Appearance: Nephrite has wavy dark brown hair that goes past his shoulders, and brown eyes. He wears stud earrings. He's around 6 feet tall with a broad chest and shoulders, and is physically fit. While working for the Dark Kingdom, he wears a uniform that consists of a grey formal jacket with a red lining, white gloves, and grey pants with knee high black boots. As a member of Prince Endymion's guard, he wore a pale red jacket with blue lining, and blue and silver fastens to hold his white cape in place. His pants are white with black boots, and he wears a brown belt around his waist to hold his weapon sheathe.

Personality: Nephrite has a bold and strong personality, and is a straightforward kind of man when he interacts with people. His preferred tactic is brute force, but he is still intelligent enough to come up with loose plans to accomplish his goals. He is very in tune with people's emotions and needs, which allows him to read them very well, and even manipulate them if needed. Ironically, he has a short temper, low patience for when things go wrong, and often wears his emotions on his sleeve for others to see. His feelings are a secret to no one, but he tends to not stew on them for very long once he's expressed them. He is very proud of himself, which can often lead to his downfall when he underestimates someone.

Nephrite likes being over the top when he can, enjoying the elaborate comforts of life, like fancy cars, big houses, and fine food. This also extends to his views on romance, and if he's trying to impress someone, he will pull out all the stops to get their attention. His attentiveness and ability to read others in social situations makes him popular with the women.

Nephrite likes excitement and danger, but he is capable of sitting down and doing nothing but relaxing. He never turns down a new challenge though, and will try any skill or activity that catches his eye, though only a few actually stick with him. He hates being toyed with, and would rather someone tell him upfront that they dislike him than act passive aggressive. He has a close bond with Prince Endymion and his fellow Shitennou.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills:
Nephrite is very knowledgeable about the night sky, and can combine this skill with his psychic abilities to read people's fortunes and predict future events. He can also draw power from the stars to give himself a variety of other powers, like creating monsters from constellations, or firing energy blasts.

He is also skilled with a sword and a halberd, weapons he trained with in his past.

History: Nephrite was originally born in the Silver Millennium, and was one of Prince Endymion's knights in a group known as the Shitennou. He loyally served his prince and his home planet, Earth. He also represented the Southern part of the Golden Kingdom. When Endymion first met Serenity, Nephrite disapproved, but as he watched the two interact and met with the other senshi, particularly Sailor Jupiter, he grew more fond of the idea of their relationship, and even helped them hide it.

This changed for the worst when a sorceress by the name of Beryl lured the Shitennou away, telling them that the people of the moon could not be trusted. Eventually, she was corrupted by the dark power of Queen Metalia, and the Shitennou were brainwashed to follow her orders. Using their influence, the people of Earth decided to go to war, and made a surprise attack on the Moon Kingdom. The battle ended with the deaths of everyone, and Queen Serenity used her Silver Crystal to seal away Metalia, and allow everyone a second chance of life by reincarnation.

Like the Princess, Prince, and the Guardian Senshi, the Shitennou were also reborn in present day with no memory of their past. They lived normal lives until Beryl once again found the power of Metalia, and turned them into her Dark Kingdom Generals. After Jadeite's death, Nephrite tried to locate the Silver Crystal, but was eventually killed by the newly awakened Sailor Jupiter after she fell for one of his plans. After his death, he was revived and cleansed of evil by the Silver Crystal and took the form of a Nephrite stone. He and the other Shitennou can speak to Mamoru in their spirit forms even without bodies, however.
