Hello dearies!

So, we have created a Google Sheet that allows us, and you!, to keep track of your avatar changes! It'll show you how many you get per a year, how many you have left, and when you last changed it so you can determine when to change it out again! The link can be easily found on the first page of the Change of Face, A Change of Name thread! But I'll link it here just in case! So be sure to check out your avatar changes by clicking here! I hope you guys will find this useful ^^

Which conditions do I have to fulfill to be listed at "Active"?

Just posting regularly, Princess Moon, like if you've not been on in a month you'd obv be inactive. 

So, what happens with all the 'extra' changes? Are they still happening? Sorry if that's been written somewhere.

you get one extra change every rank you go and if you become mod/admin, and if you step down. also, if you don't use all your changes in one year, you could use it on the following one, so... yeah, this is gonna be tricky

Most likely what will happen is at the end of this year (which is 12 months away now lol) we will see who has what left over and add to what you currently have. Since we weren't keeping track before, its kind of hard to see who has how many avatar changes so its started fresh. If you have issue with that, you can PM Diana about the issue and I'm sure something can get worked out. If a member gains ranks, the extra avatar change will be added in when they gain that rank.

If you are not on the tracker already, whenever you PM Jupiter (when we get a new one) or the designated back up to Jupiter, they will add you to the spread sheet. Its a little hard to put everyone thats currently active a month ago versus now because that changes on a day to day basis. Plus we have over 1400 registered members...thats a lot to go through. lol

Since this is new, there will be kinks that will need to be worked out much like any of the features on GC so bear with us as we make it the best we can. ^_^

don't know if it matters but i can't find my name on the list anywhere...also i have changed avi/siggy at least one i think...

Do we have a document like this that tracks name changes?

there is one and i checked it..might not have been updated in a while..dont know

Thanks! I have the thread saved, I just need to be better about checking it! But an excel document would also make it pretty easy to track and update XD

I believe I checked every page of that Avatar Change Tracker spreadsheet, and it looks like it was last updated sometime this past February.  So that's probably why you don't appear on there, @sportsnutd.

Which leads me to a question - what good can it be if it's almost never updated?

The avatar tracker was linked to the incorrect tracker.  Apparently I have only been updating the admin only tracker and not the members viewable tracker.  Sorry for any inconvenience.  I will be updating the members tracker through out the next few days.  Thank you for your patience.

The Avatar Tracker has been updated and is current. Please refer to the tracker before requesting an avatar change as some members have no more changes left for the year.

hi, there seems to be something wrong with mine, have I really changed 4 times my avatar this year already? o.o

EDIT: I have changed my avatar only once this year (went to the topic to check) and also, I stepped in as mod this year, which means I get one extra avatar change. I should still have 4 avatar changes left. Can you please verify that for me? Thanks a bunch, dear!
