Omg I personally LOVED this episode! Ami's voice is different but its so sweet! Loved her transformation too!!! I'm kinda sad that Usagi didn't got a transformation sequence for the transformation pen T.T Tuxedo Mask saved the moment w/o using roses!! That was cool (and even a little weird XD I kind of expect the roses now)
Also the full version of moon pride at the end!! AWESOME
(Sorry i'm only writing random ideas, i cant think too much when i'm excited)

Wow such a cute episode!! I loved Ami a lot, she was super adorable. I'm sooo happy to see luna being all techno with the computer xD I hope that also means we get the Luna-on-the-phone scene eventually! And the pens falling out of the machine, really felt like the manga is a storyboard
The pacing and story were great. I loved Ami's voice, it was so soft but still had a lot of power to it when she gave her speech & attack! The attacks were awesome, I loved the unique look Boomerang had this ep! And I thought it was super cool last time, so wow!
But the animation was so crazy inconsistent this episode, very noticeable on the faces. Kinda disappointing considering how gorgeous everyone looked in the first ep, I know they can always fix them later, but there was so many to count =x Lots on Twitter pointed out a coloring issue with Usagi's hair/collar & missing gloves which is just bad mistakes. So I hope next epi will be more tight overall.
Still enjoying it immensely, but I hope they are able to spend enough time animating each episode properly.

Oh gosh that promo video.. there were so many emotions running in my mind that forming comprehensible sentences became difficult for a moment. I really liked how they focused on the Silver Millennium, because I love to see more of that era, and then they included the sadness and despair that the Moon Kingdom and the senshi saw as the last thing before everything fell...
The fact that they showed the Inners' reactions to Serenity's (assumed) death was great since I have wanted to see those, but they also made me sad. Just look at their expressions ;-; How they changed from sorrowful to determined was one of my favorite parts, though! I also liked seeing more of Serenity and Endymion, and in my opinion the video had a good balance between their relationship and the senshi. Plus the animation looks awesome with its lightning and crystal effects.
On a side note I am really liking the full version of MOON PRIDE.
And now to some episode thoughts:
Usagi and Ami were adorable in this episode, as well as the friendship that formed between them. It feels that they already got a lot closer than for example in the manga, and that makes me smile. I really liked how Ami got more focus in the daily life and battle scenes, and how both Ami and Tuxedo Mask saved Usagi when she was in trouble.
The tiny updates of the modern technology and other tiny details that were sprinkled throughout the episode were nice to spot, and they fit in well. (Like Usagi's pink laptop that even had a bunny on it, and Ami getting a flashback of the past when she gave Luna to Usagi) I do agree with Nessie about the animation inconsistency in some scenes, but they will probably fix that later. Speaking of animation, I think I like Ami's transformation more than Usagi's for some reason, and based on what we saw of Rei's transformation in the preview, it will look great, too. The voice actresses/actors sound very good to me thus far.

Episode 2 was much better than episode 1. I enjoyed watching it way more. There was more moment. But the faces!!! >.< They need to emote!! Plus I know what really is bugging me now with their faces. Not only are they narrow and long, but they have lipstick on! Yeah their lipstick is way too much which makes their lips look fat.
Ami's transformation is the exact same as her old anime transformation. She just spins around more. A bit of a let down if you ask me. Oh well at least the CG looks a bit better. Why couldn't they fix's moon's transformation?

I loved this episode! I enjoyed it more than the first as well. There were just so many feels <3 Ami, Ami and Usagi, Ami and Luna... and then Luna's little fisted paw when she told Ami to say Mercury Power Make Up was just so adorable! I never felt much for Luna until Crystal. I really, really love her in this animation.
The faces bugged me too. There were some moments in Crown Game Center when Ami's face just looked... bad. But I liked that they added more funny faces too (Loved Usagi's when she was outside the Crystal Seminar hiding behind the van!)
I also liked the transformation more, though I still wish they'd just hand drawn stuff. I can't shake the PS game feeling :/ Rei's transformation is looking to be badass though.

I know it's stock footage. XD I just want to complain because I can.
Out of all the VA's Usagi is my least favorite. I know it's the original Usa VA, but she sounds too different. Every time she speaks I hear Hummy from Suite Precure speaking. I hope she tones down the Hummyness and go back to be Usa in later episodes.

This episode was really good! Garoben is a bit more creepy that what she was in the original anime... It was the opposite for Morga, though. Liked how they used the mist for a gory discretion shot, eheh. Moon Tiara Boomerang cutting through monsters 4lyf!
Assuming they are sticking to the manga until the end, that means we're getting crisped Jadeite pretty soon... Well, at least that also means we get Nephrite and Zoicite's debuts!
My favourite part of the episode, though. The way they showed the Underground Base! It was the best!

OMG I just watched the new episode! I"m about to go to work and this was the best things for me to do before I go. It totally cheered me up! I really liked the episode. I was so excited when Ami transformed! And that preview of Rei made me so so so excited! She's one of my favorite characters. I just watched it and I really enjoyed it. Yeah the animation was off at times but they also gave Usagi some better expressions which I know everyone is grateful for. It seems that this is a process for them and it looks like they're getting better. I find Crystal greatly entertaining and the pacing is very nice. (Also this episode didn't scream MANGA to me this time.) Is Crystal better than the original? No, but it certainly isn't worse. It seems a lot of people need to adjust their nostalgia shades.

Initial thoughts:
I'm not sure about Umino's voice yet, I don't know, kinda bugged me.
I fell in love with Ami-chan this episode! I can't wait to meet the rest of the girls. I have to say though I so far prefer Ami's transformation sequence to Usagi's. It was well done. I think with Usagi's is that they tried to put more movement in it to make it more like dancey/ritualy and it ended up backfiring on them. They need to keep them simple. I am excited to see Rei's transformation now!
Some more expression on Usagi's face but not too much, I hope this gets better.

I loved that she got brainwashed but fought back because of her budding friendship with Usagi. That is so awesome. I don't know the manga very well, as it's my least favorite incarnation (blasphemy I know xD) but I am used to the storyline where Ami doesn't get brainwashed with the rest of her classmates, so seeing her being brainwashed, but pushing past it by her need to protect Usagi... That was just so awesome <3 <3
Also, when she touched Usagi for the first time, she had that flashback thingy, and ughhh <3 I just love it so much. Bring me all the senshi/Usagi friendship feelings yes, please, thank youuuu <3

My thoughts as I rewatch the episode: (This is going to be a LONG post that I would put on Tumblr but I know no one would care and you guys do hahaha)
Lots of images and opinions:
First thought: YAYY mechanical pencils I love little things like this that remind me that Sailor Moon is relevant and up-to-date again Second thought: After I took this screen shot I noticed how terrible her hand looks... but I'm okay with that.
YAYY the shaking hand is back <3
I love that Beryl's little lair isn't all vague and mysterious like it was in the old anime where it's just a chair floating in the air. I love that it's actually a physical place that we can watch them navigate through, if that makes sense.
God, her bed looks so comfortable.

Sorry for falling into the whole "the proportions are off" bandwagon, but... her eyes... Like the thing I love about animation is that it obviously doesn't have to look exactly like a real person and the proportions can be different, but when their eyes are like that it's just not visually appealing... It doesn't really bother me but with shots like this throughout the episode you can tell there's definitely an "Ando" of SMC... lolz

THIS WAS MY FAVE MOMENT <3<3<3 That last shot was probably my absolute favorite shot in the whole episode for so many reasons I JUST WANT TO WATCH IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN JUST FOR THAT SHOT 1. THEY WERE JUST EMBRACIN BC YOU CAN SEE THEM PULLING AWAY FROM EACH OTHER 2. Mamoru looks so young I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT OMG THIS IS MY FAVORITE IMAGE OF MAMORU SO FAR 3. Usagi looks so much like the manga here. It immediately reminded me of a particular image from the manga that I can't seem to find. I don't know if it was from an art book or the manga itself but she looked a lot like that and she was looking back sorta like that, does anyone know what I'm talking about?
Omg this episode was so great. Gotta say, the animation wasn't as good as the last one and there were multiple spots where her hair looked dull instead of the flowy hair we got last time, but it's so good that this hardly changes my opinion on the show, it's amazing <3

i really liked this episode. ami is so cute. Beryl's voice is perfect. Luna got that booty man. Although some of their faces seemed awkward to me. i dont have a screencap but its right after Ami wins that game, and her and Usagi chat before she goes to Crystal Seminar, idk something about her animations in her face seemed weird. I could have also been super tired and was seeing things.

THIS WAS MUCH BETTER THAN THE FIRST EPISODE!!!
Ami is so cute. Everything about her is cute. Even her voice. All of it. Ever. Ami is the cutest. I thought the pace was great and I felt like we got a little more out of Usagi expression-wise. And I loved Ami's transformation!
Overall, cute episode. Made me laugh when Usagi shook the game to get her transformation pen, haha.
