Names may not contain any full/complete canon names from any version of Sailor Moon such as Sailor Moon, Queen Serenity, Usagi Tsukino, etc.
Exceptions: "Sailor", "Queen", "attack names", "princess", "planets", "first names" OR "last names" may be used as parts of your username if scrambled so it does not make a complete canon name.

For example:
Princess Usagi, Sailor Tsukino, Sailor Makoto, Queen of Jupiter, Makoto Lover would all be accepted. 

Members will be required to display "Formerly [Prior Name]" as their personal text or include it prominently in their signature for a 90 day period following the change.

A username may be changed twice, but a 6-month waiting period will be required between name changes.

Max. image size for avatars are 110px by 170px.
Must conform to a PG-13 rating.
Please note that in all changes, a 1 month wait period occurs after every change.

One month is defined as 28 days.

When can you change avatars:
Your first avatar may be set via your profile. Every subsequent changes needs to be posted in this thread.

Special allowances in changing avatars:
Becoming Admin
Becoming Moderator
Stepping down from Admin
Stepping down from Moderator (as long as we don't suspect this is an abuse of the system)

On special occasions you may ADD items or decorations to your current avatar. A special occasion qualifies as holiday celebrations or special events being held on GC or when an Admin announces it. (If you have difficulties adding items to your avatar, this thread is the right place to request some help!)

The reason we limit avatar changes is the same reason we limit username changes. It's a member's face on here. Sometimes it can be confusing if a member changes their avatar too often.
