I checked my copy of the manga and Rubeus does apparently have those kinds of pants in the manga. He did in the most recent musical too. |

| Seeing that comparison helps a lot to decide which one I like best. I actually think the original anime design for Demande seems like it's closer to the manga design. Saphir and Esmeraude look pretty much the same in all the versions though so far I'm really loving her Crystal design. |

| Thanks for the comparisons chart Sailor Jupiter. I'll always prefer the artistic value of the manga but I think both animes did pretty well. There's very little change. Side note. Prince D is my baby daddy.  |

| As far as I'm aware, these are the only new character designs they've revealed so far. It's just another week till the new episode so I doubt we'll see the designs for the rest of the new characters yet though maybe we'll get surprised during next week or something. |
