Appearance:  Haruka is often mistaken for a male because of her boyish appearance. She has very short, sandy blonde hair that just barely hangs into her eyes. Her irises reflect the color of the dark night sky, and she has a neutral complexion. Her face is rather charming, and she uses it to her advantage from time to time. She is the second tallest sailor senshi, standing at a towering 5'9". She has a thin figure, but her body shape hides the great deal of muscle beneath. She wears mostly men's clothing, but Haruka will occasionally wear more feminine clothes. When not in her Mugen Academy uniform, Haruka typically wears pants, button-up shirts, t-shirts, jackets, and tennis shoes. 
Personality:  Haruka is a very mature, responsible, courageous person. She will do whatever it takes to complete the task at hand and protect those she loves. She is the kind of person who will never let her friends down, no matter what the cost. Haruka is also very strong, and she has been able to win many fights on strength alone. Many underestimate her abilities because she is a girl, and she has proved them wrong multiple times. Despite Haruka's chivalrous behavior, she also has the tendency to be very flirtatious and sometimes jealous. She will often flirt with Usagi, but she is also very protective over her partner, Michiru. Her duty always comes first, and Haruka will not let her own selfish dreams and goals get in the way of her sworn oath to protect her princess. This is partial to her being stubborn and headstrong. Haruka is very difficult to persuade when her mind is set on something, and this has caused trouble for the senshi in the past. Sometimes her stubbornness is a good thing, and sometimes it's not. She has very big dreams to become a famous racecar driver, but those dreams are always put on hold whenever a new enemy appears. Haruka is very talented in the racing industry, and she has won lots of races against men. However, Haruka can also come off as very cold and hateful when it comes to fulfilling her mission. She doesn't appreciate others getting in her way, and she will knock down anyone who dares to do so. This makes her come off as a bit cocky. When she wants to, Haruka can make herself very mysterious to others. Haruka is also very daring, and does wild things like drive motorcycles. When push comes to shove, Haruka drops her strong-willed, determined personality and becomes a very caring, compassionate person with deep thoughts and beautiful moral values.
Any Unique Abilities/Skills:  Haruka seems to be able to read the wind and feel when a disturbance is near. She is very good at driving and charming other girls, and she has the strange ability to control the appearance of rose petals. Haruka is also very fast and strong.

History:  During the Silver Millennium, Haruka reigned as the princess of Uranus. She was also Sailor Uranus, a senshi charged with protecting the Solar System from foreign threats. She was in love with Michiru, the princess of Neptune, at the time. When she was sent to Earth to be reincarnated after the Silver Millennium's fall, Princess Haruka became Haruka Tenoh of Earth. Haruka grew up with a wealthy upbringing, and lived through her childhood with big dreams and goals. In high school, she was the school's star athlete. During  her junior year, Haruka began having dreams and visions of a girl telling her that they have a mission to save the world. One day, after a track meet, a woman named Michiru approaches Haruka, and Haruka instantly recognizes as the girl from her dreams. However, Haruka refuses to accept the past and destiny that she knows is hers. Later, while on a cruise ship, Haruka comes across a painting by Michiru titled "The End of the World." Michiru appears, and tells Haruka that the painting is what will happen to the future if they don't stop it. Angrily, Haruka told Michiru that she could save the world on her own, and that she just wanted to focus on racing. Eventually, Haruka is attacked by a monster, and her transformation stick appears in front of her. Before Haruka can take it, however, Michiru appears and stops her, for a reason that is deemed to be attraction. After warning Haruka that if she takes the stick, her old life will be gone, Michiru transforms into Sailor Neptune and begins to fight the monster. The monster goes after Haruka yet again, but Sailor Neptune stopped it, taking the blow. When the monster is defeated, a conflicted and confused Haruka asks Neptune why she saved her, and Neptune replies by telling Haruka that she had feelings for her. Determined now to fight alongside Sailor Neptune, Haruka accepted her transformation stick and became Sailor Uranus. Haruka and Michiru developed a romantic relationship, and together they worked to defeat monsters and save the world.  Eventually, they joined forces with the sailor senshi, and together they group defeated countless enemies. At one point in their mission to find the three Talismans, it was revealed that Haruka was a holder of a pure heart, and she possessed one of the Talismans: The Space Sword. Later, Haruka and Michiru adopt Hotaru Tomoe, who is actually Sailor Saturn, and raise her with the aid of Sailor Pluto.
Other Noteworthy Facts:  Haruka is an Aquarius. She likes salad, physical activity, and racecar driving. She is good at video games, and she hates popular men.

Storyline Specific Information:  
Infection - Nine years have passed since the defeat of Sailor Galaxia. Haruka is now 26, with no college education. Over the course of nine years, her reputation as a racer increased, and she was soon invited to participate in bigger, better races with larger prices and skilled competition. When not at a race, Haruka would spend her time at the Tomoe mansion, caring for Hotaru and spending time with Michiru. Selena, the banished aunt of Sailor Moon, altered the DNA of Haruka and the other senshi in order to get revenge on them for her banishment a thousand years ago. In doing so, she caused Haruka to get Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The past was altered, making it seem like Haruka had been living with this disorder throughout her entire life. In order to keep her hyperactivity under control, Haruka must take medication in the morning and at night. However, she is too stubborn to take her medicine unless ordered by Michiru. When she doesn't take her medication, Haruka tends to not pay attention when people speak and get frustrated very easily. She is quickly distracted and always moving. Despite her disordder, Haruka must work together with her fellow "infected" senshi to come over their new illnesses and defeat Selena once and for all.
Jar of Hearts - In an alternate universe, Haruka serves as a detective for the TMPD. She is renowned around the city as being one of the most hardcore detectives out there, and she never fails a case. After being suspended from the force because of a case mishap, Haruka is brought back into the field to solve the case of the Heart Snatcher. This notorious serial killer has been targeting many young women, attacking in a manner that resembles ripping their very hearts out. Haruka is paired on the case with Michiru Kaioh, a profiler for the NPA, and her former high school sweetheart. But what they don't know, is that the culprit behind all of this is someone much more threatening than they originally thought.
Tale as Old as Time - During the Silver Millennium, Princess Celia of Uranus struggled to find her place amongst her royal surroundings. On Uranus, the people loved to be free and to have fun, with not much regard for responsibility and rule. Celia was one of those girls, and so meeting the princess of Neptune for the first time was a serious shock. The girl was so uptight and serious, making it hard for Celia to stand being beside her. But as they got to know each other better, Celia realized that there is more to the Neptunian princess than meets the eye, and she begins to develop feelings that will carry through until the end of time.
To Kill a Moon Princess - This storyline takes place in the live action universe. In this universe, Uranus also existed in the Silver Millennium but never met the princess because she was stationed to guard the outer perimeters of the kingdom from outside threats. She started her relationship with Neptune here, and they were happy, up until the princess destroyed the world in her anguish over losing Endymion. Uranus was then reborn as Haruka Tenoh, an athletic racer who was raised by a wealthy family in modern day Tokyo. She was only awakened after the second destruction of the world in the Final Act episode. When the world was "reset", Haruka began having dreams about the destruction that no one else realized ever happened and who was responsible. Her memory also started coming back, and she was awakened as a senshi. She then found Michiru, whose memories had also been unlocked at around the same time, and together they vow to never let it happen again. Haruka's personality is different in this storyline: she is cold, refined, and stern with what she wants. Haruka hates it when others don't accept their responsibility, which is why she holds such a grudge against Princess Serenity. Haruka is still flirtatious and charming, but when it comes to the sailor senshi, she can't help but despise them and their carelessness. Both Haruka and Michiru have gone rogue from their past life's mission. Now the only thing that matters the most for them is each other and making sure they can live happily ever after with one another, which is why they want to prevent any further world destruction possibilities. They also have a terrible codependency to each other; they literally have no idea how to function like a normal human being without the other. Her appearance is also slightly different in civilian form; her hair is still short and cut like a male's, but it's black instead of blonde. Her eyes are brown, and she still maintains the same tomboy fashion sense. When transformed, Haruka has her famous blonde hair and blue eyes. (Based off of Sailor Mercury's SSI)

Oh, for Infection's SSI, could you mention if there were any drastic changes in Haruka's life that came to be after Selena's curse?
