Advanced Character Profile
Character Name: Yaten Kou
Gender: Female
Age and Date of Birth: 16, February 8th
Used Canons: Anime/Manga
Appearance: Standing at 5’4, Yaten is the shortest of the Sailor Starlights. She has long white/silver hair that has bangs framing her face and is tied into a low ponytail at the nape of her neck. She has grey eyes (bright green in the anime) and wears emerald earrings. While on earth, she pretends to be a man, dressing as such. When she performs with the Three Lights she wears a dark blue shirt with a red tied, paired with a lighter blue coat and pants, with a yellow rose in the breast pocket.
Personality: Yaten doesn’t like very many people, finding them extremely boring and dull, believing that she is better than they are and they aren’t worth her time, making her egotistical. However, she does get along with Luna quite well. She is very blunt and honest, and prefers getting to the point rather than beating around the bush. She doesn’t understand how girls give the Three Lights love letters when they know nothing about them. Yaten is also very capable of holding grudges
and is in general, very distrusting and headstrong.
Healer doesn’t use her attacks at full force, even though she is capable of doing so, allowing Sailor Moon to heal them. This could be due to the fact that her planet is a peaceful and pacifist one, which would go along with Healers delicate and slightly nervous nature, or she simply doesn’t like to see her body or face injured. It could also be that she began to believe in Sailor Moon and that what she was doing was right.
Her deep love for her Princess has kept her going through her very long search, not giving her a lot opportunity to have her own dreams and goals. Yaten believes that duty should come before dreams. However, when Minako was auditioning for the role of an Idol, she changed Yaten’s mind, causing the silver haired woman to wonder if the Starlights had lost their inability to dream.
Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Talented musician
History: The Starlights come from Kinmoku, a fictional planet outside of the solar system that is also the home of the Sailor Starlights, who are Kakyuu's protectors and spend much of the story searching for her. Kinmoku is attacked and destroyed by Sailor Galaxia, while Kakyuu is injured during the battle. She cannot reveal herself until her wounds are healed, and the Sailor Starlights lose contact with her. They follow her to earth and take on the guise of a male pop band, the Three Lights, and use their music as a signal beacon for their leader.
On Earth, they attend Juuban High School where they meet Sailor Moon and the Inner senshi. They are at first very suspicious of Sailor Moon as they would appear during battles against Galaxia’s Animamates. During the final showdown against Galaxia, they are the only ones left fighting with Sailor Moon and soon put all of their faith into her. After the fight is over, they say their goodbyes to the Sol Senshi and with Princess Kakyuu reborn, they depart back to their own planet.

doesn't like sports that make her sweaty Storyline Specific Information: Kinmoku Lullaby: After Stars ended, the Starlights and their Princess return to their planet, finally facing the destruction they left behind. So many things have happened since their separation. Their Princess fled, leaving them behind and they were left searching for her for a long time. She had heard their song, but refused to reveal herself for a long time, not trusting them to protect her as they had not been able to protect her on the planet. Adding in guilt from everyone about their own failures that led to the destruction of the planet they were supposed to protect, returning Kinmoku to its former glory will not be easy. After being on earth for so long, Healer had forgotten how bad her planet looked like. Not able to purify phages they encountered, she and the other Starlights had been forced to kill them, despite their planet being a peaceful and pacifist one. Can Healer forgive their Princess for ignoring them for so long and can she come to terms with her failure as a guardian?

Henshin/Transformation Phrase: Healer Star Power, Make Up!
Senshi Fuku: Sailor Star Healer's sailor fuku was, like all the Sailor Starlights' sailor fuku, very different from the ones worn by the Solar System Senshi. The Starlights' sailor fuku were navy blue two-piece outfits made up of a bikini-like top which had a winged star brooch in its center and a sailor collar attached, and hotpants. They all wore over-the-knee boots and long gloves that went well above the elbow. They all wore beaded tiaras, which had a five-pointed star in the center, and two beaded belts on their waist which appeared to be fastened by one single five-pointed star belt buckle. All the Starlights wore golden star earrings. Star Healer's main color was navy blue and her secondary color was light green. Around her neck were a pair of criss-crossed chokers, and over her gloves she wore three beaded gold bracelets on each hand.

RP Sample: As they travelled back towards their planet, Healer often thought about the close bond between Sailor Moon and her guardians, how their Princess was there to support their individual dreams and goals, and how they were there to support her in return. She shared a bond similar to that with her two fellow Starlights but their Princess…they never had a close bond with her before Galaxia came and destroyed their planet. Now? Now their Princess didn’t even trust them to protect her. Rather she fled to another planet and even after hearing their song, chose to stay in hiding. How were they supposed to move forward from that? Just forget it ever happened? All she had ever wanted was a relationship like Usagi had with her guardians. Was it even possible for them anymore?
