As usual, all event/contest/game/etc. hosts will need to receive thread approval from me, Sailor Mercury. Due to the size of Festibration and the number of events, we'll be using this thread to keep organized!  How to Get Your Thread Approved • Create all threads for Festibration in the Planning Room for Events • When your thread is ready for approval from me, Sailor Mercury, update the Description of your thread to "Ready for Approval!" • Post the URL(s) to your thread(s) as a reply to this thread, using the following format: - Requesting Approval wrote:
- Name of Event/Game/Contest: (fill in event/game/contest name)

Please contact via: Discord or PM (choose one; if there are questions, recommendations, or changes needed, this is how I will let you know.) • When your thread is approved, Sailor Mercury will update the Description of your thread to "Approved!" and will update the status in this thread. When do you announce a winner?) • Must include all rules and guidelines, clearly stated (What is allowed? What is not allowed? How should participants submit entries? How should participants vote? What determines the winner(s)?) • All graphics that will be requested from Diana must have been properly submitted and fulfilled before a thread is ready for approval • If your event requires multiple threads, they must all be created and approved in advance of Festibration's start Please Be Aware • Do not post in other members' event threads! No recommendations/suggestions and no participation until the thread is live in the Festibration forum.
