WOOO! I can't believe it's almost December already!! Time has sure flown this year ^^ I thought it'd be a good idea to get a head start on organizing and planning this event! So please share your thoughts and comments on what type of things we should do this year! If you'd like to host a specific event, be sure to state what kind of game you'd like to do and that you'd like to host it =D You can of course host more than one, but preferably not more than two ^^

Small Lady and I have thought of a snowball fight idea! We're not sure how we're going to do it or if we actually will, we still need to work out the kinks for it! I personally have already game up with two games I'd like to host ^^ An adorable penguin dress up game (YAY PENGUINS!!! <3) and a snowflake design type game ^^

I'll have to discuss the tree idea with small lady first ^^;;; Since some people don't celebrate Christmas we don't really want them to feel left out and such!

As for the riddle and crossword! If you make it more holiday spirited then just strictly Christmas themed, that'll be awesome!!

i'll pitch in with some graphics for the calendar but since i'm traveling to europe (woohoo) on dec 14 and not coming back until dec 31, i'm gonna sit out on the games itself

Mercury, Small Lady, and I plan to get together to discuss thingys for this event at sooome point, so I'll be sure to bring up Secret Santa and the calender thingy!

Also! Someone mentioned to me that having a thread for people to talk about and discuss their traditions in December would be a cute and fun idea ^^ I know different countries as well as different people celebrate different things and in different ways! It'd be kind of like the World Fair but Holiday edition! What do you guys think ^^

I like the winter senshi dress up contest idea! I think some kind of dress up game would be fun. Doll Divine has some winter dress up games that may work.

I vote for advent calendar! I'd be willing to make some graphics too.

And yes, let's definitely do secret santa! I can help orchestrate that. We should have a virtual one and a physical one like last year!

As for games, I could host a holiday puzzle.

Ooooo what if we have a holiday decorating contest? We can post pictures of our trees/ornaments/decorations (kind of like the pumpkin carving contest we had in October). Then we could vote on who has the best decorations. I'm not sure if it would be easier to narrow this down to categories though? Like best outdoor lights, best Christmas tree, best Hanukkah decor etc. If we do it, I call hosting it!

I always look forward to the advent calender each year all the graphics are so cool  I'd love to help with that if we do it ^^ And I also really like the Secret Santa idea I think a lot of ppl enjoy that

I also thought of an idea that would be fun and unique for Festibration, and I wanted your guys' input on if you think it'd be fun/cute and what type of categories we could do ^^ I thought we could have awards, like the ones during the Anniversary, but silly awards that are kind of like the Year Book from High School awards xD Like Most Likely to be President, etc. And Mercury thought of Most Likely to be on Santa's Naughty/Nice List! So lemme know what you guys think of this idea and if you have any suggestions for the categories! ^^

Okay, some ideas:  Most Likely to Deck the Halls, Holly Jolliest Member, Santa's Helper (most helpful member), Head Elf (hardworking member), Egg Nog (smartest member), Most Likely to Wear a Pink Bunny Suit (from A Christmas Story), etc. etc. I'll probably come up with more ideas, but these were some I thought of during class.  Christmas is my favorite holiday ever so I'm going kinda crazy for the festibration xD.

ALSO, I would like to run a "Guess the Holiday Song" game, if that's okay!

Can i host a winter puzzle game?

I'll be helping run the calendar as usual.

Since I skipped the artist contest for October, I'd like to have it in December and be a part of the Festibration event. However, I'll probably open it up early (Dec1st most likely) to give everyone time to do their entries. Though ideas on a theme and prompt would be helpful.

I'm not really too familiar with artist contests, so excuse my ignorance for a moment xD

Will this contest be for both graphic art and handwritten art? Do you have an idea on what exactly you want to be made, like, would it be just drawing pictures, or making cards, or something like that?
