So now that we know Crystal is going to get another season, let's talk about our hopes and wishes from the upcoming season. Basically this just a thread to post things like: what scenes would you like to see in this arc, What would you like improved on, etc.

These are my wishes:

• Better animation and storytelling.
  
• Better and more frequent merchandise for the show.
  
• More filler; get rid of the 1:1 formula.
  
• Character development for the senshi.
  
• More scenes with Usagi and the girls hanging out like actual friends.
  
• For the Miracle Romance to be tone down a bit.
  
• Haraku in the cap and mask.
  
• When Haraku and Michiru toy with Usagi and Mamoru. 
  
• The Haraku/Usagi kiss. 
  
• More flashbacks to the Silver Mil.
  
• SUPER SAILOR MOON
  
• Sailor Saturn transformation?????
  

Remember that you don't have to agree with everyone's wishes. Just be respectful.

I hope they actually listen to the feedback from fans and my list is the same as yours to a t xD

Mars, I like your list as well!

These are the first three things that came to mind for me:
+Better animation
+Definitely more merchandise for the show, and not just of the inner senshi. Outers and Death Busters merch please!
+That the last three witches (especially Cyprine) get a bit more personality and screen time than what was given to them in the manga or the 90s anime.

I just want to see the Outer Senshi designs and Saturn's transformation. I'm keeping my expectation low so that I can only be impressed rather than disappointed. I have learned my lesson xD

I totally agree with you, Mars - I'd like to see all of that too! And what I'd also like to add is:

• more thrilling fights (during the fights the girls always looked so...idk, stiff xD)
  
• badass transformation BGM for Uranus and Neptune like they had in the 90s anime
  
• Haruka in female clothes at times
  
• more freaking feels
  
• not as rushed as before

Along with better animation, I'm hoping they don't skip out on the gore like last time. I want to see Mistress 9 in all of her terrible glory. I want to see Saturn rip the planet apart. No holding back, Toei!

I just hope Toei will raise their production budget this time around.

Mars pretty much said everything I hope for. I said I wouldn't watch it, but if there's an improvement I will. 

I hope they get rid of the CGI transformation. Also they need to use the Outers transformation music from the 90a anime. It's too epic. XD

Saturn transformation is my #1. Goddess, I'll weep again once that happens. Actually, I'll probably weeping as soon as Michiru's violin begins playing in the first chapter.


Back on topic, I agree with everything in this thread. My secret hope that would never come true is that they would just re-record the Outer Senshi music from the original anime because nothing will ever compare to that in my book.

Personally, I haven't liked the majority of the merchandise for Crystal. I'm mostly interested in figures and props not towels, posters, and the small toy sets they've been releasing. It would be nice to get figurarts based on Crystal's designs or a proplica of the Moon Stick in Crystal or her brooch. The Crystal Figurarts Zero were really disappointing compared to the ones made for Classic. Like all the poses for the figures aren't unique or new like non-posable figures tend to be; they basically just come from the poses from all the other merchandise.

Personally it really annoys me.

It's still a kid show, made mainly for kids, not for adults, so I'm not expecting more than that. I think I'd like for this season to be only one arc instead of the rush we had the last two. I do hope they take the time to give some psychological development to everyone, more like the anime, less like the manga. Though again, they follow the manga closely, so I will watch expecting little to no screentime / development for the villains.

Despite this, I'm excited and simply wish they'll get rid of the 3D. I don't know why it's a trend in anime lately, but I hope it'll stop soon.

My biggest wish is too actually have Saturn have a transformation. She really never gets one.

I am hopeful since Chibiusa got one when breaking through the Black Lady brainwashing and activating as Sailor Chibi Moon.

Admittedly Saturn's would be more violent in actually exploding Mistress 9's body, but w/e

I actually don't have very much expectation for the Infinity arc, not because I had low expectations, but because I have yet to watch Crystal, so I am literately a blank slate when it comes to what to expect.

If I have any wishes for the 3rd arc, it would be for the final battle to be as climactic and foreboding as it's depicted in the manga. And as much as I want to see a transformation sequence for Saturn, I don't think we're gonna see it in the 3rd arc, because in the manga when she does appear it was from the body of Mistress 9 and she had already awakened and transformed. The best chance of seeing Saturn transform will be in the Dream arc, when she arrives along with the Outers to fight the Dead Moon Circus.

- To see a better animation (But I think it won´t happen...)
- Remain the most faithful possible to the manga arc.
- More personality for Usagi, at least.
- To not censor Haruka´s kiss nor Hotaru´s true body.
- If possible, Ogata Megumi voicing Haruka again. She´s still active and her voice is still perfect.

Omg yess.... she better voice haruka! I know Neptune's was active for a bit in the mid 2000s last thing I heard her in was Happy Lesson around 2005

One other wish that I have, but this goes with the airing- I really hope it doesn't do the every third Sat or whatever it was. An episode a week would be nice instead.

I mainly hope that it's not a 1:1 adaptation, though I'm not holding my breath. As much as I love Crystal, it'd really help with the pacing.

Another would be the 1st and 3rd Saturday (?) rule. It totally destroyed the momentum of the fast pace the manga goes with.

I love the manga, but I won't say I love the manga's representation of Haruka and Michiru's relationship. So, I'm hoping Crystal would make it more... obvious. Maybe not to the same extend as the 90s anime, but close.

Also transformations for the other outers as well, along with chibi-moon. I'd like to hope they include the world "getting destroyed" by Saturn once she awakes as well. Also everyone seems to forget that in manga-cannon, tomoe was replacing parts of Hotaru with robot parts. I hope we see that.

Ooh! Yes Addy, I especially would like more expansion on Neptune. I feel like she's the least developed of all the senshi

Definitely the art needs to be more consistent.  We do some sort of romance between Mamoru/Michiru and Usagi/Haruka.  I mean I think I read some where, or in the manga itself, that Usagi actually considered leaving Mamoru for Haruka.  That would be totes cool.  Although, I'm not Bi- myself but, I'm like something different.  I also wish that the girls, as in the inner scouts, would not be so elongated, they look like giants or something.  Their faces are fine, but the legs are the problem.  We definitely need more merchandise.  Like lip glosses that are in the color of the senshi's.

It's not the 90s show so I don't like it. Yawn.

I really want to see Mistress 9 burst from within Hotaru's  body.
