I was bored and I decided the other day to watch PGSM for the first time. So this is my commentary. You can leave your comments if you want.

Act 1:
-Sailor V is fighting Tuxedo Kamen? That's so cool!
-Usagi is so cute! ^^
-I like that song on her radio. It's catchy, and will be stuck in my head all day.
- Shingo reminds me of my brother if he was a 7 year old
-Ikuko and Usagi are actually alike
-OMFG. Luna fell from the sky. And she's a plushie!
-Haruna is playing with Usagi's face, for some reason.
-Ami is adorable, and Naru is pretty
-Minako is famous?
-Crown is a karaoke place now. Usagi can sing duets with Mamoru! That would be so cute!
-I love that song now!
-Luna's a stalker. No surprise there.
-Mamoru's a jerk. And a creeper. No surprise either. But he didn't call her Odango!
-That's a weird youma.
-"It's a dream!" No, it's not.
-Run, Naru, run!
-Jadeite. Ugh.
-The brooch is a necklace! I need that necklace!
-I need that cell phone, too. SO COOL!
-Naru's mom was like a Pokemon! With the stuff spraying from her hands!
-The transformation was…different.
-I have no idea why she's using Moon Healing Escalation
-"I didn't find what I was looking for, but I found something very interesting." That sounds a tad bit perverted…
-Beryl looks kinda like her Myu versions.
-Luna's nicer.

Lol Candy. I started re-watching PGSM yesterday. I play it as I study for my Japanese class.

They actually did go with a more realistic approach to this series and Queen Naoko herself made majority of the decisions including the selection of Usagi. Originally the girl who played Usagi was going to be rejected, but Queen Naoko chose her specifically saying she was Usagi.

hey! you will see, mamoru is actually not a jerk, but he has some things in his life now that are different, so he behaves in a different way. also, HE LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVES USAGI from the very start, but he can't say anything because of SPOILERS!, so he acts like that. trust me, i'm the biggest PGSM freak here LOL

Yeah, I definitely liked Mamoru in this version as well as his manga counterpart.

true, i already liked mamoru because of anime and manga, but the PGSM made him so flawed and so human... well, i have a soft spot for flawed characters. because of that he came right into my heart. i first watched the PGSM in 2009 (like, in less than 72 hours, which meant i was barely sleeping - considering i had a house, a 2 years old daughter at the time, a husband and a job).

oh yeah, i was re-reading and i think i sounded a bit harsh. it wasn't my intention AT ALL, it's just that someone said my favorite character is a jerk, so i had to defend him LOL

but, when you start watching more episodes, you'll understand what i'm saying. mamoru is the best developed character in this version - he's got a background and everything - and the reason for that all this development is precisely his flaws. he makes mistakes. he pays for them. he takes chances.

but here i am speaking and speaking and ruining her chance of finding all this on her own. (at least i didn't give any spoilers)

It was very much a compliment to you for being a Mamoru-Stan.

Since this is PGSM, I'm sure that I'll come to love Mamoru like in the manga. 
Now here's my comments!

Act 2:
-Beryl has some freaky nails. I wonder what salon she goes to?
-Motoki is obsessed with a turtle. WTF?
-The door disappeared. Like in Harry Potter!
-C'est la Vie is the best song ever!
-Poor Luna. Usagi never listens.
-Why are they so mean to Ami? What'd she do to them? Nothing! 
-Ami is so shy.
-Yes! C'est la Vie (again!)
-Haha, Luna got squished by Usagi's pillow!
-Those are some ugly monsters.
-Ami's gonna make me cry! Stop being sad, Ami!
-Poor Usagi, she's going to cram school!
-C'est la Vie! ^^
-Please Mamoru, call her Odango!
-That teacher's mean!
-Run, Ami, run!
-No, AMI!
-Crap, the youma's a zombie! *Thriller plays in background*
-Sailor Mercury is adorable!
-Usagi's so sweet!
-Rei!

Act 3:
-Oh god. Motoki and his turtle.
-A quiz? What the hell, Luna?
-"To fight the youma that are stealing human energy!" *sigh* 
-Usagi will never listen to you, Luna.
-Rei!
-Crows.
-Ami's gonna make me cry again! Stop being all distant and sad, Ami!
-They're gonna kick some youma butt! 
-Rei's pissed. I wonder why.
-The leaves are pretty! ^^
-Those really are freaky nails, Beryl.
-She ran away. Great job, Usagi.
-Ami's all proper and stuff.
-They're gonna wrestle! Yay! ^^
-Sailor V!
-LMFAO Luna hit the wall!
-Random people are ganging up on Rei. Oh hell no.
-Usagi's all smiles.
-Rei is mysterious.
-Ami's still shy.
-Aww! They're mikos!
-That's a poofy wedding dress.
-That youma was kind of lame.
-They're in another dimension or something...
-Usagi's tied up. Crap. Rei is a goner.
-Oh wait, she's Sailor Mars. Never mind.
-I thought the youma was dead!
-He was there the whole time? Why didn't he do anything?! WTF?
-Then after saving her life (again), he walks away.
-"And I have no plans on being your companion." That was rude, Rei!

Okay, that's it! ^^

I have been busy, so I haven't watched any other episodes yet.
