I AM PLAYING. John and I found a great hot spot with a gym and few pokestops. its been down off and on a lot but now i think...we will be encouraged to go walk...

Today in the area we were driving in (after we picked up food), we saw a couple of guys driving in a car doing the same thing we were! I was dying laughing. John and I had just captured the gym for blue there and i wanted to just be like "TEAM BLUE 4EVAAAA".

Also, the pokemongo subreddit is gold and has a lot of info and memes. I'd subscribe to it if you are a redditor.

My family walks into Lucky's, we see a guy playing it. Later he walks out, presumably to the PokeStop right next door. Awesome.

I was finally able to get in! Sometimes it's a little slow but other than that no other problems with connecting so far  But it is a HUGE battery drainer, even with battery saver on ;-; 

My dad was very interested in it too--he walked with me to a Pokestop 

I may have been out from 12 am to 4am last night walking /driving looking for Pokémon and hatching eggs >.>

I heard a story about a girl who found a dead body in a river looking for water Pokemon 0_0

And WE WERE NEAR A POKESTOP, BUT EVERYTIME I TRIED TO LOG IT IT SAID THE SEEVERS WERE DOWN, even though my brother and that other guy were doing fine! Argh!

^I heard about that. And something tells me this isn't the last of odd incidents that are going to happen because of pokemon go.

Quick question, are the accounts per device or are they stored in the cloud? I was thinking of downloading it for my Ipad and playing it that way until I get my phone upgraded, but if it'd count as two different trainer accounts it'd be a bit pointless. (My ipad is like gen 2 or 3, it'd be too difficult to lug that thing around everywhere.)

The accounts are linked to either your Google account or your Pokemon Trainer Club Account.

My brother's actually running two right now (on on his trainer account, one for Google). 

So what teams are you guys on? I can't actually be on one yet, but hopefully tomorrow I'll reach Level 5 and Connor and I (the bother unit mentioned many times) can be on Blue together.

Cool! I kinda wanted to be with Red but ultimately went with Blue (I think Moltres is cool because it reminds me of a pheonix). They seem to be in a bit of a power struggle with Yellow/Instinct in my area...

Husband and I just went out in the Jeep and he acted as my Poke-chauffeur as we found the nearest pokestop (only 10 minute drive away instead of 15 ¬.¬) and then went to the next city over and caught a bunch of them XD There was incense at 2 stops that were really close by (in their historic district) and at the university my husband used to work at, and each time we were like stop, snag, smile-and-wave XD it was really fun!

AND NOW I HAVE POKEMON BESIDES RATTATA AND PIDGEY

I'M TEAM BLUE CAUSE BLUE IS BEST COLOR. One of our friends drove around till like 4 am last night and caught a bunch. We are probably going to go around town tomorrow after my parents leave. I'm all out ot pokeballs and didn't catch any pokestops today. ;-;

I'm on Team Mystic, too!! I'm really aggravated right now because there's a Meowth nearby but I can't go get it...

BLUE IS THE BEST. In the one nearby town (there's like 2 little burgs that overlap where I'm at) there's quite a blue monopoly, and the other one's all Red v. Yellow. There's quite the rivalry between teams really, it's awesome.
Also ZUBATS ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET I SWEAR.

I've read that Zubats are extra hard and same with Paras. I've wasted so many pokeballs on those two.

The lack of Team Instinct love in this thread is terrible.

My strongest Pokemon at the moment is a Bulbasaur with 114 CP...well, I bet once I level up more I'll be able to catch some stronger Pokemon. I just got to level 5--go Team Blue!

I've joined Team Instinct. They seem like a good bunch and I like the whole "No Shelter from the Storm" slogan they have going on on Reddit XD because I was so indecisive for so long, I don't know how I feel about it. We'll see if Lauren decides to play and if we're going to be against each other or with each other.

going to keep trying to play this though I've had many problems. also I'm scared about what I've heard lately..like a guy walking onto the highway to catch pikachu and people getting robbed at gunpoint at pokestops..
