A four page update this time! Poor Shou suffered the same fate as Cassandra: being able to see the future is useless if people don't believe you and heed your warning.

Just out of curiosity, how many chapters are you planning on making? (I wish it could last forever, but that is highly unrealistic. )

At the moment, I have 8 chapters planned in total, so we're already half way through the story at this point.

While the story can't last forever I am forever at the mercy of my Muse' fickle mood, I am, some what tentatively, planning a second arc. This sequel will, in some ways, be a nod to the second arc of the original Sailor Moon manga (which means a "mysterious child who appears out of nowhere" is part of the plan ^_~), but also subvert the original second arc in other ways.

I love where this is going and how you tied in his past with the events of the Black Moon Clan...

For those who are unfamiliar with Japanese honorifics, calling someone by their first name without “-san” or any other polite honorifics is usually only done with people who are close friends. Shou here went a step further, and instead of calling Chibi Usa “Usagi”, he’s calling her by the abbreviated version of her given name, which arguably is more personal and intimate though telling her he thinks she’s beautiful probably also gave away his feelings about her. As for why Chibi Usa didn’t decide to call Shou “Shou-chan” or “Shou-kun”, it really came down to what sounded best to my ears, and so I decided to have Chibi Usa call Shou just by his given name without modification.

I'm totally considering auditioning for Sailor Vesta, even though I've had zero experience and I have absolutely no idea what software I need or how to record stuff. 

In any case, even if I somehow can't do it, it still seems like a fun project and it'll be cool to see the results!

I've never been involved with mangadubs before, but I'm really psyched for this project! To think about people reciting the lines I wrote...it makes me want to glow with joy while die from embarassment all at the same time.

One question I’ve gotten about the doujinshi is what was Saturn between the end of the manga and the beginning of Future Reunion.
 
One of the conundrums of the manga is why we never see the Outer Senshi, with the exception of Pluto, in Crystal Tokyo. In my headcanon, Neptune and Uranus returned to their planets before Chibi Usa was born to protect Earth from threats from outside the Solar System. Saturn also returned to her planet, and waited there until Chibi Usa has grown and has returned to the 30^th century from her training.
 
Personally, I don’t think Naoko Takeuchi planned the Infinity arc when she first started drawing Sailor Moon, so the all the time travel is not worked out very smoothly. By leaving Crystal Tokyo before Chibi Usa is born, Uranus, Neptune, and Saturn would not risk upsetting history, and I can also help maintain continuity with the manga canon. ^^;;

I like what you did with Saturn! And having Uranus and Neptune return to their planets seems to be the right choice.

We don't know much about the Menaeds' (I'm going by the new Kodansha translation of their name) but I feel like they would have slightly different personalities, even though they are identical twins. My head!canon is that Yuuko is more teasing and playful, while her sister Asako is more mature and reserved.

I'm glad we are starting to get into their personality a bit, even though its a little. YAY ACTION TIME!

Some of you might recognize the rod that Chibi Usa is using. It’s one that was seen in several artworks in the 5th Sailor Moon artbook, but it never appeared in the manga canon. I made a poll on Tumblr a while ago, asking people which wand/rod she should use as Neo Sailor Moon (my other two candidates were the Moon Stick and the Eternal Tier), and this was the winning selection. I made up an attack for her to use, but there’s no name for the rod itself yet.    Any suggestions?

Well you could go with the good ole... "Pink Moon Stick" or "Neo Moon Stick"? xD But I know thats not very creative....it would however go along with the naming convention of Sailor Moon's weapons (which aren't that creative either xD). However, I really like this design. I'll have to go look at that artbook, i don't remember it. xD It's nice that she gets an upgrade weapon from the stuff she had before. I think the last weapon was the kaleidoscope with Moon?

Anyway, yeah! I hope that helps a little?

I've been thinkin' about this, and I think I'm gonna call it the Crystal Moon Rod. If you look at colored pictures of the rod, it's silver/crystal and gold colored, so that name fits. Plus, it sounds nice and mature and not too cutesy. And I like the idea of giving Neo Moon a weapon that (canonically at least) her mother never had, so in that way she's not in her mother's shadow.
