So, apparently, at long last, in 2014, we shall be having the Winter Olympics!! 

So welcome my team, to the planning of the Winter Olympics!

It'll be pretty basic and trimmed down. The goal to start this puppy is in like 4 weeks, with February 17th as the start. 

The set up: 

~ Teams: Goodies (senshi and friends) vs. Baddies (villains)
~ Games/activities to score points for the respective teams

Flash games and printable games included! Proof of completions required! 

There will be double points for donations as well. 

So basically: 

The same guidelines set up for the Festibration will be, as promised, set into motion here. You only get so many strikes until you are kicked off of the party planning committee. If you think you cannot commit, drop. If something comes up later, talk to me and we will get things squared away, okay?   

Also! Please make sure to check in here! 

So let me know what you want to do, if you have any particular ideas you want to set into motion and all of that!

I remember wanting Robot Unicorn Attack.

Maybe we could do a little tournament thing on a cardgame or something. Or pictionary contesT??

I'd like to have something done with the Sailor Senshi Doll Maker. The teams will have to try to make the best Good & Evil looking Senshi. They will have a name, attacks, theme, etc.

I had had this idea of creating teams uniforms, and people would vote on the best one.

i was thinking of some teams could make some sort of flag or button for their team and people would vote for the best one.

Ideas:
Winter Outfit Contest (Like the pop-star thing, except we submit photos of us dressed up ready for the Olympics to represent our favorite sport etc)

Olympic Senshi Ring creator Contest. Members can submit their idea of a Sailor Moon Themed version of the Traditional Olympic rings...

i'm interested in being a judge =)

ooh idea...hopefully a good one. what about an olympic themed BINGO (a couple games) showing the events and sports...its just an idea though....runs to corner and hides

As a judge would we still be able to pick the character we want to be?

Being a character will be optional. If you would like to lightly RP, you may (think when we lightly RP the anni awards). I just want it clear that it is not required to be a character.

And yes you may be a character and a judge. You must be fair, however. Totally neutral.

Are we even still picking a character to be for these Olympics?

No. Miss Queenie figured it'd be much simpler to kind of start from scratch, hence the poll up for deciding what kind of teams there would be and how they would be divided. And also have the event a bit smaller than originally planned. 

However, I personally liked the idea of being able to represent a character, so I'm not going to say nay on it if someone wants to do it.

i can see if i can generate up a few games. i think there are sites you can plug in words and it will make a crossword....oh gosh i said crossword and meant word search thats totally what i was thinking. the cold meds were in effect. i think both word puzzles would be fun, but crosswords is what I had in mind. Can I host something like that maybe?

I don't know about the one you are using, but I really like this wordsearch generator: http://tools.atozteacherstuff.com/word-search-maker/wordsearch.php

It gives you lots of options and can even make different shapes (like circles and stuff).

Once you've made your wordsearch, you can hit the Print Screen button (if you are on PC) and then copy/paste into a photo editor program (like photoshopt or MS Paint.) If you need help making any, let me know.
