| Here we go again!! May's theme will be.... SPACE!!! (in observance of National Space Day on May 3rd  ) The winner of the May '15 Otaku Senshi contest isssssss...... Maritime!! - Old Voting:
The Entries!!  Sailor Ursa MajorInfluences/powers: She is the senshi of light. Her attacks are very much about the balance of light and her sister, Sailor Ursa Minor's powers of dark.Brief description paragraph: Nita is an identical twin. Her and her sister, Ursula are Sailor Ursa Major and Sailor Ursa Minor. Their powers work best together, since they balance each other out and are most powerful together. They control the powers of light and darkness and their balance of power is perfect.  Senshi Name: Sailor Red ShirtInfluences: Bad LuckPowers: Highly Visible to Hostile Forces, Instantaneous DeathOnce an optimistic student at the Starfleet Academy, Sailor Red Shirt dreamed of exploring the vastness of space! It's her first day aboard the U.S.S. Roddenberry and Sailor Red Shirt is ready for action! She's heard tales of the many creatures and monsters that call the final frontier home, but she's armed with her trusty Bullseye Scepter and isn't afraid to walk right into the middle of a bad situation!Transformation Phrase: "THREE DAYS FROM RETIREMENT, MAKE-UP!"Attacks Include: Activate Booby Trap, Draw Gunfire, Spontaneous Combustion, & Attract HostilesMotto: "Uuuuuunnnghh...." Sailor SupernovaSailor Supernova's powers mimic the explosion of stars, though in a much more limited level. She does not remember her name or where she was born, only her title. For as long as she could remember, she has traveled through space alone, fighting beings of darkness and incarnations of Chaos. It feels like it's her destiny to wander throughout space rather than settle on just one planet. When Galaxia tried to conquer the galaxy, Sailor Supernova tried her best to follow her trail and help defend the planets she attacked, desperately trying to stop her from stealing even more sailor crystals. Since she was a tough adversary, Galaxia tried to recruit her into her army, offering her the feeling of belonging to something and having a clear purpose. There was nothing Sailor Supernova wanted more than to be able to stop wandering aimlessly through space. And though she tried her best, the planets she tried to defend kept falling, its people surrendering to Galaxia's side, few ever thanked her. She was beginning to feel like she wasn't making much of a difference. Not to mention that sense of incompleteness, not knowing where she belonged and not having her own home to protect. Why did she keep risking her life trying to protect other people's planets, some of which didn't even want her help?But her sailor crystal was true, unlike the stolen ones that belonged to the Sailor Animamates. She was a true senshi, and she knew her place wasn't among frauds like them. She declined the offer and opted out of the fight instead, running to the opposite side of the galaxy. It wasn't until she heard the story about the battle at the Galaxy Cauldron that she realized her mistake. If she were a true senshi, she should have kept fighting on their side. She should have helped protected the earth when Galaxia set her sights on it. Hearing about how Sailor Moon managed to forgive Galaxia in the end despite having lost all her friends, Sailor Supernova began to wonder about this legendary senshi. She came to earth after Crystal Tokyo was born and was welcomed warmly by the solar system senshi. She felt as if she had found a family at last. And after being told about the Galaxy Cauldron and its guardian, Sailor Supernova went there in search of the truth about where she came from. Guardian Cosmos told her that her birthplace was among the stars, and that was why the outer space felt like home to her. All of it was her home. Rather than not having one specific home, Supernova found out that she actually belonged everywhere, no matter where she was in the galaxy. With this knowledge she finally found peace, and continued her fight against future incarnations of Chaos as a true sailor senshi.Powers & Weapon:- Supernova Blast: She can expel a blinding light from her body that will temporarily rob an enemy of their vision as well as give them second degree burns.- Starlight Shockwave: She can shoot out shockwaves powerful enough to blast an enemy away. Name: Sailor AltairPowers: Telecommunications, Teleportation, Master of Weapons and Hand to Hand Combat. Communications with her sword and army with her armband.Backstory: Everybody knows of the Silver Crystal, the most powerful Sailor Crystal in the Milky Way Galaxy. After the battle with Galaxia and as Crystal Tokyo came into fruition, there was an extra special force set up outside of the Solar System=team AQL, Advanced Quantum Legends. They are a galactic army who's has multiple bases located in the constellation Aquila, otherwise known as "the Eagle." This army is made up mostly of survivors of those planets that Galaxia destroyed and those who managed not to become part of her army. These dedicated Senshi owe Neo Queen Serenity their lives; and lie in their stations as an extra wall of defense to protect her and her kingdom. Enter Sailor Altair. Once known as Mira, she lived on her planet Altair with her friends and family. Unfortunately, that changed when Sailor Galaxia attacked her planet. It was Mira, the planet's princess, who managed to save herself and most of her kingdom from Galaxia's rage-by using the planets advanced technology to escape the planet before it collapsed. Sadly, her parents were not among the survivors. While the remains of her country drifted on a single battleship, Mira took the title of Sailor Altair from her mother, and with the crest of her fallen planet on her thigh, she began to set up AQL and stabilize it's forces. At the time, it was for a revenge skirmish if they were ever to encounter Galaxia and her army, but swiftly changed objectives upon her defeat. Sailor Altair quickly learned of others in her situation, and convinced other survivors of the Sailor War to join her army to keep their savior safe and her planet peaceful. During moments of combat, she is able to withdraw her blade from her armlet, and can have it extend according to her emotions. Her armband also is able to communicate with countless allies of hers. Together, Sailor Altair and the rest of AQL lie as silent protectors, waving the colors of the fallen planets in their banner. She'd like to hope she did her family and her kingdom proud, though her heart is always heavy with doubt and longing for times past. Senshi Name: Gemma RaeInfluences/powers:- Supernova: A sparkling blast of cosmic energy that levels the battlefield and her opponents.- Ultraviolet Revolution: A concentrated zap of celestial light that attacks the target like a guided laser.- Absolute Zero: A freezing spray of ice cold star crystals that solidifies everything in its path.Description paragraph: Born at the birth of a distant star, Gemma Rae is the senshi of stardust. Traveling the universe, she tends to each star's death, using its energy to grant the ordinary desires of those who have wished upon it. She travels with her companion cats, Eclipse and Zodiac, who act as beacons, guiding her onward to the tending of the next star's death. Senshi Name: Sailor Tauri NebulaInfluences/powers: She gains her powers from the god, Gugalanna. Her powers invoke the spirit of a great bull, giving her strength buffs, allowing her to have abnormally strong physical attacks. She also has the power to control the dust and gas within the nebula she resides, able to use it as energy blasts or as suffocating gas attacks.Brief description paragraph:Sailor Tauri Nebula hails from the nebula that surrounds Tauri, a young star in which she derives her common name from. The young star islocated within the constellation of Taurus. She guards the Tauri that has recently developed out of the cloud of dust and gas. She was created by the god, Gugalanna, known as The Bull of Heaven to the common tongue, giving her a demi-goddess status. Gugalanna is one of the many gods in the vast universe that protects its own territory, the stars and planets within the constellation of Taurus. Being an offshoot of the bull god, Tauri, is strong willed, stubborn and hard working, but don't be fooled by her tough outward nature, as she can be soft and sophisticated. Much like a bull, Tauri is often docile until she is provoked. You don't want to be on her enemies list! Tauri is loyal and cares deeply for her loved ones and creator, Gugalanna. Tauri also has a romantic and sensual side that she gets from the influence of the goddess, Venus, who rules over Gugalanna. Venus's influence has made her to long for peace and harmony. Making this her lifelong goal and dream and paired with her hard working attitude and stubborness, she'll stop at nothing to achieve that. This is sometimes a weakness of hers as she becomes blinded by her goals and can become selfish in trying to achieve them. - The senshi name- Sailor Space Knight- Influences/powers Sailor Space Knight hails from Artuka. She is influenced by the stars. Her powers include:Star Sword Ignite- Sailor Space Knight uses her sword which is long to deliver a blow to her enemies. Her sword glows like the stars in the sky when she uses it and has a hot blaze to it when she comes in to contact with her enemies.I do justice: This is a song that has been passed down to sailor space knight from her father, the original space knight. She sings this song and it allows her powers to increase ten-fold and she can attack her enemies with kicks and punches. She is also protected with an invisible barrier.- Brief description paragraph (which can include where they are from, what their way of life is like, etc.). Sailor Space Knight is the love child of Space Knight and Loof Merrow. She grew up on the planet Artuka but now lives on Kaguya Island with her mom and dad. She grew up training to become a knight. She has learned fighting strategies from her mother and father to help her be prepared in any type of battle. She is a lone soldier, but she doesn’t let her solitude keep her down. She is a very spunky and high spirited sailor Soldier who is ready to fight if she is ever needed.

3. You may not show anyone else on GC your entry until after the contest is completely over (i.e. the winner has been decided)
4. Only doll creations (from the provided link) may be submitted.
5. Please upload your entry to a photo hosting website such as Photobucket, imageshack, tinypic, etc. Please make sure your submitted image of your doll is working! It is not my responsibility to chase you down and wait to get any errors fixed. It also slows the entire contest down, so please double check!
6. All artists may submit only one entry to me, Mysteryloveandjustice (via PM).
7. You must include brief information about your senshi, including:
- The senshi name
- Influences/powers
- Brief description paragraph (which can include where they are from, what their way of life is like, etc.). Be reasonable!
8. Have fun with it! Be creative!
