Hey guys..can you do me a favor? I am trying to make something for my Villain but am trying not to make it too strong. Its a shield type thing but I wanted to have it act differently to the girls attack/weapons and stuff, are the profiles up? (I would check but i don't know most of the names that were changed)
Examples: If Mars shoots a flamethrower at Steamstress the shield can block for 3-5 seconds max then it would start to melt from her flames..
If it was hit by some lightning from jupiter then after 3-5 seconds the shield would malfunction and open/close even if Steamstress wants it to or not..

I did a little looking of my own. I found one site that says Charm Schools (the name for them in the USA) are for ages 13 and up. I think I will go for 15 for Grace so I would think anything from 13 to 17 could work.

Looks like you do not need to for relaxed templates - "Character Image: Please include either a picture of your character, or a short description (with bullets or a paragraph) of your character's physical appearance and clothing."

That really has more to do if its a relaxed or advanced profiles I believe. I know you can get away with pics in relaxed profiles but not in advanced. Your best bet is to PM Sailor Pluto and she'll be able to tell you what you need ^.^

It was actually not very common to marry quite so young. Most marriages were 18 to 23 for upper-class women and a bit higher than that for lower-class women (because marriage/starting a household was expensive). Some marriages were younger, but the norm was the 18 to 23 range.

Yes, that actually wasn't too unlikely. Most of the "women's colleges" (not what we think of today as university, but rather just a school) admitted females from 12+ and there are records of pupils in their mid-20s. Most older pupils would also be likely to be teachers or training to be teachers, while studying.

I think Aurae is right. Thanks Aurae! ^^ I wanted to make my character young enough nto to be in immediate danger of being married off, but when she should start thinking like a young lady and going to socials to make herself known for potential suitors. And also still young enough where it’s not a total scandal to hang around with Jasper unsupervised. So I am teetering between 15 and 16.
I suppose it might be possible for someone to still be in finishing school but I think it would be rare at 20, and possibly for people who are having a hard time getting married, or perhaps they are in training to become teachers at the school. That could explain it.
I didn’t even see that really, so good eyes Sailor Mercury It’s up to you guys, but you might want to consider making them just a bit younger than 20, since I’m sure Serenity would have no trouble with getting flooded with marriage proposals. But totally up to you. They’re your characters. I’m not terribly particular. ^^

I'll be honest I just put 20 as a default I can change it to 18 if that makes more sense. I think at 18 serenity would be more likely to leave her mothers home than 16. It might be modern day me talking but 16 seems so young. That being said, whatever age we decide on I'm ok! At the end of the day, it's about how we interact and not necessarily the age.
Also @Aurae I'm so impressed with your extensive knowledge!! I couldn't stop reading!

This is a rough draft:
Weapons/attacks vs. Steamstress rough Draft::
Side effects or limitations to Good guys attacks/weapons for Steamstress:
Moon-
Umbrella Shield Vs. Goo gun: Goo will hit the umbrella (When Open) but then fall down sticking to whatever is below the umbrella.
Umbrella Shield vs. Giant scissors: Umbrella will block with possibility of sticking into umbrella (only if Moon’s Rp’er decides to do so) otherwise it will block then return to Seamstress.
Umbrella gun vs. Goo: The goo can’t stop the bullet from coming out.
Archery Boomerang Vs. Giant scissors: The “magnet” in the boomerang will work 90% of the time, Other 10% is up to the player.
Umbrella gun vs. Shield: The shield can take one shot…on the second it could break (Probably would..whole or a least a piece)
Mars:
All her fire attacks vs. Giant scissors: After its hit the Scissors will be too hot to hold and might begin to melt.
Fire vs. Goo Gun: when goo has hit something Example: Floor and stuck to it, the fire can melt it after a couple of minutes.
Fire vs. Shield: The shield will get hot (See example: vs. scissors) and Steamstress would have to take it off and possibly discard it till it cools.
Venus:

I don't have any issue with that. We always work that stuff out in the story anyway. Plus our fillains are outnumbered by senshi and heroes, so they may need a little help.

Hey guys ^^
So everyone is approved and ready to go except our Sailor Mercury (and I know with the andromeda event ant everything our Miss Pluto is insanely busy. So we can take it slowly.
I wanted to share a couple of thoughts on plot and also some visual references in case you're like me and get inspired by details. ^^

OK, so we have two sort of assistant villains, Steamstress and the doctor. Each ally that Mr. Cogs is able to get increases his available technology. He will enlist Steamstress first, and aside from her own fighting skills and such, he will be able to then use chemical compounds in his clockwork devices. But someone still needs to control them which obviously poses a certain exposure and injury risk to our villains.
And so later in the plot (I will time this as the senshi grow in experience as well), he will meet the doctor and they will begin experimenting on autonomous clockwork machines that are hooked up to cadaver human brains rather than be remote controlled. So as the plot progresses, the senshi grow in power and so do the villains. And at the end with these technologies perfected, he will make the big finale move and of course be defeated in the end by our warriors. I sort of have a redemption plan for the end for our Mr. Cogs and Steamstress. Even villains can find love and redemption right?
BUT I plan for our doctor to have a death scene after the senshi achieve the silver crystal so you guys get to call dibs on who kills him. Basically it is this. He and Steamstress kidnap Grace to ransom her for the crystal. He is going to use it to transfer his wife's brainwaves into Grace's body. Our senshi team go in for a rescue and fight ensues. Dr. Phoenix has this super angsty death scene where he is mortally injured but sees his dead wife's ghost and goes to her at last. - So who wants to deal the death blow to our Doctor Phoenix when that time comes?
Soon after that will be the big final battle and the end.
Rough Timeline
Spoiler:
This is sort of a hashed out rough order of events which of course we could change or delay to insert a side story. ^^
1. Grace's father is kidnapped
2. Their research leads them to the poem and they decide to put an ad in the paper Simultaneously Steamstress gets caught up in the latest wave of "fade" kidnappings.
3. Our senshi answer the ad, get equipped and settle in At the same time COGS is searching (and failing) for a way to create tranquilizer darts for his latest creation. He figures out Steamstress has chemical know-how and is willing to help...but can he trust her?
4. Cogs releases his first mechanical creation, a clockwork-timed steam locomotive that rampages down the streets of London shooting knockout gas from it's steam vents. Senshi respond and face their first battle
5. Other battles ensue and senshi powers begin to awaken Our doctor gets let go from his research facility and begins to really become desperate
6. The hunt for the silver crystal continues! And more battles
7. Silver crystal is found. Villains try to make a grab for it but the senshi manage to keep it. Mr. Cogs finds the doctor and they begin experimenting on melding biology with clockwork.
8. At some point after that we have the kidnap scene and the deah of our doctor. Then Mr. Cogs releases his last weapon and final epic battle stuff. I haven't finished hashing it all out, just a rough idea. What do you guys think?
Phew! That was a lot to write up. It is 4AM over here so as much as I wanted to be totally organized, my mind is going all over the place with ideas.
I'll start working on an opening post.We can't advertise for a Darien until we have some posts. (Sorry Addy!) So later on if we get a player I'll have to re-work our timeline. ^^
I think I will get us to the point where Grace's father is kidnapped all in one post, you guys can make establishing posts, and then I will get the ad done on my next post and away we go. ^^ Any thoughts / ideas / objections?

Also to answer some of your questions in your post:
Who deals the death blow? I'm not too sure who should give the final blow but my gut says Sailor Moon. Only because the Silver Crystal will be activated and it would make logical sense for it to happen that way. If not, it could always be interesting to have Darien give the final blow or one of the Senshi. I'm torn! Maybe we leave it up to fate to see what happens in the storyline?

We can decide the doctor's fate as we go. It's much later on and I have a few ideas that I am torn about too.
I am half done with the first post so I will try to get that up ASAP. I'm being super picky about it so it's taking me a while to get it just right. ^^

So I am teetering between 15 and 16.
I can change it to 18 if that makes more sense. I think at 18 serenity would be more likely to leave her mothers home than 16. It might be modern day me talking but 16 seems so young. That being said, whatever age we decide on I'm ok! At the end of the day, it's about how we interact and not necessarily the age.
