SCHOOL WAS OUT FOR SUMMER AND A PARTICULAR GENTLEMAN WAS BORED
HE FONDLY RECALLED A SUMMER THE PREVIOUS YEAR
WHERE THE GRANDEST TOURNAMENT OF ALL WAS HELD
AH, YES, THE TWISTER CHAMPIONSHIP... HOW NOSTALGIC...!
IT HAD BEEN TOO LONG SINCE HE LAST STEPPED FOOT ON A BEACH
AND HE WAS STILL PAYING FOR THAT ISLAND TIMESHARE THAT HE GOT ROPED INTO WHILE LOOKING FOR PURE HEART TARGETS THAT ONE TIME
HE'D BEEN WATCHING A LOT OF REALITY TELEVISION SHOWS
SO THIS YEAR HE HAS A NEW GAME IN MIND...

ON DISCORD IN THE RP_RTRP_IC and RP_RTRP_OOC CHANNELS This is an RTRP Event with very casual roleplaying. Do not be intimidated—if you want this to be your first RTRP, it will be very gentle. Most of the action will be via Professor Tomoe's announcements and your rolling and reactions.
To sign up, reply to this thread with the Sailor Moon character you would like to play as and which date(s). (Canon characters only, please. All heroes, villains, and background characters allowed.)
Sign ups are allowed until the game is over! If you check Discord, see that the game is still going on but haven't signed up, simply let me know in the rp_rtrp_ooc channel and make sure you post in this thread as soon as you can.
What game are we playing? It won't be Twister this time, but you will need to know how to roll dice!
How to roll? In the rp_rtrp_ooc channel, type -roll to roll a six-sided die.
If you roll a 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6—you did not fail! You continue playing. Post in the rp_rtrp_ic channel stating that your character did an action. You can add a bit of spice by implying how successful they were—think of a 6 as "nailed it!" and a 2 as "OH GAWD I ALMOST DIED".
If you roll a 1, you failed. Post in the rp_rtrp_ic channel describing how your attempt went. You are out. You can now cheer on others in the rp_rtrp_ooc channel if you would like. |
