Plot Summary: In this story Princess Serenity is six years old and has no senshi powers. The senshi are 15-16. Princess Serenity admires the senshi, and hopes to become a sailor soldier herself one day; however, her mother is trying to protect her from that life for as long as she can. Princess Serenity is desperate to become a senshi, despite being so young. She has grown up with the senshi and has seen them training for battle and she just wants to be like them. The senshi try their best to protect her from the life, just as the queen wishes, but Serenity often mistakes this for them ignoring her and pushing her out. This is a time of slight chaos in the moon kingdom. Nehelenia is alive and pushing in on the moon kingdom from her dark moon kingdom. She is able to disguise herself and travel to the moon, where she spots the young moon princess who is sad she cannot become a senshi. Nehelenia uses this as an opportunity to take Princess Serenity to her kingdom and give her the power she desires, that power being evil of course. Nehelenia will be successful in this and Serenity will become something similar to Black Lady, but will end up hurting someone she loves dearly before realizing her powers are for bad and she will want to go back to being just the moon princess. Queen Serenity will call on the help of Endymion and the Shittenou at some point due to these threats from Nehelenia. 

Details on any necessary information:  This RP will require: Queen Serenity, Princess Serenity, the inner senshi, shittenou and Endymion (Endymion and the Generals will also be older about 17-18) Also for this story there is still a bond between Serenity and Endymion, but Serenity sees Endymion as an older brother. Any characters not filled will be NPC.

Restrictions: No outers, no other villains, Inner senshi and shittenou will be NPC.

Serenity woke early from her dream filled slumber. She got out of bed and walked out of her room as she rubbed her still sleepy eyes as she walked down to get some breakfast. She had pancakes and hash browns. She sat eating her breakfast wondering if her mama would be coming down soon.


After she ate her breakfast she thanked the staff for the meal before she went back to her room to change into her regular clothes. She decided she wanted to go to one of her hide-out rooms where she spent hours creating new worlds and fighting off monsters. 


On her way there she saw the senshi sitting in the library for their classes. She wanted so much to be a senshi, but her mama told her many times that she was not to become a senshi and when she was older her mama would begin training her to become Queen. 


Serenity had often snuck in on senshi gatherings and gotten caught. Venus had always been the one to let her off nicely encouraging her to find some other activity to do. She knew Venus was just following her mama's orders, but lately she felt like no one wanted her, her mama was busy lately and the senshi were training.


Maybe mama won't be busy today and we can play a game or walk in the gardens,  she thought as she opened the door to her hideout, where she became a brave knight sworn to protect those closest to her, even if they were just a bunch of dolls and stuffed animals, Serenity would defend their honor.

The Queen sighed. There were always papers to sign or petitions to hear. Never time for herself or her daughter. She knew that some day this would be an undoing or a sore spot for them, but for now she had to keep her mind on the tasks at hand. She wanted nothing more than to be there with her daughter as the princess played.

So the queen made plans she kept them this time too. She swore she wouldn't work today. She'd promised her moonbeam and she kept it. Smiling she made her way to dinning hall. She was informed Serenity had already left. She ate a small meal and when in search of her child.

Rounding a corner, Serenity the elder heard a small voice coming from a room no one really used. The voice brought a bright smile to her face. She had found her. The queen's search was ending.

"My darling Moonbeam." The queen said opening the door. "What are you doing?" She asked kneeling down to be closer to the child's height.

The queen smiled at the small princess. "Yup." she said. "I was thinking we'd have a nice tea party. Maybe invite the senshi but it seems that you'd rather fight monsters." She giggled at the bear. The queen did not like the idea that her daughter had been playing like this. She would have to make sure that the princess was watched for behavior like this. She didn't want the life of a senshi for her daughter. Why couldn't the child see how hard it was on her Guardians? But no she was a child and the hardships of life were either lost or hidden to her. All the princess saw was the power and mystery of it.

"So what do you say instead of defeating witches, we plan a raid on the kitchen for a cake?" She said her eyes bright as the teased her daughter.

When her mama mentioned the tea party, Serenity beamed up at her mama. When she mentioned inviting the senshi, Serenity smiled for ear to ear. 

"We could have a tea party with the senshi?" she said her tone asking, the senshi had been a mystery to little Serenity, she knew them of course but it seemed they were always busy with classes or training and often times they did not want to play with her, which made Serenity sad and led her to her imaginary world where she was the hero and everyone was her friend.

When her mama mentioned cake, Serenity's eyes sparkled. She so loved sweets and the mention of raiding a cake sounded exciting to Serenity who had snuck off with food once or twice when she had been told not to.

She walked up and whispered in her mama's ear, "we have to be quiet and sneaky to not get caught cuz if we get caught we have to go to bed with no dinner." she said as she giggled and got a head start skipping to the kitchen.

The door to the throne room closed shut with an audible slam that seemed to shake the stone walls of the Earth Palace.  Prince Endymion, angry and frustrated, stormed down the corridors and to his quarters, where he paced his room with heavy footsteps.  He was just so mad.  Why did his parents have to pressure him so much?  Sure, he was eighteen and technically at the age where he should be finding a woman to marry, but did that mean his parents had to force him into one so soon?  Why couldn't they let him find someone on his own?  

Tired of remaining in the palace, Endymion approached his bookshelf and pulled out a book about the Moon's history.  He opened it to a specific page, tilting the book so that the silver key hidden within the pages fell out into his palm.  Clutching the item in his hand, he replaced the book and went out to his large balcony.  Although it was mid-afternoon, the Moon could always be seen from the Earth Palace's location atop a grand hill.  Smiling up at the white orb, Endymion closed his eyes and held the key up.  

"Tsukino Kyuuden," he whispered, allowing the light from the key to envelop his body.  In a flash, he was gone from the balcony and standing in the entrance hall of the Moon Palace.  The silver floor beneath him sparkled with a recent cleaning, and the walls shimmered as they always did.  Glad to be back in such a peaceful place, Endymion began to walk around, searching for the queen and her beautiful daughter.  

A servant passed by, and Endymion stopped her.  "Where is the queen?" he asked kindly, recognizing the servant as one from his childhood.  The servant curtsied.

"I believe I saw her with the princess entering the kitchens, your highness," the servant answered.  Endymion thanked her and headed towards the kitchens, immediately spotting the sneaky duo trying to take some cake.  With a low chuckle, Endymion waited outside.  He would catch them when they came out, he thought with a smile.

The Queen and the princess tip toed into the kitchen. Looking around the corner like thieves they eyed their target. The cake was beautiful creation with white fluffy frosting and pale pink roses perfectly places on the cake. It looked the tastiest. So trying to keep their giggling down and the kitchen staff studiously ignoring the royals, the pair made their way over to the counter.

Slowly the Queen reached up and took the cake. With steady hands she pulled it to her making sure to keep it off her dress. Sitting on the floor next to her daughter, she beamed at the child grinning and giggling at the venture. "Come on." the Queen whispered, and the made their escape with their prize.

Someone from the kitchen staff gasped and asked where the cake had gone? It was for desert! Now she'd have to make another one. Giggling the royal women tip toed out of the kitchen and into the hall where they both burst out laughing, they didn't know the prince of earth was waiting for them in the hall.

The princess giggled as her mom quietly snuck off with the cake. The two walked down the hall. Serenity was almost skipping she was so excited. She loved when she got to spend time with her mama. Lately her imagination had been her only friend and she relied on the things out of the world was her playground.

She turned and asked her mama, "mama can we look at the sky tonight, it been a long time since we looked at the sky."

She walked outside where she saw Endymion, Serenity's eyes widened in surprise and her smile grew larger as she ran towards the young man who she saw like a brother.

"ENDY!!!!" she exclaimed as her little legs moved faster and faster towards him, having to pick up her dress so she wouldn't fall on her face, she had tried so hard to not be klutzy lately. She wondered what had brought him to the moon this lovely day.

The queen smiled at the prince. "Hello there." She said. "If you aren't busy would you care to join us for a tea party?" she grinned at the young prince. She had a feeling she knew why the young man was here, and she would do what she could to help him forget while he was here. "We just completed our raid on the kitchen for this wonderful looking cake, and we were on our way to the gardens to enjoy the spoils." she walked over to her daughter.

"Serenity wouldn't you love it if Endymion joined us?" She suggested. She would in formal setting remind the girl about her manners but this was informal an unplanned visit from the Prince. The Queen had only recently allowed the prince the ability to travel to the moon and back as he wished, as long as he didn't cause trouble for their kingdoms.

Endymion smiled and chuckled as Serenity ran towards him.  He took a few large strides forward and wrapped his arms around her, pulling her into one of his famous bear hugs.  "Hello, my princess," he said.  Pulling away, he stood and bowed to the queen, a smile on his face.  Just seeing them made his day one hundred times better.  When the queen invited him to a tea party, Endymion laughed.  He had lost count of the the amount of tea parties he had attended since meeting the princess.  "Of course, I'd love to join."  He winked at Princess Serenity.  "Of course, only if her beautiful highness would have me," he said, a pleading look in his eyes.  He knew that the queen understood why he had come so unexpectedly, and he was grateful for her attempt to distract him.  There was no woman in the universe with more wisdom than Queen Serenity.

When Endymion pulled her into his arms. Serenity wrapped her little arms around him as much as she could, returning his hug. She was so happy to see him. When he said he would love to join them for their tea party, Serenity bounced up and down on her feet, "Mama can Endy join us?" She asked already pulling on his hand in the direction she wanted to go.

She was eager to show him her newest spot she enjoyed to have tea parties. She spoke with great enthusiasm. "Endy, I found the bestest spot now, it took time but i think this is the bestest spot now." she said when they had come to her new favorite spot. It was by a fountain and a newly planted garden, the flowers had just started to bloom, and in the sky you could faintly see Earth. The planet had so fascinated Serenity lately. She was curious if it was like being on the moon, but she had yet to set foot on the beautiful blue orb.

"This is my new favoritist spot" Serenity said as she placed her small hands on her hips, feeling proud she had discovered this spot, even though it had been there for some time, she had always found new places to play and explore at her home.

The Queen followed the princess to the newest garden. "Indeed, Moonbeam this is a beautiful spot." She smiled not bothering to correct the child's speech, she would grow out of that. "Now that we're here, let's set up for our party!" The Queen set the cake on a bench while they set the table and chairs up. 

With out being asked the servants had made sure that everything was there for the party. They had even set out the princess' favorite tea set. 

"Moonbeam." the queen called "Would you like to help me make the tea?" the water would be too hot to let the young girl handle alone but with her mother's hand to guide her it would be alright.

Endymion chuckled to himself as he followed the energetic moon princess, smirking when the queen refrained from correcting her daughter's grammar.  When they arrived at their destination, the Terran prince was slightly taken aback by the area's serene beauty.  Despite the countless of times he had been to the Moon Palace, he had never come across this place.  

"It's a very beautiful location, Serenity," Endymion said, smiling at the young girl.  He took a seat at the table and glanced at the queen, wondering how many royal duties she was holding off to do this for her daughter.  He had always admired Queen Serenity's selflessness and sense of responsibility.  She had always served as a role model for him, and he had grown to think of her as his second mother.

Serenity was beaming from ear to ear. She felt so lucky just to have time with her mama, but now Endy was here and that made everything more fun. Sere was trying to remember the last time she had seen him. It had been quite awhile, so she was happy when he showed up.

When she saw her favorite tea set up on the table, Sere jumped up and down, "Mama look they brought my favrit tea set, how did they know to bring it? she asked with pure wonder in her eyes at how everything had been set up- had mama planned the whole thing? did she invite Endy too? Sere thought as she picked up one of the tea cups and admired the silver stars that were painted on, but she swore the stars had been pulled from the very night sky she looked at each night from her bedroom long after she was supposed to of have gone to bed, there was just something about the night sky that fascinated the young moon princess.

When her mama asked if she wanted to help with the tea, she nodded her head up and down quickly, her small pigtails bouncing with each nod, "yes mama, I promise to be careful." 

She glanced over to Endy and smiled big as she said "mama never lets me make the tea until today, this must be a special day." She said as she hopped up onto one of the chairs to help her mama make the tea.

The queen pulled her child into her lap and they started about making the tea. The queen guided such small gentle hands in the making of the tea. Nothing special hot water over leaves, but it was special to the princess and that made the queen beamed. 

"Now we wait." She said smiling, her daughter still in her lap. "How about we cut the cake up?" She suggested pulling a knife to cut into the pastry. "Would you like so?" She said with a smile. The knife slide through the soft spounge of the cake with ease and the Queen handed out pieces for each member at the party. "Enjoy!" She said smiling.

"Or perhaps it's time you start learning more about the responsibilities of a princess," Endymion said, winking at her.  Endymion smiled as the two royals worked together to make the tea and cut the cake.  Upon receiving his own slice, he thanked the queen and took a bite.  As always, it was delicious.  The cooks at the Moon Palace always made delectable food - much better than anything on Earth.  All of Earth's food was heavy and could fill you up in an instant.  The Moon, however, had food that was light and fluffy.  It didn't make you feel like you gained twenty pounds upon the first bite.

"So, what's new here on the Moon?  Has Serenity gotten herself into any trouble lately?" Endymion smirked, looking down at the princess to tease her.

Serenity sat and watched as the tea brewed. She helped her mama cut the cake, she felt like a big girl helping her mama with the knife, someday she would be able to use a knife all by herself. She helped slide the cake onto the plate and passed it to Endymion. 

She looked at the tea then back up at her mama, "is the tea ready yet?" Her eyes were wide with anticipation. 

When she heard Endymion asking if Serenity had been staying out of trouble, Sere spoke trying to sound bigger than she was- "for your formation I have been staying out of trouble." She said as she stuck out her tongue at him and then giggled to show she was joking and not taking what he had said seriously.

She sat and waited for her tea and her piece of cake, then maybe after the tea party she could play a game or something with her mama and Endy.

Nehellenia had been watching the White Moon Kingdom from afar for years. She looked on with envy as the kingdom flourished and everyone was filled with happiness. Nehellenia had taken a particular interest in the young princess. She watched her more closely and noticed the desire that was burning in the child’s heart, a desire that she would never see fulfilled as her mother, Queen Serenity didn’t want the senshi life for her daughter. Nehellenia began to plan, she could use the child as her own pawn, she would work slowly and send her minions down to the  White Moon Kingdom and have them attack the young princess and weaken her mind more to allow Nehellenia easy access to control her and give her the powers of a sailor soldier she so longed after.

Nehellenia was observing the Queen, princess, and a new figure enjoying themselves, having  a tea party. Nehellenia grabbed her glass of wine and sipped it slowly as she spoke in the most devilish tone, “my dear Queen, prepare for a war, because I am coming after what is most dear to you.” Nehellenia paused the screen that was locked on the small moon princess and Nehellenia laughed as she walked away to her governing room to meet with her minions to put her plan into action.

Sitting with her child and the visiting prince, the Queen felt at ease. She placed cake on each plate and handed it to the guests. She smiled and checked the tea. "Here, Moonbeam." She said and carefully poured a cup for the princess and prince. She wondered where this early relationship between the two of them would lead. She often wondered if Endymion would be the reason that Serenity stopped wishing to be a senshi. Granted it did look amazing but so much was given up, and the Queen didn't want that for her heir. It was only a matter of time, the princess would grow and she would see the childish nature of her current dream and find something new to fill her time and thoughts. 

"Now," The elder Serenity said. "Enjoy!"

Sere looked at her mama as she passed her the tea and cake. “Thank- you mama” she said with a smile on her face. She admired her food for a moment before she ate it. She was having such a great time, she just wished the senshi could have come as well, but she assumed they were at classes or another round of training. Serenity had tried many a time to watch the senshi in action, but she had been sent away time and time again, and now she didn’t even know where they trained. She wanted so bad to be a senshi. She really just wanted a friend, sometimes she got very lonely as a princess and all she was really searching for was someone to play with her. Because while her imagination was quite big and often times it got her into trouble, she longed for someone to play with and to talk to when her mama and the senshi were off on their duties.

Serenity ate her cake and drank her tea slowly. When she finished she scooted off of her chair and placed her feet on the ground. She went over to her mama and tugged on her dress a bit. When she had her mama’s attention she whispered in her ear, “I am going to show Endy my new game.” She said with a giggle. 

She turned to Endy and said, “come play my new game Endy- its called chase, and your it” she said as she ran off giggling, hoping she would be able to out run the Prince of the Earth

Endymion thanked the queen and ate his piece of cake quietly, savoring the delicious taste. Thoughts of his parents suddenly entered his mind, and he paused. What would they say to him when he went home? He knew he would be in for a world of trouble.

Endymion was suddenly pulled from his thoughts by Serenity's excited speech? Chase? What in god's name was - 

Oh.

Endymion watched the little girl scamper away, then chuckled to himself. Knowing he had no choice but to chase after her, he stood and bowed to the queen. "Excuse me for a moment."

Without another word, Endymion ran off after the little princess. "I'm gonna get you!" he yelled, hoping she could hear him.

Serenity ran off as fast as her little legs would carry her. She felt her heart beat with anticipation. She hoped she could get away from Endymion, but also hope he would be able to catch her.  She heard him say he was going to get her and she giggled as she continued to run through the gardens. 

She stopped and hid behind a tree, so she could catch her breath. She glanced over her shoulder to see if Endy was hot on her tail, but when she turned she saw nothing. She rested against the tree for a moment so she could catch her breath. After a short break she peeked back around the tree. She looked around and didn’t see Endy, she thought for sure she would win this game and continued to run, hoping the Earth Prince would find her.

Endymion followed the little princess into the gardens, only knowing where she was going by the tiny footprints in the grass. He came into a clearing and knelt behind a bush, peeking around it for any sign of the tiny blonde. Suddenly, he spotted her, seeing her sprint from behind a tree and down a path. Quietly, he ran after her, his long strides bringing him to her in seconds. Before she could hide again, he knelt down and lifted her up, pulling her to him and tickling her sides. 

"I've got you now!" he said, a wide grin on his face.

Serenity was running as fast as her little feet would carry her. She thought for sure that she would win this game, until she felt someone grab her. She heard Endy say he caught her. As she was lifted she let out an excited scream.

As Endy tickled her she began to giggle and squirm to get away, “I give,I give.” Serenity said through her laughs so Endy would put her down- or at least stop tickling her. 

He is pretty good at this game, she thought wondering if this was a game he had played back on Earth or if maybe he had just learned about all her hiding spots.

She figured she would ask him as they walked back towards her mama.

Endymion laughed and kissed Serenity's forehead before putting her down. "That game has been played for centuries. My shittenou and I would play it often as children. Even your mother played it, I'm certain," he said, ruffling her hair before leading her back to where they had left the queen. "Some day, we need to come up with a game of our own - one that our children will pass down for generations to come." 

Endymion looked at the flowers as they walked. The Moon had always been such a serene, beautiful place. Everything on it was beautiful and unique. Endymion had always wondered if it would stay that way forever. Serenity's guardians and the outer senshi had done a great job of protecting the galaxy from enemies, but it seemed like the peace was almost too good to be true. How long would the reign of Queen Serenity last?

The queen watched Endymion and Serenity as they played. It filled her with joy to see the happiness that the young earth prince brought to the princess. She was lost in thought. Watching her daughter only brought memories of what her child wanted. To be a Senshi and that was just something that the Queen could just not allow. 

She was pulled from her thoughts as the pair made their way back to the queen and the table. "Did you have fun?" She asked them as they sat back down, with a smile. She wondered how long it would be before they found their prince missing again. She often wondered what his parents thought when he was gone.

Serenity listened as Endymion spoke. She wondered if the shittenou were his friends.Serenity wished she had a group of friends, or even one friend to play with. She looked up at Endymion as they walked back towards her mama, "are the shittenou your friends?" 

They eventually made it back to the table where her mama was. When her mama asked how she was doing the princess smiled as she spoke, "yes, mama it was so much fun, Endy is very good at this game though, I didn't think he would be able to catch me, but he did!" she exclaimed full of delight as she rocked back and forth on her toes.

A moment later a huge yawn escaped her lips, she didn't realize she was tired. She didn't want to go take a nap, not while Endymion was here. He came so rarely, she didnt want to miss any time with him when he visited. 

Serenity asked mama, "mama can I have some more tea please?" She was hoping she could hang out with the adults for just a bit longer.

Endymion's eyebrows raised at the little princess's question. He knew exactly what the reasoning behind her question was, but he didn't mention it.

"Yes, the shittenou and I are very close. They are like my brothers, in fact," he replied, glancing at Serenity. He couldn't help but feel sympathetic towards her. She was always alone - he had always wondered why her senshi would never get as close to her as the shittenou were to him. But perhaps it was something that he couldn't understand unless he was a senshi.

"Maybe some day you and your senshi will be the same way," he said, ruffling her hair.

Upon returning, Endymion smiled at the queen and sat back down. "Your daughter is fast, but she is no match for the prince of Earth," he said, jokingly tossing his hair. His eyebrows raised when Serenity yawned, and he realized it would be a good opportunity for him to talk with the queen if the little princess went for a nap.

"Did that trip wear you out, princess?"

The Queen smiled and poured the child another cup of tea. She knew that her princess would be ready for her nap soon, the child showed signs of weariness. "Moonbeam, I think it's about time for a nap?" She suggested knowing that the girl would throw a little fit. She wondered what Endymion was really here for, not just tea with the queen and princess. She knew that his appearance here, brought with it matters that they should discuss, and without the princess present. 

"Maybe Endymion can stay for dinner too, that way he'll still be here when you wake." She suggested hoping that the Earth prince would be able to help her get the child to bed, even if he didn't stay. She hated to lie to the child but some times little lies were needed.

When Endymion asked the princess if she was worn out from her game she said with a big smile, “nope not at all.” Though her eyes told otherwise as they began to droop downwards and she began to fight off the pull to sleep.

When her mama poured her a new cup of tea she beamed up at her, eyes glowing, “thank you mama.” She sipped her tea slowly, careful not to burn her little tongue. When her  mama suggested she go lie down for a nap, she felt a little frustrated, “I’m not tired mama, naps are for babies and I am a big girl.” She said with hint of anger to her voice, she hadn’t spoken this way to her mama in a long time, but she just wanted to enjoy every moment she could with Endymion, after all the Prince of the Earth didn’t come for a visit all too often.

Serenity perked up a bit though at the idea that Endymion would be staying for dinner. The princess sat up to speak, but all that came out was a big yawn and even the princess could no longer deny that she was tired. She tried to sit up straighter but after drinking the tea, she just wanted to rest her head on the table, but knew that would not be very princess like.


She looked up at her mama and the prince, as she rubbed her eyes she asked, “could Endy really stay for dinner mama?”
