We Moonies often complain about how horrible the DiC and Cloverway dubs of Sailor Moon were but I think I've found one even worse.  According to this site, the Korean dub apparently skipped 44 episodes, all the episodes with the Amazon Trio were cut, any episode where Rei's shrine had a heavy presence were cut, they edited the nudity in episode 200 by digitally painting a bodysuit over Usagi and they covered up the Starlights' and Amazon Quartet's outfits.  But why did they cut out all the episodes of the Amazon Trio?  Is it because of the methods they used to attack their targets?  I did like though that they kept the Starlights as female which in a way ended up making the Korean dub closer to the manga.  Does anyone know how they handled homosexuality in the Korean dub and did they keep Usagi's fling with Seiya in Stars since they made her a girl? Yeah that's pretty bad. I remember there was a Korean dub that edited out kissing.

I hear a more faithful Korean dub is coming out.

Wow, it was worse the dic. We didn't change any outfits, and 44 eps removed? Key characters removed? Japanese text removed? Damn.

Wow. That's a lot of effort put into censorship... I've seen characters walking around with little clouds of blurriness over them (when they're in bathing suits) but I've never seen a dub actually go ahead and change a character's outfit

Well, the outfits aren't bad, just unnecessarily censored.

i would love to see the new outfits that the korean dub came up with.

i have to say though I only watch the DIC dub for nostalgia purposes

Wow, they even cut out Usagi's transformation scene and she probably had the tamest one out of them all.  I mean, I remember DiC not just erasing the body lines but completely cutting scenes from the Inners' transformation scenes in some of the early episodes, but they never did any sort of editing to Usagi's transformation.

They cut scenes out of the Power transformation's? i thought they only did that to the Star Powers one's because they were too lazy to edit them

They only cut them out in the first few early episodes but they eventually kept them when they started erasing the body lines from the transformation.  I must say that I really love the Korean VAs for the Starlights.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cIMWPm8Fu_w

from what i've learned being a kpop fan, south korean is a conservative country and well the japanese writing being covered up... let's just say south korea and japan don't get along...

Yeah, the Korean dub was high in censorship mostly with nudity and Japanese references (the countries weren't on good terms then) however it was a huge hit in Korea and is still commonly referenced, I have even seen several K-pop groups reference it

Now....oh boy....if you want a bad dub go to Poland....so bad It's not even online, with such memorable attacks as "Jupiter moon" and "Water Jam" this truly is a dub worth hunting for.

I have been watching episodes from the Croatian dub, which surprisingly makes WAY more sense than the DiC dub because they didn't change/censor a bunch of things (at least in the episodes that I was able to find). For example, in the one waltz episode at the part where Usagi gets drunk, her dialogue is really slurred and the other characters outright call her out on it and ask her why she drank alcohol after they take her to the balcony. 

I am not sure if the Croatian dub censored Uranus and Neptune's relationship because the episodes are hard to come across (I would think yes), but do I know that Eudial refers to Neptune as "Uranus' partner" as opposed to "cousin."

The one thing I really thought that was worse in the Croatian dub than in the DiC dub was how some of the daimons had super warped cacophonous voices. Chikuon's was so so annoying. My ears hurt within 5 seconds of hearing her speak.

Those daimons' voices really were awful.  Other than Sailor Moon and Uranus' VAs, the VAs for the Soldiers all sound the same to me and I love how they go "ahhhhh!" when they're being attacked.

They probably are all the same because the credits only list seven voice actors. xD I completely forgot about that.

Hahah! Yes, their "Ahhh!" moments are pretty dumb in a great way. Here is the one scene where Neptune is getting ripped up by arrows. There are so many "Ahhhhh"s from all of the characters within this five minute clip.

Yes, SM dubs out there worse than DiC in North America. Some countries don't permit any nudity on TV and worry it may "scar" younger viewers. The Korean SM transformations made me LULZ and made my day.

Indeed, I think the Japanese culture was mostly erased due to Korea´s hard feelings about Japan. Nowadays this relationship is kind of better, I think.

(But my fave Korean character is portrayed beautifully, as you can see~ teehee, sorry, I had to say)

Exactly what IS that huge list they're looking at (referring to left picture)? Sorry if this is off topic, but I see a lot of those in anime and I have no idea what they are. I know they list who's the smartest kid or got the highest grade on a test or something, but that's it.
