The show i'm talking about is Gen 2 MLP, titled "My Little Pony Tales". It centers around the lives of Melody, Bright Eyes, Bon Bon, Clover, Patch, Starlight and Sweetheart. It's a 'slice of life show' but it's still my fave gen of MLP

The world is more realistic than other versions, as in there are no fantasy elements and it centers around life in the real world. Personally i like that aspect because it makes everything feel more relatable but people have complained about the lack of magic. So discuss Tales here!

YES! I've seen all the episodes! It has a LOT of problems (Shop Talk needs to die), but I really liked it. You can read my in-depth review of it here.

I never get why people say MLPT talks down to it's audience. If anything, its G3 that does the talking down

Some of my favourite episodes are Bon Bon's Diary, Ponies in Paradise and Princess Problems. I agree with you on how Shop Talk is evil
