Even though there's only one episode before the Season One finale, I was curious if there were any other fans of The Bridge on GC. The good news is that it's been renewed for a second season.

I had to watch the series due to my previous knowledge of the criminal situation in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico and what the city has dealt with over the past twenty years. Although I'm to date still confused as to the possible connection between David Tate and whoever is killing the women and girls in Ciudad Juarez. Remember that the other half of Christina Fuentes's remains was found in a Juarez house with the remains of several drug traffickers. Based on the events of Episode 12, it appears that Season 2 will focus on identifying "The Beast".

I like the majority of the actors in the show. It appears with Tate's story winding down (to stay true to the original Scandivian series) the storylines of Charlotte and Steven Linder can actually be interesting. Damian Bichir is my favourite actor in the series, with Diane Kruger playing a good role herself.

Any other thoughts?
