and hurried her steps, but paused when she got to the door, frowning confused.
Their light was already on, and she could hear voices. She reached up to knock then paused, realizing it wasn't just them. There was a third voice, more mature and dulcet than her mothers, or even her father's in female form. She bit her bottom lip and hesitated before she pressed her ear against the wood, listening hard to hear the words inside.
And then came the painful throbbing in her heart as she listened, this strange woman whom her mother referred to as Sailor Pluto, who claimed she felt a strange disturbance in the past, something that may prove a risk to their future. She covered her mouth as she heard her mother questioning about a man named Mamoru, and her, Chibiusa. But she quickly realized she was talking about a different girl who was also named Chibiusa...Small Lady. She was asking if it was possible for that future to exist again. Her mother had been with another man? Was she meant to never exist? Was she going to stop existing because of this time disturbance?
She was terrified, but her brave nature pushed through. No, she wouldn't disappear for the sake of some unborn princess. She didn't care who this Small Lady was, she would go back to the past herself, and ensure her mother and father ended up together, so she wouldn't fade out of existence, so she would be able to rule Crystal Tokyo as wise and peacefully as her parents. She would do whatever it took.
Lyra opened her eyes, looking ahead at the couple in front of her. Yes, it was her mother and some strange man who were looking at her baffled. She had been able to make it into the past, and now coming face to face with her mother in a sense brought the sense of betrayal back to her heart. But she hoped she would be able to do what she came here to do. Lyra brushed herself off and stood up with a deep breath, pushing away the memories of the past so she could fight for her future.
