| Hey Guys! The theme for the month of April iiiissssss... Rain!! (This includes showers, thunderstorms, monsoons, hurricanes, mist, anything weather pattern that includes rain or water  )  - Old Voting:

Power Source: The rain and her inner emotionsInspirational Backstory:Ever since she was little, Mira loved the rain. She could dance in it all day and never catch a cold. Whenever there was sign of a rainstorm, Mira would cheer and patiently wait for the rain to come crashing down. When it didn't, she'd pout and get angry with the weather reporter.When Mira was 15, she met Sora, a quiet boy who too enjoys the sound of the rain. They soon became the best of friends. But their friendship was not to last, as Sora was killed in car accident when they were on their way to the movies. The road was slippery from the storm and the rain was so fierce neither of them could see where they were going.She cried over friends dead body, vowing to never forget him. One of her tears started glowing, and the next thing she knew she was wearing Sailor Fuku!With her newfound powers, Mira knew what she had to do. She had to protect the people from the oncoming evil, Lilian, the Storm Goddess, who plans to kill all of humanity for polluting all of the planets precious water  Name: Sailor Squall A squall is a sudden, sharp increase in wind associate with active weather such as rain or thunderstorms. Influences/Powers: Sailor Squall is a Senshi of rain and wind. Her attacks mostly consist of powerful oceanic attacks and fierce winds that throw her opponents violently about.Synopsis: Sailor Squall's most notable personality attribute is her temper and her tendency to overreact to situations. Her moody nature and unpredictability tends to keep most people at a distance.She lives on the coast and finds peace in the lapping of the waves against the beach. However, she greatly dislikes the noise of barges and fishing boats, and often her irritability drives the offenders away in the form of, you guessed it, a squall.It may also be noted as a bit of irony that she has a tendency to cry loudly. - Senshi Name- Sailor Tlaloc- Influences/powers- Draws the power of the Aztec god Tlaloc, the god of rain, storms and mountains.-Attacks- Water Avalanche, Tlaloc Rolling Fog, Electrifying Thunder Shock.- Background- Lluvia Flores is a 16 year old high school student living in Southern California. One day on her way to her after school job, she saw a coworker being attacked by a terrible monster. Without thinking, she ran to the woman’s aide. The monster was too powerful for her, however, and threw her aside. Suddenly, there was a loud crack of thunder and a torrent of rain gushed down, where it had been sunny and bright only moments before. A blue and silver wand fell into her open palms and a voice seem to speak to her from the rain, “Lluvia Flores, you have a great destiny handed to you from your ancestors. Become Sailor Tlaloc and save the world!” She transformed, filled suddenly with the power of the rain and storms. She jumped back into the fight, defeating the monster with her new powers as a Sailor Guardian. When the battle was over, she detransformed and went to her coworker’s side. The woman could not stop talking about the gaurdian who had saved her. Lluvia didn’t know when she would have to fight again, but when she did, she would be ready. Sailor Mist Powers: she controls water and weather Maya became a senshi when her and her parents were attacked by a mysterious youma on the way home from a camping trip. They had to get out of their car to escape and when the youma attacked her a bright yellow light appeared around her body and she became a senshi. Since then she's been on her own trying to find more youma and defeat them.
OUR WINNER, COSMOS-HIME!!!!!  Name: Sailor Dewdrop Influance/powers: control over tides, fog, mist, dew and all kinds or rain and storms.Backstory: Tsu was just a normal girl living in 16th century Japan. She lived in a simple fishing village; and though she was not able to accompany the men, she always loved to watch the ocean. As a child, rain never bothered her. She would often sneak out of the house to play in the rain, or just simply refuse to come in during a storm. She never got struck by lightning, and never once caught a cold-much to the surprise of her parents. She became a bit of a celebrity in her town, the girl who the storms wouldn't harm. Eventually, she was seen as a good luck charm, and would often be seen at the docks bidding the ships goodbye. Every ship she saw off never saw stormy waters, and as she grew older her powers over rain grew. The townsfolk would come to her house baring gifts to ensure a proper rainy season-and it always worked. The rain never fell too much or too little, the rivers never ran over their banks. The fog was never too thick, and the dew never damaged the crops. Tsu was well loved by her village;until the shogun learned of her abilities.The Shogun assigned over their prefecture was a cold and evil man, who sought control over as many provinces as possible. The other towns under his rule were cut to ruin and starvation; he was so obsessed with war that he often forced the boys and men of the village to enlist in his army on a never-ending losing cycle against the other provinces. He reaped the towns bare of their resources-though one always seemed to have a never-ending supply. Curious, he ventured into the town in disguise, and learned of Tsu and her godlike abilities. He became obsessed with her, determined to control her. If he could gain her abilities over the weather, he would never lose a battle again. The shogun's word was law; and the townsfolk were forced to obey. In fear for their lives, they turned on Tsu and attempted to hand her over to the greedy shogun. Upon meeting him, Tsu stood against his words and refused to leave the village. He became outraged, and called upon his men to ravage the village as punishment for her insolence. In that exact moment, a thunderstorm barred down upon them, though it had been a clear sky all day prior. There was a thickening fog as well. The shogun refused to back down, and forced his army to attack anything that they saw move in the mist. This would prove most unfortunate; as through some odd twist of fate the men only saw each other. When the fog cleared and the storm settled, the village and its people were unharmed, as the shoguns men had killed each other off. The fog clouding their vision so they saw innocent townspeople instead of their own comrades. The shogun was mortified-but none so more then the townsfolk. Tsu was gone. It was as though the rain and fog, angry at the shogun's actions, took her away. The shogun retreated back to his castle, where it was said he died of fright.Years passed, and the village was still under the mysterious protection from the weather. The rivers again never ran their banks, the storms never endangered the fishermen. The fog was never too thick, the dew never damaged the crops. The townsfolk set up a shrine in her honor, under the assumption she was nothing less then a goddess. What they didn't know was that, in that moment, Tsu took another form. The rain took pity on her, the girl that never feared the storms, and granted her the abilities of Sailor Dew, enhancing her powers tenfold. Tsu, as Sailor Dew, continues to look after the land of her birth to this day. Legend has it that if you stand in the exact spot where the shoguns army stood and declare "Tsu must be part of the greater army!" you will see the faint silhouette of a girl in a sailor-suited attire, and you will summon a storm. It's best not to do that, you may end up in the endless fog the solders had.- Old Stuff:

2. All entries must be PG-13 or lower. Nudity is only accepted on case-by-case basis and if it is in tasteful art form. It will also need a warning.
3. You may not show anyone else on GC your entry until after the contest is completely over (i.e. the winner has been decided)
4. Only doll creations (from the provided link) may be submitted.
5. Please upload your entry to a photo hosting website such as Photobucket, imageshack, tinypic, etc. Please make sure your submitted image of your doll is working! It is not my responsibility to chase you down and wait to get any errors fixed. It also slows the entire contest down, so please double check!
6. All artists may submit only one entry to me, Mysteryloveandjustice (via PM).
7. You must include brief information about your senshi, including:
- The senshi name
- Influences/powers
- Brief description paragraph (which can include where they are from, what their way of life is like, etc.). Be reasonable!
8. Have fun with it! Be creative!
