Appearance:
She looks similar to Usagi because she is supposed to be her decoy if needed. She has blue eyes and long blonde hair. She wears her hair down wearing a red bow in the back of her head. She is pale and thin, but athletically toned. She is 5'2" tall. During middle school Minako wears a long sleeved white shirt with a blue sailor collar with two white stripes and blue cuffs. On her chest is a red bow. She wears a knee length blue skirt with a blue bow in the back. She wears ankle length white socks with black heeled shoes with crisscrossing straps. 

When she goes to high school she wears a navy blue school uniform. The top is a white shirt with a navy blue sailor collar with red stripes and cuffs that are navy blue with red stripes. The bow on her chest is navy blue as well. Her skirt is navy blue and comes to the knee. There's a navy blue bow in the back of the skirt as well. She wears the same white socks that go to her ankle and black heeled shoes with crisscrossing straps.

PGSM Appearance: 
She is a young pale girl who has brown eyes. She has dark brown hair with fringe bangs. She is 5'3" tall. She wears all types of clothing. Mainly she wears natural colors, but she is also seen in pinks and reds. She's very well dressed as an idol. In school she wears the same clothes as she does in the manga. 

Personality: 
Minako is friendly and very athletic. She is very energetic and ditzy. She likes idols and dreams of being one. She dreams big. She's usually pretty happy, and tries to help others be happy as well. She's determined and is also stubborn in because of her determination. Along with idols she likes sports and singing. She likes to be with her friends. She likes to eat curry, ramen and gyoza. She's not the best in school and struggles when it comes to studying and class. She doesn't like math. She also doesn't like shiitake mushrooms. She always puts others before herself, especially when it comes to her friends. 

As a senshi she is very serious. She takes her job seriously as well as her title senshi of Love and Beauty. She know's she is beautiful and is sometimes cocky about it, but for the most part she's down to earth. She takes the love portion seriously as well. She's quite the flirt as well. Sometimes she's a bit overzealous about trying to get people together who she thinks would be a good couple.

She tries to take everything on for herself, instead of asking for help. She doesn't want others to be worried about anything. This is sometimes just personal things, but other times it has to do with her being a senshi. She is super close with all of her friends. They make her feel connected and safe. She is closest with Rei because of their mentality about men. She tries really hard to make her friends smile when they're upset or sad. She's a great friend. 

Personality differences for PGSM: 
She is a popular teen idol/singer. In PGSM she's achieved that dream. She talks about her life in her songs and the lyrics are connected to how she's feeling. In PGSM she doesn't smile often. She is calm and quiet. She continues to lead her double life, but things are different. Eventually she reveals herself as Sailor Venus to the other senshi. Even after that she is still distant. She is annoyed that they lack focus, but she also stays away from them because of the fact that she is terminally ill. She doesn't want them to be severely effected by her death because they are close. Also because of her illness she likes to visit sick children in the hospital. She also has a pretty good sense of humor. 

Any Unique Abilities/Skills: She's really good at sports and is a very athletic person who is quite flexible. She is an amazing singer and dancer as well. 
 
History: 
When it was the Silver Millennium she was Princess Venus one of the protectors of Princess Serenity. She and Kunzite fell in love when she was on Earth. When he "betrayed" her she swore to never love anyone ever again. She died in the battle along with everyone else and was reincarnated on Earth as Minako Aino. 

When she was 13 she was awoken as Sailor V by Artemis. She was awoken a year before the rest of the senshi. During that time Sailor V was a very public figure. She worked to find the princess and defeat bad guys. She made villains think she was the princess all the while searching for the real princess. She was so popular that they made video games, manga, and movies about her. She eventually was reunited with the princess and the rest of the senshi and became her true self Sailor Venus. 

PGSM: 
In PGSM she was an idol with a terminal disease. Usagi and the other girls idolize her. She is first seen in the first episode fighting Tuxedo Mask who is trying to steal jewels. Like the anime and manga she starts off disguised as the princess fighting evil and searching for the real princess. Artemis awakened her in PGSM as well. She eventually meets the rest of the senshi and becomes Sailor Venus. She is very dedicated to her mission as a senshi. Since she is terminally ill she decided to try surgery even though the possibilities of her surviving were close to zero. Rei, who Minako became very close with talked her into trying the surgery. Minako dies during surgery. She was brought back to life by Usagi at the reset of the world after she destroyed it the second time.

Storyline Specific Information: 
To Kill a Moon Princess: This storyline takes place in PGSM's universe. Princess Serenity has destroyed the world twice, but the second time she saved it. Two new senshi were awoken and are trying to kill the princess. There will be fights between the inner senshi and the two outers who were awoken. Her personality and history are the ones labeled on here as PGSM stuff. 

Bleeding Blue: This storyline takes place in both the PGSM universe and the 90s anime universe. Sailor Dark Mercury still exists and so does Ami Mizuno and normal Sailor Mercury. Queen Beryl found a way to create Dark Mercury through Ami's DNA. They two Mercurys will not know of each other until they meet. Minako's personality is the same as in PGSM for a while in this, until she becomes Sailor Venus. She acted alone as Sailor V for a while. Minako is surprised by the existence of a dark sailor senshi.

Senshi Fuku:

Sailor V: Her fuku is a white top with red stripes down each side, with shirt sleeves going halfway down the top half of her arm. She has dark blue cuffs with a red line in the center of each. She has ovular shoulder pieces that sit on top of her shoulders. She has a dark blue skirt with red trim. The collar is blue with a red line on it. She has a red bow in the center of her top with an orange gem in the middle. The bow in the back of her skirt is the same dark blue color. She wears a red mask with pointed sides. She also wears a white choker with a crescent moon on it. She has long gloves that go to just below her elbow and has gold at the top. She also has a gold crescent moon on her forehead. 

Sailor Venus: Her fuku is white. Her collar is orange with a white stripe on it. Her front bow is a dark blue color with a yellow round button in the center. She wears long white gloves that end at the elbow with orange cuffs at the end. Her skirt is also orange and the back bow is yellow. She wears orange kitten heels with an orange strap around the ankle. Her choker is orange and her tiara is gold with an orange jewel in the center. 

Super Sailor Venus: Her fuku remains the same. She now has a yellow star on the choker and the center of her bow is a yellow heart now. The bow in the back of her skirt is longer. And now she has orange earrings.

Eternal Sailor Venus: The gem in the middle of her tiara is a star. She wears star earrings. Her choker is still the same. Her fuku top is still the same except her collar's stripe is not yellow. In the center of her bow is now a yellow star. Her sleeves are yellow and form puffy circles by her shoulders, they end in a two tier orange cuff. Her gloves are still the same. Her skirt is two tiered. The top tier is orange and the bottom tier is yellow. There's a double belt leading to her skirt that has a yellow star in the center. Her bow is shorter in the back, but there are ribbons now coming from it. Her shoes change to white knee high boots with a v at the top. The v is orange and there's a yellow star in the center of the v. 

Powers: 
Venus Power, Love Crescent Shower: It was used by opening her compact to purify the area and can be used to defeat an enemy. Used only by Sailor V.

Crescent Boomerang: Throwing her compact to defeat an enemy. Used only by Sailor V.

Crescent Beam: Two beams appear on Venus’s forehead, which she then touches and aims at her target, to shoot a beam of light in their direction.
 
Crescent Beam Shower: Instead of one beam, multiple beams come from her fingers. 

Crescent Super Beam: More powerful than Crescent Beam used only  by Sailor V.

Crescent Slender Beam: Identical to Crescent Beam, but used by Sailor V.

Venus love-me Chain: She uses the chain around her waist and directs it at a target, it can deal damage or bind them.

Sailor V Kick: A kick.

Venus Love and Beauty Shock: She blows a kiss and winks at her enemy and a golden heart appears in her hand. She moves her arm out to the other side of her body which creates a circle of golden hearts that surround her. It turns back into one heart which flies and attacks the enemy.

Rolling Heart Vibration: She calls upon the power of Venus. A burst of heart-shaped energy is released, which harms/pushes back a foe to protect someone. 

Weapons or Magical Items:
Crescent Compact: Used to transform into Sailor V. It carried a lot of her powers. It's also used to disguise herself.

Transformation Pen: Used to transform into Sailor Venus

Communication Device: A wristwatch which allows her to communicate with the other senshi.

Chain: She wears a pink, heart shaped chain that is around her waist, and is used for attacking an enemy.

Holy Blade: A blade used in the Silver Millenium, it was a sword made of stone. It is capable of cutting anything, including diamond. It was created to protect the moon princess.  

Crescent Moon Cutter (PGSM only): Used as an attack item, small knife, and boomerang. It does not have a mirror inside. It doesn't have the same powers as the Crescent Compact.

RP Sample: Memories of the past.

Minako awoke with a start. She had been dreaming of the Silver Millennium. She woke to a memory of the destruction of the Silver Millennium. They were battling the Dark Kingdom. One after the other, each senshi fell. They were fighting so hard to protect Princess Serenity and she was almost killed, but Prince Endymion saved her, by sacrificing himself. Princess Serenity was so taken over with grief from the loss of Prince Endymion that she destroyed the world. The memory was almost too overwhelming. It took her a while to remember that that was all in the past. None of this was going to happen again, or at least that's what she hoped. She stayed awake for a while trying to clear her mind. Finally she was able to drift back to sleep.

(Tiny side note: For her PGSM history, could you mention she was brought back to life when Usagi and Mamoru reset the world? Perhaps also mention that she was extremely focused on her mission as a senshi in PGSM? Thanks! )

Does this mean Minako doesn’t act / has not acted as Sailor V at all in this storyline, but awakened as Sailor Venus? Did she still work alone before joining the other senshi?

Oh sorry I mean  she was Sailor V before and when she becomes Venus she has more of the anime personality and background. She was alone as sailor V before. I can put that in the SSI.
