I absolutely love PGSM and I would love to own an official subbed version on DVD one of these days.  With Viz re-releasing the original anime and also having the rights to Crystal, what do you think are the chances that we'll get PGSM licensed?  I don't know if we'll ever get it because it seems like it's not as popular with Sailor Moon fandom as the original anime and the manga are, and we don't get live action Japanese TV series released in the U.S. very often like you do with anime.  But I think there's enough diehard Moonies who would support the series that they could put out a cheap sub-only boxset and I'd be happy with just that.  And if there's one thing Sailor Moon has taught me over the years, is to not give up on hope because anything is possible with this franchise.  For years fans thought we'd never get Sailor Stars over here in the U.S. and now we finally are along with a brand new series so maybe it's possible, maybe?

I am really, REALLY hoping PGSM gets licensed. With everything going on in the SM world right now, I think there's a good chance PGSM may be licensed, but then again as you said, it's not very common for live-action Japanese shows to be released in the US.

Yeah. It's a shame, because I've fallen in love with this series HARD and I would love to show this to my hypothetical kids. It's already proving to be so much better than the original anime by this point. (On episode 7 right now)

I wish it would, but it seems next to nothing. Hopefully this entire sailor moon crystal hype drags it overseas; If it doesn't then it never will.
